The company's technical reserves in accordance with the internal skills and external technology commercialization capacity and to analyze the impact on the performance of technology commercialization and financial performance of the company. External technology funding, internal and external technologies marketing, internal and external technologies production, outside of the external Technology Commercialization technique was investigated to affect the financial performance. Financing, marketing capability, and the production base is completely mediated effect acting from within the technology business technical achievement, but funding and the regulation of full-mediated effects on the financial performance in the external action, technical marketing skills and capacity of external technology in part mediated effect was investigated by the effect on financial performance.

내부 정보 유출 사고의 빈도가 높아지게 되면서 이러한 내부 정보 유출을 막기 위해 DLP(Data Loss Prevention), DRM(Digital Rights Management), DB 접근 통제 솔루션, 인터넷 접근 차단 솔루션과 같은 여러 가지 보안 솔루션을 적용하고 있으나, 내부 정보 유출을 시도하는 개인의 행동을 기반으로 개인을 탐지한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인이 아닌 조직으로 이루어진 내부 정보 유출의 행위를 탐지하고 대응하기 위해 보안로그를 위험 사용자들끼리 그룹화 하여 내부 정보 유출 여부를 판단하는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 적응적 이진화 기법을 적용하여 흠집 영역을 검출한다. 제안된 방법은 안경 렌즈 영상에서 명암 대비를 적용하여 렌즈의 명암을 강조한다. 명암이 강조된 영상에서 렌즈 밖의 배경 영역은 흠집 검출에 불필요하므로 개선된 평균 이진화 기법을 적용한 후에 렌즈의 윤곽선을 검출하여 렌즈 이외의 배경을 제거한다. 렌즈 이외의 배경이 제거된 렌즈 영상에서 렌즈 내부에 명암대비를 적용하여 렌즈 내부의 배경과 흠집의 명암을 강조한다. 명암이 강조된 렌즈 내부 영역에서 적응적 이진화 기법을 적용하여 흠집과 잡음을 검출한다. 잡음은 중간값 필터를 적용하여 제거한 후에 흠집 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 흠집 영역을 렌즈의 중심으로부터의 거리와 흠집의 크기를 퍼지 추론 규칙을 적용하여 눈에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 성능을 분석하기 위해 CHEMI, MID, HL, HM과 같은 시력 보정용 렌즈 영상 6장을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 기존 렌즈 흠집 추출 방법보다 흠집 영역이 정확하게 추출되었고 눈에 미치는 영향을 효과적으로 분석할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internal competence of small business on the competitive advantage and start-up intention. Through this, which key competence of small business can be proposed for market growth against of large companies that have a great capital power. Also, implications for development direction can be suggested. For this purpose, technology capability, financing capability, marketing capability, and product/service differentiation capability factors were set as independent variables, as well as competitive advantage as a mediating factor, and startup intention to be franchiser as a dependent variable. For the analysis, a structured questionnaires survey was conducted to 276 domestic small business in capital area. The main results are as follows. First, in relation to the internal competency and the competitive advantage of small businesses, it was found that technological capabilities, financing capabilities and product (service) differentiation have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Second, the relationship between the internal capacity of a small entity and startup intention to commercialize a franchiser business indicates that its financing capacity and marketing capabilities have a positive effect on startup intention to commercialize the business, and that competitive advantage has a significant effect on startup intention to commercialize the franchise. Third, competitive advantage was found to mediate the relationship between internal competency and startup intention. Finally, it was shown that the internal capacity of a small business has a regulating effect in relation to its financing capacity, marketing capabilities and startup intention to commercialize the franchise, and that it also had a regulating effect in relation to its relationship with its competitive advantage and franchise suitability. Based on the above results, if small business can take competitive advantage in the market, they also consider startup intention to commercialize a franchiser, in addition, it is expected that one suggestion can be made from an internal capacity perspective required more emphasis on operations and management as an alternative to expanding small businesses' business, including market access measures that can be linked to internal capacity factors of small businesses.

