  • 견직물의 품질이 좋다는 것은 소비자의 취향과 실용성을 만족시켜주어야 한다. 고급패션용 직물 또는 이브닝드레스와 다른 독특한 제품에는 디자인과 색상이 중요한 역할을 하고 타운드레스, 스포츠ㆍ레저용품에는 수용성과 취급이 간편한 실용성이 강조된다. 이러한 두 가지 요구를 위하여 염색견뢰도를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 공시 견직물들은 고급패션 제품에는 다소 부족하였고 일부 견직물은 ISA공인품질 기준에 미치지 못하였다. 특히 색상이 밝은 염색견직물과 발염날염견섬물은 물, 땀, 아이론견뢰도가 불량하여 염료선택에 주의가 필요하며, 염색후가공 등을 하여 견뢰도 개선에 관한 연구를 하고, 견섬물가공 업체는 시장동향과 소비자의 취향 및 요구를 분석하면서 기술개발을 추진한다면 세계선진 업체와 경쟁할 수 있을 것이다.

디지털 전사날염으로 프린트 된 QR코드의 인식률 연구 -필라멘트 직물의 섬도와 색의 변화를 중심으로- (Study on the Recognition Rate of Printed QR Codes by Digital Transfer Textile Printing -Focused on Changes in the Fineness and Color of Filament Textile-)

  • This study analyzed the recognition rate of QR codes printed by digital transfer textile printing for mobile application. The purpose was to identify conditions that increase recognition rates of QR codes printed on textile, in order to increase utility of QR codes in the textile and fashion industries. The study focused on differences in the color of the QR codes and denier, which is a unit of textile fineness measurement, of the textile on which the QR codes were printed. And the recognition rates of QR codes according to the color and denier were analyzed. According to the result of this study, the colors of QR codes had an effect on the recognition of the codes by mobile applications. Specifically, strong contrast, i.e., bright background and relatively dark module, increased the recognition rate of the QR codes. Digital transfer textile printing tend to change the hue of red and yellow and increase brightness, and change in the printed colors also had an effect on the recognition rate of QR codes. There was a clear difference in the color and recognition rate of the printed QR code according to the denier of the textile, and this suggests denier has an effect on the recognition rate. The findings in this study can provide basic data for future research on QR codes digital printed on textile.

디아미노안트라퀴논계 분산염료/모노클로로트리진형 반응염료에 의한 폴리에스테르/면 혼방 직물의 날염 (Printing of Polyester and Cotton Blends using Diaminoanthraquinone Disperse Dye and Monochlorotriazinyl Reactive Dye Mixtures)

  • To study the printing behaviors of Polyester and cotton(P/C) fabrics printed with disperse and reactive dyes, the effects of alkalis on the fixation of reactive dyes and the alkali-stability of disperse dyes in various methods of fixation were examined. The anthraquinone disperse dyes which have diamino derivatives as substituents without hydroxy group, such as C.I. Disperse Violet 1(D.V.1), C.I. Disperse Violet 28(D.V.28) and C.I.Disperse Blue 60(D.B.60) showed good results of fixation without regard to the concentration of NaHCO$_3$. In case of high temperature steaming(HTS) and unsaturated steaming(US)/HTS, D.V. 1 was alkali-stable and effective for P/C printing. A good result was obtained with D.V.1 and C.I.Reactive Orange 13(R.O.13) paste of 4% $K_{2}CO_{3}$. It was found that the unfixed D.V.28 bearing chloro group can hinder the fixation of monochlorotriaxinyl reactive dyes, and D.B.60 made little stain on 100% cotton. In thermosol(Tm), the dye uptake of D.V.1 was not decreased so much, but those of D.V.28 and D.B.60 were greatly decreased.

수용성 폴리우레탄 수지 처리된 면 및 폴리에스테르/면 혼방직물의 전사날염에 관한 연구 (Studies on Transfer Printing of Cotton and Polyester/Cotton Blended Fabrics Treated with Water Soluble Polyurethane Resin)

  • In this study, selected cotton fabrics and polyester/cotton(P/C) blended fabrics are treated with a soluble polyurethane(SPU) and then, printed by heat transfer to determine the effect of SPU treatment on dye uptake of the samples. The results obtained are as follows: 1) In heat transfer, dye-uptake gets higher in Vopotion to temperature and time. The optimum printing temperature and printing time of C.I. Disperse Orange 3 and C.I. Disperse Violet 1 are $200^\circ{C}$ and 50sec. 2) Dye-uptake gets higher according to SPU concentration ; both cotton and P/C fabrics show the highest at $100g/\ell$. 3) In color, as temperature, time and SPU concentration increase, P/C fabrics show more yellowish orange color than cotton fabrics in case of C.I. Disperse Orange 3 and P/C fabrics show more reddish violet color than cotton fabrics in case of C.I. Disperse Violet 1. 4) All fastness of cotton and P/C fabrics treated with SPU are good, but color fastness to washing and water of cotton fabrics treated with SPU are not good.

