The purpose of this study was to develop a tool to assess the job satisfaction of dental hygienists and to evaluate the validity and reliability of the dental hygienist. A total of 54 items were translated into 24 items through content validity and content analysis. The results of this study are as follows: overall satisfaction, income, patient relations, professional time, personal time, Practice Management, Delivery of Care and co-worker relations were classified by exploratory factor analysis. The fit of the model through confirmatory factor analysis generally met the criteria. As a result of the internal consistency test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was found to be a reliable measure of measurement, with an overall satisfaction of 0.918, an income of 0.833, a patient relationship of 0.804, an occupational time of 0.675, a personal time of 0.939, a work practice of 0.739, The validity and reliability of the dental hygienist 's job satisfaction measurement tool were verified to be appropriate. It can be used to study the job satisfaction of dental hygienist in the future.

The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean version of the post-traumatic growth inventory-expanded(K-PTGI-X), which has been widely used to assess posttraumatic growth. The PTGI-X is a measure of the addition of the items to measure the existential growth as the need for modification to the factors of the 'increase of spiritual interest' in the existing PTGI is suggested. We examined the factor structure, reliability, and validity of a Korean version of the PTGI-X among 625 Korean adults who have experienced trauma events. First, EFA confirmed the appropriate PTGI-X factor structure and found that the 4-factor structure was the most appropriate. Next, as a result of CFA, it was found that the model to which correlation between items was added to the 4-factor model was good. Next, testing internal consistency, CR, and AVE of the K-PTGI-X showed that PTGI-X's items are reliable. Also, we tested the concurrent validity and discriminative validity. All of the K-PTGI-X scales significantly correlated with measures of deliberate rumination and core-belief except for the intrusive rumination. Finally, to add an understanding of K-PTGI-X, t-test according to demographic variables was conducted. Recommendations for future research and implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool that can be measured in various aspects for the reading attitudes of children. For that it was set the configuration based on the preceding reading attitude survey and models and tacit knowledge of attitude toward reading and wrote the questions for reading attitudes. It conducted a primary and secondary test for elementary school students in grades 4-6 to verify the validity and reliability of measurement tools. 8 factors of the reading attitudes measurement tool were extracted through exploratory factor analysis and it described 66.29% of total variable. the r-value for inter-item consistency about reading attitudes were above 0.4 on all questions. The Cronbach ${\alpha}$-value of reliability coefficient about reading attitudes measurement tool was 0.950. Therefore Reading attitude test tool have reading usefulness, reading efficacy, leisure, stiumulation, flow, expression, study, assertiveness as sub factors of reading attitude has been shown that it can serve as a useful tool for measuring various aspects of the reading attitude for children.

Spatial ability has been valued as one component of intelligence and as an talented domain. And it is associated with the achievements in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines. So, the instrument for measuring spatial ability is very important. The purpose of this study is to develop Spatial Visualization Tests for Elementary School Children and examine internal consistency reliability evidence and construct validity evidence on confirmatory factor analysis of that instrument. For this purpose, 'The Spatial Visualization Tests for Elementary School Children was administered to 1482 Korean elementary school students. As a result, this study show that internal consistency reliability evidence using Cronbach' alpha showed item consistency and construct validity evidence from confirmatory factor analysis in the Spatial Visualization Tests for Elementary School Children. And also, this study show ed that item difficulty and item discrimination of the Spatial Visualization Tests for Elementary School Children were within an acceptable range.

The purpose of this study is to conduct the Korean translation and validity of the Unconditional Positive Self-Regard Scale(UPSR) that Patterson and Joseph(2006) originally developed based on the Rogerian person-centered theory. K-UPSR was adapted, modified and validated from the UPSR Scale. This study verified reliability and validity, and factor structure of K-UPSR. The preliminary study was proceeded with twelve adapted questions to 131 undergraduate and graduate students. As a result, three questions were deleted for the low reliability. The exploratory factor analysis of the nine questions showed two sub factors. The internal consistency reliability of nine questions with two sub factors was .89 in this study. The study was conducted by 419 male and female adults and verified confirmatory factor analysis and the validity. The study data was evaluated for the suitability of convergent and discriminant validity of K-UPSR. Through the correlation analysis of other five scales, the result was mostly corresponded to the preliminary study.

