After M. Porter proposed the concept of industrial cluster, a lot of academic papers and industry surveys have suggested that industrial cluster is the key factor to competitive edge and long-term economic growth. Industrial cluster is often defined as geographical concentrations of interconnected entities in a particular industrial field. And the agglomeration economy is regarded the key factor of developing the industrial clusters. The industrial clusters often have been growing over the territory of local governments. Therefor, the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level is required. The purpose of this paper is for comparing and analysing the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level including various local governments. As the result of this research, four types of the cooperative industrial supporting systems among various local governments are divided: 1. inducing foreign direct investment into domestic area by regional development agency, 2. co-developing research parks or industrial parks by some local governments, 3. taking regional industrial statistics and writing development strategies over the boundary of the local governments, 4. constructing internet portal sites networking the local companies, universities, research centers of the same industrial cluster.

Various smart city projects have been actively promoted as important policies of governments in various countries. The key to the success of smart cities led by governments is to develop sustainable governance through the expansion and proliferation of outcomes. This study comparatively analyzed the smart city policies of the USA and Europe from viewpoints of outcome expansion and proposed policy directions for smart cities in Korea. The comparison items were case cities, the expansion of smart city technologies and services, the measurement of outcomes, the accumulation of knowledge and information, and standardization. This study found that the items of each index were linked for the purpose of assessment, expansion, and the creation of successful cases in the USA and Europe. Based on our analysis, four policy directions were proposed that included the early provision of follow-up measures for case cities, the development of a project performance assessment system, the provision of an integrated knowledge accumulation system, and an earnest promotion of industry activation policies.

The multi-mixed complex medical care facility consisting of mainly hospital and other associated facilities such as retail, office, accommodation, healthcare services, and so on, is currently recognized as a new segment in the real estate market. This study intends to identify the customer choice criteria for the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility. Based on literature review and expert consultation, the 3 criteria with 12 sub-criteria for customer choice have been defined. And the AHP methodology has been implemented for the development of relative weight of those criteria depending on the type of facility including 'medical facility', 'supporting facility', 'healthcare service facility' and 'other ancillary facility'. Research findings indicated the implication for the optimal combination of facility development based on the customer choice criteria controlled by facility. Accordingly, this research intends to provide the guidance toward the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility.

This study aims to find improvements to problems including investigation public affairs for the activities of artists focusing on the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation since established in 2012. Hence, Gilbert and Terrell's analytical framework for social policy is used with these public affairs in terms of allocation, benefit, service delivery system and finance for this research and pointed at issue. As a result of analysis, the identification of artist is vague for the allocation and the benefit and delivery are not effective in actual practice. In addition to this, the source of fund should become independent financially not to depend on the public funding. Therefore, the follow-up research is necessary that the system of verification for the artists to benefit from the public supports with fair and effective opportunities and developments to secures the funds prospectively.

The study is a hotel firm's brand evidence on the switching and relational performance by identifying a causal relationship to the differentiated and competitive was to provide useful information. Units of samples for evidence of brand switching hotels in Seoul participated in surveys customers in 2011, from June 10 to 20 July 2011 for a total of 500 copies for distribution and the Department of dual 408 with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 Using factor analysis and reliability verification carried out, and presented research in order to test the hypothesis covariance structure analysis was performed. Analysis, employee services switching barriers and switching costs showed no significant affect. Switching barriers and switching costs, brand name, image congruence transition castle wall and switching costs, alternative attractiveness showed no significant visible results. And perceived price on switching barriers to conversion rates showed was significant affect. Second, switching barriers, switching costs, alternative attractiveness and that the relationship, to help conversion of non-financial performance showed no significant affect. Third, the practitioner services, brand names, images, match the castle there, and non-financial performance of the transition showing a statistically significant result was found.

The purpose of this study was to understand the practice experience of social workers in foster care center. This study applied a qualitative study and selected 7 social workers(4 middle-level managers and 3 in-line workers) who have worked for central and regional fostercare centers. We carried out individual interviews with them and conducted thematic analysisbased on data gathered from the individual interviews. We were able to grasp significantissues in foster care practices from analyses. The results of data analysis consisted of 4 themesand 15 sub-themes. The significant themes were 'policy objectives distanced from reality, unknown institution', 'loose network, missed service system', 'too much work, too many cases', 'excluded biological parents' roles, limited foster parents' roles'. Finally, the implications of thisstudy findings for child welfare policy and practice guidelines were discussed to improvefoster care centers.

As social interest in emotional labor grows, there are many related studies in progress in recent times. However most of the studies are focused on preventing harmful effects of emotional labor or seeking effective follow-up measures from the service provider's point of view. For this reason, with focusing on the bank teller service which is one of most representative face-to-face emotional labor, this study was progressed to suggest improvement measures by identifying and analyzing the current status of visual installations at the work space for awareness improvement of emotional labor from the customer's point of view. To this end, after a prior study, an field survey of 10 banks in the first financial sector was conducted to draw out problems and finally propose improvement directions with four aspects in link with the problems presented. This study is expected to have meaning in terms of securing diversity in emotional labor related research.

The nail service field, which has emerged as a new trend in the beauty industry, is showing rapid growth compared to other beauty fields. As nail beauty services become more common and popular, studies on related fields are also actively progressing, but most of the research has been focused on changes on self-esteem. In addition, most of the preceding studies are centered on female customers, thus, there is little data on male customers that are increasing recently. This research aims to provide customized marketing data to the nail beauty service industry by analyzing the psychological characteristics of the customers and their motives by selecting self-esteem and confidence as factors. First, the customers' confidence and self-esteem were classified into a group with high and low confidence and self-esteem, and as a result of analyzing the difference in service pursuit benefits and revisit intentions, there were significant differences in mood change, professionalism, health hygiene, aesthetics, and revisit. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of the service pursuit benefits of male and female customers on the revisit intention, it was found that only health and hygiene had a significant effect on the revisit intention. Female customers also had a significant influence on their revisit intention, which is judged to have a significant effect on male customers' revisit intention because most of the main management is cuticle cleaning, callus management, and problematic nails.

Recent expansion in cloud service usage has heightened the importance of cloud security. The purpose of this study is to analyze current research trends in the field of cloud security and to derive implications. To this end, R&D project data provided by the National Science and Technology Knowledge Information Service (NTIS) from 2010 to 2023 was utilized to analyze trends in cloud security research. Fifteen core topics in cloud security research were identified using LDA topic modeling and ARIMA time series analysis. Key areas identified in the research include AI-powered security technologies, privacy and data security, and solving security issues in IoT environments. This highlights the need for research to address security threats that may arise due to the proliferation of cloud technologies and the digital transformation of infrastructure. Based on the derived topics, the field of cloud security was divided into four categories to define a technology reference model, which was improved through expert interviews. This study is expected to guide the future direction of cloud security development and provide important guidelines for future research and investment in academia and industry.

TINA is the Open Networking Architecture which as newly introduced software architecture shares the network managements and the service managements on the Distributed Processing Environment. In this paper, based on the concepts and principles defined up to now, we implement and test the CM(Connection Management) Package included in CM which is one of the six functional areas into which TINA Management Architecture is devided. Before the implementation we learn the basic concepts accepted by the four architectures in TINA, and medelling concept of the CM. The interfaces of eaxh information objects explain the functions of computational objects implemented, and the message flows among the computational objects show the connection setup and release procedures.