  • The object of this research is to perform the basic research for the development of selectively permeable membrane fabrics which is suitable for korean military in sense of embattlement. As a key factor of selectively permeable membrane fabrics which is suitable for korean military, this study selected the best PVA thickness and membrane selection for DMMP protection, pre-treatment method for conformational stability of face fabric and water/oil repellent process condition. Especially as the PVA coating thickness of the fabrics increase, peneration of DMMP decrease including water vapor permeation is lower. This study shows how physical features and permeability of chemical agents can be influenced by pre-treatment methods, the selection of selectively permeable membrane, the thickness of PVA etc. Results showed that outer shell / PVA / e-PTFE materials possessed performance with superior water vapor permeation (Over $3,000g/m^2/day$) and protective capability against DMMP vapor ($0.6{\mu}g/cm^2{\cdot}16hr$).

감즙염색 날염 소재 원피스 개발과 인체착용실험에 의한 생리반응 및 착용감 평가 (Assessment of Wear Comfort and the Development of One-piece Dresses with Persimmon Juice Dye-printed Fabrics)

  • Persimmon juice dye-printed fabrics with printing were used for a Galot one-piece dress. The Galot dress was assessed in comparison to a white undyed one-piece dress of the same design through a wearing test conducted in a climatic chamber with an air temperature of $30{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, $50{\pm}5%$ R.H, and 0.2m/sec air movement on 4 healthy female subjects in their 20s. The subjects went through a 30-min stable period, a 30-min exercise of walking on a $5^{\circ}$ slope treadmill at 70m/min period, and a 20-min recovery period. In addition, a physiological reaction and subjective sensation were estimated. The results showed that significant differences were mostly observed from a sweating period that occurred during the latter half of the exercise. More specific results are as follows. First, skin temperature on the chest and mean skin temperature were significantly higher (p<.01) in rayon dyed sample dresses. Second, micro-humidity on the back showed a significant difference (p<.01). Both cotton and rayon persimmon juice dyed sample dresses produced lower microhumidity than their counterparts and as for cotton the difference occurred over the entire experimental period; however, it occurred after the middle of the exercise period for rayon. Third, the sweating rate on the back decreased in both cotton and rayon with persimmon juice dye but no significant difference was observed. Fourth, subjective three sensations revealed significant differences between cotton and rayon (p<.01), indicating that the subjects felt more cool, dryer and more comfortable in a cotton Galot. As described above, the analysis of physiological responses and the subjective sensation of undyed and dyed clothing shows the effect of persimmon juice dyeing. Persimmon juice dyeing also seemly increased air permeability, moisture regain and permeability facilitating body heat ventilation, as micro-humidity and sweat rate were lowered. However, this was not shown consistently in subjective responses on comfort especially when wearing rayon dresses.

폴리에스테르 섬유용 수용성 입체가공 바인더의 디보싱 효과에 대한 고찰 (A Study of New water-soluble 3-D Binders on the Debossing effect for Polyester fabrics)

