본 논문은 OpenPose를 활용한 손톱 검출 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 이용한 가상 네일아트를 구현한다. OpenPose에 의해 검출된 키포인트들을 기준으로 각 손가락마다 피부색 특징을 이용하여 손가락 영역을 검출한다. 검출된 손가락 영역의 에지 영상에서 손톱 영역을 검출한다. 그리고 나서 손톱 영역에 네일팁을 합성하여 가상 네일아트를 구현한다. 어느 정도 제어된 촬영 환경에서 실험 결과들은 제안된 알고리즘이 손톱 영역을 잘 검출하고 가상 네일아트를 잘 구현하고 것을 보여 주고 있다.

After its introduction in Korea, nail art is becoming active, especially among women in their 20s and 30s who are interested in fashion and beauty. Although self-nail tips are available online in various designs for each brand that is currently on the market, these designs and sizes of self-nail tips on the market are different for each age group. Since the design or size is not suggested for the different situations, there are difficulties in purchasing products that match the shape and size of nails of consumers. In this study, frequency analysis was performed using 'SPSS statistics 21.0 for windows program' to analyze data obtained by direct measurement method and 3D scanner measurement method for Korean women in their 20s. For comparative analysis between direct and 3D scanner measurements, a corresponding sample, 'T-test', was performed. As a result, we proposed the standardization of nail tip size after comparative analysis between direct measurement and 3D scanner measurement. Previous studies have been proceeding with direct measurement method. However, this study introduced a 3D scanner measurement method in the nail field and attempted the standardization of nail size by age group of Korean women. Importantly, this sutdy suggests standardization of nail tip size among missing body sizes.

아이스크림 색채는 소비자들의 시각적 감각을 자극하며 연상을 통해 브랜드 스토리를 전달한다. 이러한 색채 활용의 마케팅은 뷰티영역에서도 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이론적 고찰과 실증적 연구를 기반으로 스토리를 구현의 뷰티디자인 도출을 목적으로 하며 'B' 브랜드 아이스크림 스토리 컬러를 네일 디자인으로 나타내었다. 이론적 고찰을 통하여 아이스크림 'B' 브랜드에 활용된 색채 및 브랜드 스토리를 고찰하였으며 실증적 연구를 통하여 도출된 네일 디자인을 네일 팁 위에 나타내었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 아이스크림 색채와 네일아트의 융합을 특정 브랜드의 색채를 반영한 뷰티디자인 및 색채 이미지 연출의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

본 연구는 최근 화장품 유해성분에 관한 이슈를 끊임없이 제기되면서 네일 제품에서 발생할 수 있는 유해물질 인체 노출 저감을 위한 안전관리 방안 마련을 목적으로 국내외 문헌고찰을 통해 네일 제품의 안전 표시 기준 현황을 비교 분석하고, 네일 제품 내 유해물질 허용 기준치 초과 사례를 파악하였다. 연구 결과 국내 유통된 인조 손톱 접착제와 네일팁에서 각각 톨루엔 40.3배, 클로로포름 22.8배, 안티몬 15.4배 초과 검출되었다. 선진국은 다양한 정책연구 및 법제화를 통해 작업장 물질안전보건자료 제공 및 환기 장치 설치 등을 의무화하고 있으나 국내에서는 별도의 안전 기준이 없어 네일 제품을 통한 유해물질 인체 노출이 심각한 상황이다. 따라서 네일 제품 작업환경 종사자 소비자 각각의 특성에 맞게 세부 네일 유해물질 안전관리 규정이 우선적으로 정립되어야 하고, 이에 따른 다양한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 보급을 통해 유해물질 화장품에 대한 인지도를 제고한다면 국민의 질병예방 및 건강증진의 융복합적 차원에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzes current self-nail tips and nail-tip satisfaction. The study method selected from 3 domestic and 3 overseas companies analyzed current self-nail tips based on brand recognition and sales rate. A questionnaire was conducted on 261 adult women in their 20s and 50s about the satisfaction of nail care and self-nail tips. The results are as follows. As a result to analyze the current nail tips, there were products that did not contain the type of nail tip or the composition and ingredients of the glue. An online survey of the sizes of the current nail tips indicated differences in the sizing system method and that the presented sizes are different. The response rate was the highest for the survey results on why self-nail tips were preferred for respondents who prefer self-nail tips because the price was cheap. The reason why they did not prefer self-nail tips was that the degree of completeness was lower and the fitness was not good. In addition, it showed a high response rate in that the adhesive strength was poor and the size did not fit the nails. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a size for nail types by ergonomic design and develop a self-nail tip that can reduce nail damage.
