This study aims to examine the effects of adjustment factors to college life on the work values of public health major students. We sampled 530 undergraduate students majoring in public health administration and engineering from Kyunggi-do, and analyzed the data using t-test, correlation and regression methods obtained from SPSS Win 21.0 software. We found that (1) a student's intrinsic work value is positively related to their adjustment to college life factors but extrinsic work value is positively related to 'professor-student interaction', 'college life satisfaction' and 'expectation for the service college'; (2) 'social integration', 'professor-student interaction' and 'expectation for the service college' influenced to intrinsic work value; (3) 'career identity', 'family support', and 'college life satisfaction' influenced to extrinsic work value. Based on the results of this study, that the improvement of adjustment to college life factors influence on the work values were discussed.

명예에 관한 죄는 사람의 사회적 인격성을 침해하는 범죄로서 보호법익은 '명예'이다. 명예는 인간의 존엄성을 바탕으로 사람이 사회적, 윤리적, 정신적으로 당연히 누려야할 인격적 가치를 말한다. 이는 크게 외적명예, 내적명예, 명예감정으로 나눌 수 있는데, 외적명예는 사람의 인격가치에 대한 사회적 평가를 의미한다. 내적명예는 사람의 고유한 인격가치로서 사람이 출생과 함께 갖게 되는 윤리적 사회적인 인격적 가치제를 말한다. 명예감정은 자기의 인격가치에 대한 자신의 주관적 평가를 말한다.

Holland(1997)의 직업성격유형은 네 가지 가정을 기초로 한다. 이 가정에 기초하여 직업성격유형을 6가지 유형으로 분류하고, 사람의 성격과 그 사람의 작업환경에 대한 지식은 진로선택, 직업변경, 직업성취 등에 관해서 중요한 결과를 예측할 수 있다."라고 설명하고 있다. 이와 관련한 선행연구와 이론을 바탕으로 본 연구를 진행할 계획이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 이루기 위한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업성격유형을 6가지 (R IASEC )로 분류한 이론을 본 연구의 대상인 일반 창업자(대학생, 청년, 장년 등)에게도 적용할 수 있는지 확인하고자 한다. 즉, Holland(1997)의 직업성격유형이론에 의한 현실적(Realistic)유형, 탐구적 (Invest igat ive)유형, 예술적 (Art ist ic)유형, 사회적 (Soc ia l)유형, 설득적(Enterprising)유형, 관습적(Conventional)유형의 분류를 본 연구에 적용하여 일반 창업자에게도 적용가능한지를 확인하고자 한다. 둘째, 일반 창업자의 직업성격유형, 직업가치유형 (내적직업가치, 외적직업가치)에 따른 창업성과에 대한 변수간의 구조를 분석하고자 한다. 구조 모형에서의 효과와 영향력을 분석하여 Holland의 직업성격유형과 창업성과 간의 관계를 규명하는 연구결과를 정립하고자 한다. 셋째, Holland의 직업성격유형 및 직업가치가 창업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 직업가치유형(내적직업가치 외적직업가치)이 창업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다.

As a case study of the application of supportive music and imagery (SMI), this study examined the impact of SMI in helping clients establish greater self-worth. Sense of self-worth was defined as trust and respect for the self as evidenced by understanding of one's individuality and uniqueness. Participants in the study were two adults in need of help with psychological challenges arising from low self-worth. Each of them participated in SMI sessions once a week, for a total of 6 weeks. Participants' statements on the imagery drawn by them during SMI sessions were analyzed in relation to components of the sense of self-worth. The results of this study showed that SMI sessions helped both clients recognize their internal resources and gaining insight into the value of their internal resources increased their evaluation of their own self-worth. Specific factors of SMI sessions that impacted the clients' self-worth and suggestions for future studies are also discussed.