The first purpose of this study is to find out whether internal support factors such as evaluation system, education support program, and human resources of universities are factors that influencing the motivation of technology transfer and commercialization among those engaged in technology transfer and commercialization activities. Second, verified the regulation effect of social support from the cause-and-effect relationship between motivation of technology transfer commercialization and the said internal factors. In order to analyze the above research, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the professors and employees engaged in the technology transfer and commercialization organization of 40 universities in Korea. A total of 160 surveys were distributed, of which 145 were collected. The results of analysis using SPSS Statistics 22.0 are as follows. First, all internal factors of university such as evaluation system, education support program, and human resources have significant influence on the motivation for technology transfer and commercialization. Second, as a result of analyzing the regulation effect of the social support in relation to the internal factor of the university and the motivation of technology transfer and commercialization, the quasi regulation effect can be founded in between evaluation system and motivation of technology transfer and commercialization. However, there is no regulation effect of social support between the education support program, human resources and motivation for technology transfer and commercialization. Based on the results of this study, suggestions can be founded for establishing a support policy for those who are engaged in technology transfer and commercialization in universities.

고품질 코드를 위한 정적 분석은 아직도 매우 필요한 영역이며, 또한 코드의 가시화는 개발자들에게 코드의 복잡한 모듈에 대한 가이드에 필요하다. 기존의 코드 가시화는 정적 분석의 코드 내부 정보들을 DB 테이블화 및 품질 지표(CK Metrics, Coupling, # function Calls, Bed smell) 질의어화, 그리고 추출된 정보를 가시화하는 것에만 초점을 두었다. 문제는 코드 내부 정보(Class, method, parameters, etc) 테이블들에 대한 join 연산 시 엄청난 시간과 리소스가 소모된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, 우리는 테이블 설계의 정규화를 제안한다. 또한 필요한 품질 지표의 질의를 통해 코드 내부 정보 추출하여 데이터 및 제어 복잡 모듈을 식별하여 refactoring 를 가이드 한다. 앞으로는 이 부분의 AI learning 을 통해 bad/good program 을 식별을 기대한다.

내경 0.1 m 의 draft tube 를 갖는 직경 0.3 m, 높이 2.7 m 인 내부순환유동층 가스화반응기에서 호주산 준 역청탄을 공기와 수증기를 사용하여 가스화 하였다. draft tube에 공기를 주입하여 연소반응, annulus 구역에 수증기를 주입하여 가스화하여 연소반응에서 생성된 열을 annulus 에 공급하였다. 반응기온도와 석탄주입량에 따라 H$_2$, CO 및 발열량이 증가하였으나 공기의 유량증가에 따른 H$_2$, CO는 감소하고 $CO_2$ 는 증가하였으며 발열량은 감소하였다.

등부표는 항로를 가리키는 표지의 한 가지로써 암초나 얕은 곳 따위를 알리는 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 LED 등부표의 경량화, 내부식성, 높은 기계적 물성확보를 위해 탄소섬유/에폭시 복합재료를 적용하였다. 더불어, 자가발전이 가능한 스마트 LED 등부표 개발을 위해 전기활성고분자 필름을 적용하여 가능성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze what has changed in Seoul National University (SNU) since its incorporation, focusing on the perceptions and experiences of its internal members. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted with members of SNU, professors, staff, and students. The interview results were presented by categorizing them into changes in the overall evaluation of the incorporation, positive and negative changes, education, research, social contribution, and operating system. Overall, with regard to the changes after incorporation, the members of SNU showed a common perception that it was difficult to feel the change or that there was little change. As for positive changes, they mentioned the expansion of university finances, increased autonomy in operation, and improved responsiveness to environmental changes. As for negative changes, they mentioned the ambiguity of SNU's legal status, and the excessive increase of direct and aggressive influence from outside. In the last part, the main findings were summarized and their meaning and implications were discussed.

This paper deals with the effect of the internal sampling frequency and core band down sampling ratio on the overall performance of the MPEG USAC. Here, the internal sampling frequency is the sampling frequency of a signal actually coded. The core band down sampling ratio is the ratio of the width of the core band over that of the coded band. The performance was measured on 6 different test sound sources by the MUSHRA test with 10 subjects. The experiments showed that 1/3 or 1/4 core band down sampling ratio could yield the better performance than the conventional 1/2 ratio, especially at low rates.