마이크로솔더링에 의한 전자기기는, 사회기능의 중추가 되는 컴퓨터, 통신 기기, 항공기 인공위성 등의 제어계를 구성하므로, 그 접속부에 대한 높은 신뢰성의 요구는 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 전자기기에 있어서의 솔더 접속부는 집과 기판의 전기 적.기계적 접속의 역할을 하고 있으며, 따라서 개개의 접속부의 파단은 전체의 불량 으로 연결된다. 실제 전자콤포넌트와 그 시스템의 단선 등의 사고에 있어서 자주 발생 하는 사고중의 하나가 솔더접속부의 단선에 의한 것이며, 그 단선중에서도 가장 보편 적이며 또한 대단히 심각한 문제로서 주목을 받고 있는 것이 솔더접속부의 열피로파단 이다. 전자기기를 사용할 때, 스위치의 on-off에 의한 power cycle과 환경의 온도변화 에 기인하는 반복열 사이클은 솔더접속부의 피로를 일으키게 되고, 결국에는 사용중에 파단을 초래하게 된다. 이러한 온도변화의 범위는 약 -55.deg. - 150.deg.C로 예상할 수 있으며, 여기서 최고온도인 150.deg.C는 Pb-Sn 공정합금의 경우 0.9Tm.p.이상의 고온에 해당한다. 이 피로는 등온적으로 또는 열사이클중에 발생하기도 한다. 솔더접 속부의 열피로수명은 대부분의 공업재료에서 나타나는 저사이클피로거동과 유사하게 발생하며, 솔더 접속부에 인가되는 열변형/응력(thermal strain/stress)의 크기에 크게 의존하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 솔더는 서로 다른 열팽창계수를 갖는 칩과 회로 기관의 두종류의 재료를 접속하기 때문에, 상기한 바와 같은 반복열사이클에 의하여 발생하는 열변형/응력이 접속부의 피로.파단을 야기시킨다. 이러한 솔더접속부에 대한 주기적인 응력/변형의 인가는 접속부에 내.외적으로 현저한 변화를 야기시키게 되고, 열피로로 연결되며 결국에는 시스템의 전기적 단선을 초래하게 된다. 또한 열피로파단 현상는 변형/응력의 크기 뿐 만아니라 솔더합금자체의 야금학적인 물성에도 크게 의존 하며, 내적.외적인 열변화에 의한 야금학적인 특성변화도 크게 영향을 미친다. 솔더 접속부의 신뢰성에 대한 연구는, 그 중요성에 비추어 볼 때, 지금까지 수많은 연구가 행하여져 왔다. 그러나 신뢰성과 관련된 열피로파단현상에 대한 야금학적인 면에서의 연구는 비교적 적은 편이다. 따라서 본 해설에서는 전자기기의 마이크로 솔더접속부 에서 발생하는 열피로파단현상에 대한 야금학적인 면에 중점을 두어 서술하고자 한다.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the contents of ageism and to develop instrument of ageism. Ageism instrument development remains a necessary in aging research, for the explication of actual condition of ageing. The current study describes multidimensional view of ageism toward aging and the elderly. After pre-test and review of professionals, 31 items was constructed. Data were obtained from KGSS Survey of 1535 participants. The sample was randomly divided into two group to test reliability and validity of the scale. Finally, the 23-items with seven factors were suggested, based on the internal reliability and exploratory factor analysis with the first group. Another group were conducted confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the final 23-item scale with seven factors had a good model fit. Development and refinement of ageism scale are necessary elements for proceeding beyond theoretical and empirical discussions in ageism. It also provides a implications for current views of ageism and strategies for reducing ageism.

The development process from creative potential to realized talent is complex and non-linear. This feature of the process stands out more in the process of living a creative life in the long-term rather than in a situation to solve certain problems in the short-term. The purpose of this study is to develop Creativity Path Inventory (CPI) for undergraduate students based on Sawyer's Zigzag Model which is one of creative process theories and to verify reliability and validity of the inventory. Thus, reflecting the characteristics of each stage of the model, this study developed 88 items in 8 factors and finally confirmed 38 items in 7 factors through item analysis and verification process on construct validity. Internal consistency of a total of 38 items in CPI turned out to be .835, confirming the reliability of the inventory and goodness-of-fit index of the final model also demonstrated an appropriate result. CPI with verified reliability and validity will help enable people who want to manifest creativity in view of everyday creativity to realize self-improvement by self-reporting their strengths and weaknesses on their own.

The purpose of this study was to construct a rating scale of infant and toddler development for the use of teachers in their observations of children during daily activities. The scale consists of 201 items measuring motor, self-help, socio-communicative, socio-emotional, and cognitive development. Quality, reliability and validity were examined with the use of a nation-wide sample of 1,245 children from classes of 1- and 2-year-olds. Tests on validity and reliability were high in terms of content validity evaluated by early childhood professionals, concurrent validity with the Bayley Scale, internal consistency among raters, and test-retest reliability. Factor analysis showed that the developmental areas of infants and toddlers are not clearly differentiated but are interrelated with each other. The scale was standardized by providing nation-wide norms with raw scores, percentiles, and standardized scores.

The purpose of the current study was to validate Fetzer Institute & National Institute on Aging Working Group[NIA](1999)'s Brief-Multidimensional Measure of Religiousness/Spirituality Scale (BMMRS) in Korean adults. The Korean version of BMMRS, Spiritual Well-Being Scale(SWS), Korean Sprituality Scale(KSS), Penn State Worry Questionnaire(PSWQ), and Intolerance of uncertainty Scale(IUS) were administered to the 286 students and community samples. A principle axis factoring analysis with direct oblimin rotation and Kaiser normalization identified a six-factor solution accounting for 66.24% of the variance in scores, labeled as: positive spiritual experience, negative spiritual experience, forgiveness, religious practices, negative congregational support, and positive congregational support. Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that 6 factor model of BMMRS have a good fitness. Also, the internal consistency(.64~.97) and the test-retest reliablity was adequate.(.72~.88) Korean version of BMMRS has adequate psychometric characteristics so it can be used to verify the effects of various compassion-related psychotherapeutic approaches.