세계화, 국제화, 개방화 시대에 살고 있는 우리가 통과의례나 전통 명절과 같은 특별한 행사에 의례복으로 한복을 애용하는 것은 한복이 한국의 문화적 이미지를 강하게 간직하고 있는 한국적 조형물 중의 하나이기 때문이다. 더우기 의례복은 특별한 행사 자체를 위해 착용되었던 만큼 당시대의 내 적 가치를 가장 현저하게 표출하고 있는 복식으로 인정 할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 시대 적으로 현대 전통 한복의 기본 형 식을 제공한 조선시대와 그 이후의 복식 중에서 특히 분명한 착용동기와 목적, 복식을 통해 나타내고자 하는 상징성 등을 함축하고 있는 아동용 의례복을 대상으로 복식의 형태, 색채, 문양, 소재 등의 조형 요소를 고찰하는 것이다. 또한 양식적 특성을 살펴보고, 그러한 조형적 특성을 형성시킨 당시대의 사상적 가치를 추론해 보는 것이다. 구체 적인 연구 방법은 먼저 관련된 문헌 고찰을 통한 이론적 배경을 토대로 하여 아동용 의례복의 범주를 설정하고 현재 보전중인 실물과 또는 사진, 풍속화에 나타난 복식 자료들을 수집하였다. 그리고 당시대의 사상적 배경에 대한 고찰을 병행하여 이들에 내재된 문화적 가치를 추출해 보았다. 연구 결과 양식적 특징으로는 남아의 두루마기나 전복 그리고 쓰개류 등에서 기능성을 고려한 변형적 양식이 나타나고 있었다. 색채 역시 음양 보색이나, 오행색을 바탕으로 한 기본색의 구성 이외 에도 소매나 섶에 응용된 색의 배열이나 맞깃 전복의 깃에 나타난 색의 조화는 다양한 색의 조형미를 표현하고 있었다. 특히 색동 등에 나타난 오행색의 배열, 안감과 겉감, 상의와 하의, 외의와 내의에 사용된 색의 조화는 미의식에 관한 문화적 가치를 추론해 볼 수 있다. 더우기 장식 표현에 주로 쓰인 자연물 문양이나 글자 문양은 당시의 지배 사상이 지향하는 덕목 이외에도 전통적으로 내재된 수명과 복록, 부귀와 영화에 대한 내적 가치들을 반영하는 조형적 상징들이라 할 수 있다. 소재는 비교적 계절을 고려하여 사용되고 있었지만 의례적 성격을 지닌 외의나 쓰개류의 경우 계절적 구분을 고려하지 않은 경우도 많이 나타나고 있었다. 장신구의 경우는 많이 사용되는 것은 아니나 역시 상징적 인 가치를 표현하는 실물들을 미적으로 재구성한 사례들이 나타나고 있었다. 이상의 연구를 통해 아동용 전통 의례복은 형태, 색채, 문양, 소재, 장신구 등에서 양식의 다양성과 변형들을 알 수 있었다. 또한 적극적인 내적 가치의 상징들을 복식을 통해 표현하고 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 현대 복식의 디자인에 있어 아동용 의례복에 나타난 창조적인 양식의 변형과 다양성 그리고 복식을 통한 내적 가치의 반영 등이 현대 사회와 조화를 이룬 실질적인 복식 디자인 제시 및 창작에 작은 영감으로 작용하길 바란다.

The study objective was to understand the effects of self-efficacy and occupational value on the major satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 281 pre-service childcare teachers in A city. In the study results, first, pre-service childcare teachers highly perceived the self-regulatory efficacy and confidence of self-efficacy, the intrinsic value of occupational value, and the general satisfaction and perception satisfaction of major satisfaction. Second, there were statistically significant correlations between self-efficacy, occupational value, and major satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers. Third, the self-efficacy and occupational value of pre-service childcare teachers had positive effects on the major satisfaction. Based on these study results, there should be more diverse research for the formation of proper self-efficacy and correct occupational value, so that students majoring in childcare could perceive the importance of major satisfaction and also perform their childcare jobs with high-quality.

The objective of this study was to understand factors of occupational ethics affecting occupational value and educational belief of preservice childcare teachers. In order to achieve this objective, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting a total of 270 preservice childcare teachers in A city. Study results found that preservice childcare teachers highly perceived the ethics in young children and family out of the occupational ethics, the intrinsic value out of the occupational value, and the maturism and interactionism out of the educational belief. Second, the occupational ethics, occupational value, and educational belief of preservice childcare teachers showed statistically significant correlations. Third, the occupational ethics of preservice childcare teachers had positive effects on the occupational value and educational beliefs. Based on these results, it is necessary to conduct diverse research studies for the formation of clear and appropriate occupational values and positive educational beliefs, so that childcare providers could perceive the importance of occupational ethics and provide high-quality childcare services.

Covid-19 calls for minimizing gatherings of people in spaces such as offices. Organizations are encouraging information-sharing activities among employees by using online platform technology. Recently, Organizations are supporting their work using the metaverse. This study confirms the effect of metaverse presence on the intention to share knowledge by forming the intrinsic motivation of the employees and the moderating effect of the individual's digital technological competence. We presented research hypotheses through previous studies such as virtual reality and tested the hypotheses using 309 samples obtained through surveys. As a result, the social, tele, and self presence of the metaverse increased organizational-related intrinsic motivation(organizational identification, value congruence) and had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge. In addition, digital technological competence moderated the relationship between value congruence and intention to share knowledge. This study suggests the importance of strategies to enhance the presence of metaverse for organizations to increase work productivity by using metaverse and the need to support individual digital competence reinforcement.

This study is a new evaluation using the Arrhenius equation, which is known as the chemical reaction rate estimation equation, to evaluate the intrinsic and extrinsic value elements of patents as a model. The performance of the evaluation model was superior to the SVM, Logistic reg. and ANN models that were used as patent evaluation models in prior studies. In addition, there was a strong correlation between the predicted lifespan of the patent and the actual lifespan of the patent. These evaluation models may be used for evaluation purposes only, or if an evaluation is required, including a commercialization entity or technical characteristics.