  • 국내 섬유산업은 해외로부터의 저가 섬유제품이 대량으로 유입되는 속에서도 산업전반에 꾸준히 고부가 가치화를 지향하고 있다. 소비자의 요구에 부응하여 섬유소재에도 다양한 신개념과 이를 충족시킬 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있으며, 그 가운데 하나의 영역을 구축해 나가고 있는 분야가 면 리플가공과 같은 표면 형태 가공이며, 최근 들어 폴리에스테르 입체(3D)가공제의 개발 및 가공 방법도 이런 흐름에 부응하여 업계에서 절실한 개발을 요구하고 있는 분야 중 하나이다. 현재 까지 폴리에스테르 섬유의 입체가공 기술은 엠보싱무늬를 조각한 금속 롤러에 열을 가하여 폴리에스터 직물에 찍는 방법으로 원단 표면의 입체적인 무늬를 만들어 내는 방법이 대부분이다. 최근 면 리플가공과 같은 표면 형태 가공이 섬유소재의 새로운 트랜드로 나타나면서 폴리에스테르와 같은 합성섬유에서도 이러한 소재의 질감을 얻고자 많은 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 5종의 폴리에스테르의 입체가공용 바인더를 포뮬레이션하여 현재 시장성이 있는 폴리에스테르 아이템 5종에 대한 입체가공효과 및 적용성을 고찰하였다. 합성 포뮬레이션 된 바인더는 수용성으로 만들어졌으며, 입체가공 전 후의 원단 외관, 처리 후 수세의 용이성 및 무늬의 입체성효과 등을 확인하였으며, 가공 전후의 원단 물성평가 연구도 동시 진행하였다. 폴리에스테르 섬유의 새로운 패션 소재로의 응용에 초점을 두고 시장의 수요가 폭발되고 있는 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 나일론 등 합성섬유의 3차원 입체 가공(디보싱) 제품을 생산할 수 있는 가공제 및 가공방법의 개발은 신규시장 창출에 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 다양한 날염업체의 수요를 충족시키고, 섬유산업의 글로벌화에 대응하여 훈련된 영업 인력과 E-commerce를 통한 외산 제품과의 경쟁력 확보로 신규시장 진입기회를 창출할 것으로 기대한다.

감즙염색포의 날염방법에 따른 문양직물의 개발과 그 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Persimmon Juice Dyed Print-fabrics following the Printing Method and a Comparative Study of the Products' Properties)

  • In this study, printing was introduced to the common dip-dyeing method of persimmon juice dyeing so as to develop two different colored persimmon juice dyed fabrics with printings of 'jorangmal' patterns (a national monument) instead of producing a plain textile. Following are the results of a comparative study between the persimmon dyed fabric and undyed fabric, both with printings, in terms of its properties, and hand values. Cotton and rayon were chosen as samples and were compared separately. Firstly, the samples showed differences in terms of clarity and visual sensation depending on the presence of persimmon dye, even if the same pattern and color was used. Secondly, the air permeability of two samples improved after persimmon dyeing even though their thickness increased, and their moisture regain increased as well in all humidity conditions. Thirdly, protectiveness against UV increased in dyed samples, and sweat, sunlight, and compound colorfastness improved in printed dye-fabrics compared to plain dyed ones. Therefore, printing proved to be effective in preventing discoloration. Fourthly, tensile linearity and resilience, bending rigidity, compressive linearity and resilience, and shearing stiffness increased more in the dyed samples compared to undyed ones. However, shearing recovery decreased in both dyed fabrics. Fifthly, the result of its hand value showed that Koshi value increased in all samples than undyed ones, whereas Fukurami, Numeri, and Softosa values decreased. Incorporating printing in persimmon dyeing process could expect creative outcomes not only in today's diverse fashion but in areas of arts or crafts as well.

디메틸아미노안트라퀴논계 분산염료와 아조계 모노클로로트리아진형 반응염료에 의한 P/C혼방직물의 일단계 날염에 있어 고착거동 (Fixing Behaviors of Dimethylamino Anthraquinone Disperse Dyes and Monochlorotriazinyl Azo Reactive Dyes on P/C Blended Fabrics in One-Step Printing)

  • The fixing behaviors of anthraquinone disperse dyes containing dimethylamino substituent, such as C. I. Disperse Violet 26(D.V.26) and C. I. Disperse Blue 14(D.V.14), or containing diamino substituent, such as C. I. Disperse Blue 73(D.B.73), and monochlorotriazinyl azo reactive dyes, such as C. I. Reactive Orange 13(R.O.13), C. I. Reactive Red 3(R.R.3). C. I. Reactive Yellow 2(R.Y.2) on polyester/cotton blend(P/C) fabrics were examined for the one-step printing of P/C fabrics. The high temperature steaming of $175^{\circ}C$ is the most satisfactory fixing method for P/C one-step printing with above disperse and reactive dyes among the four different fixing methods: $175^{\circ}C$ steaming, $102^{\circ}C$ steaming${\rightarrow}175^{\circ}C$ steaming, $190^{\circ}C$ thermosol, $102^{\circ}C$ steaming${\rightarrow}190^{\circ}C$ thermosol. $190^{\circ}C$ thermosol is unfit to fix R.R.3 and R.Y.2 whose heat stability is poor. It was found that D.V.26 and D.B.14 containing dimethylamino substituent are unstable for heat and alkali, but D.B.73 is stable for them to print P/C blend fabrics with R.O.13 which is also stable for heat. Therefore we found that D.B.73, R.O.13 and a pair of D.B.73 and R.O.13 were very suitable for one-step printing of P/C blend fabrics.
