In our information society, ICT education is becoming basic and fundamental task that many countries are putting emphasis on it, considering it as "the most important step in reformation of education." ICT education have many differences in many countries. Currently, we are considering the suggestions for ICT education in Korea, and through comparative analysis of ICT education in Turkey, a country which has similar economic and cultural conditions, we will provide helpful solutions on ICT education policy for mutual countries. For an objective comparative analysis. we used the PISA 2009 and PISA 2012 data. The results show that Korea is has a better and easy access to computer at home only. Accessability to information devices in school, computer use in schools, and the students aptitudes on using the devices were excelled by Turkey. General attitudes about computers was similar, but Turkey proved to be better at utilizing computers in schools settings. With these findings, Korea must redefine current ICT education policies and establish policies for activating the ICT education nationwide.

Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA)', launched in 2006, has developed a research network with 'Health and Retirement Study(HRS, US),' Studies on Health and Retirement in Europe(SHARE, EU),' and 'English Longitudinal Study of Ageing(ELSA, UK)'and tried to construct a mega data library. The KLoSA team has designed their research with focusing on the following three points, in order to use KLoSA for international comparative studies. First, KLoSA shares the key research areas such as family structure, health, employment, income, asset, subjective expectations with the comparable studies. Second, KLoSA team has developed the instrument to reflect the Korean culture and institutions. They considered the institutional characteristics in public pension and health care system and in employment practices. They also counted the cultural conventions in family life such as financial management and care exchange, Finally, KLoSA tries to capture the psychological characteristics of the Korean elderly by making the measurement scales more understandable.

In an effort to increase our understanding of green buying behavior, the present study proposes and tests a comprehensive model of how values influence attitudes toward the environment and preferences for green products in a cross-cultural setting. Data were collected from a survey with consumers in two cultures, diametrically different on values salient to environmental consumerism, the U.S. and Korea. As a result of model testing both at the national and multi-group levels, a refined, final model is presented. While the core human values were found to relate to environmental attitudes and green buying behavior, the patterns of the relationships among the variables emerged to differ between the two cultures, highlighting the importance of cross-cultural investigations in this area. Results suggest that biospheric values significantly influence environmental attitudes and green consumption in both countries. However, the effects of egoism were significant among American respondents whereas altruism appeared to have a significant influence on attitude and behavior in the Korean sample. Findings of this study should aid international marketers in their understanding of what drives consumers' green buying behavior in different cultural settings.

항공산업은 그 특성상 고도의 신뢰성, 안정성이 요구되며, 이를 충족시키기 위하여는 복잡하고 정밀한 구조를 가져야 하므로 다른 산업제품과는 비교가 안될 정도로 그부가가치를 가지고, 타 산업에의 기술 파급 효과가 역시 지대하다. 따라서, 우리나라와 같이 부존자원이 빈약하나 인적 자원이 우수하고 풍부한 나라에서는 자원절약형 산업인 항공산업의 타당성을 검토, 장기적인 육성방안을 수립하여 추진하는 것은 시대적인 요구라 할 수 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 국방과학연구소에서 공군의 초, 중등훈련기 개발을 추진 중에 있음은 KFP(Korea Fighter Program)사업과 함께 매우 중요한 의미을 갖는다. 이와 같은 시점에서 한국인의 인체특성에 보다 적합한 항공기의 개발은 가장 시급한 과제이며, 이 문제점을 극복하기 위한 기본연구로 조종실 내부설계에 필요한 기준점 및 치수, MIL-SPEC에서 규정하고 있는 기준치를 분석하였으며 실제 항공기(F-5, F-4, F-16)칫수를 측정하여 이를 정면도, 측면도, 평면도로 제시하고, 항공기 제어계통인 조종간, 동력제어기, 러더페달 및 조종석의 실제 측정치와 공군 조종사의 인체측정치를 비교, 평가하였다. 또한 전투기들의 정면 계기판과 좌, 우측의 제어판의 표시장치 및 조작기들을 기능별로 구분하여 각 요소별 제한조건 및 설계지침들을 비교, 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to derive suggestions and implications to strengthen the science curriculum continuity of Korea through comparative analysis with focus on the continuity of science curriculum in six countries (Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Finland, the United States, Canada, Korea). Original and Korean translations of the national curriculums of each country gathered from NCIC comparatively analyzed the contents of the 'Moon' and 'Rock cycle' based on features of curriculum configuration, vertical, and lateral connectivity. As a result, it was found that the concepts of Big Ideas or Cross-cutting Concept was utilized internationally to strengthen the linkage between grades or subjects. In particular, dealing with the aspect of the system was important. In the comparison of countries for the content, Korea deals with the most frequency on the 'Moon' and 'Rock cycle'. The contents of the chapter about the moon were simply repeated from elementary to high school levels with some variation. Korean science curriculum holds different perspectives and contents about the Rock cycle compared to other countries. In conclusion, Korea's curriculum requires appropriate tools to strengthen curriculum linkage and by doing so, it will be able to take advantage of the systems approach. Moreover, it is important to constitute the curriculum based on a sufficient understanding of the learning development of students according to their grade levels for the effective application of the curriculum.

본 연구는 간 CT검사를 받은 환자의 선량 및 일반적 정보를 이용하여 후향적으로 진행된 연구로서, 우리나라에서 사용 빈도가 높은 4개사의 CT장비에서 각 장비별로 간 CT검사 시 환자가 받는 평균유효선량의 차이를 알아보고, 성별, 연령, 신장, 체중과 같은 환자의 특성에 따라 장비사별 환자선량을 비교 분석을 통해 임상에서 각자의 장비를 이용하여 방사선사가 간 CT검사를 진행하거나 새로운 검사조건 설정 시 환자선량 감소를 위해 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

본 연구에서는 기술을 차원으로 한 국가소재기술혁신시스템을 개념틀로 하여 국가 간 비교분석을 추진하였음. 소재기술을 주된 차원으로 하고 관련 산업을 대상으로 소재기술과 제조업 강국인 독일과 일본 그리고 우리나라의 혁신시스템을 공공연구시스템 차원에서 비교분석을 수행함. 동 분석의 강점은 소재기술을 둘러싼 혁신주체(산학연)와 산업 간에서 일어나는 학습활동, 연구개발, 상호작용, 기술의 생성과 확산, 네트워크 등 동태적인 기술혁신 활동을 공공연구시스템 차원에서 분석하고 비교할 수 있다는 것임. 본 연구를 통하여 국가별 시스템의 장단점 분석과 함께 향후 바람직한 국가소재기술혁신시스템을 지향하기 위한 공공연구시스템의 방향을 제시하고자 함.

In this study I attempted to compare the two contrasting theories on life satisfaction; alsolute or relative. I could confirm a positive curve-linear relationship of income and life satisfaction among Koreans as in many previous studies. A relative hypothesis saying that one's relative superiority on education could bring about more satisfaction was partly supported in this study. On the other hand, another relative hypothesis saying that income increase could make more satisfaction than income decrease over time on a identical level of income was rejected. This result suggests that income increase can not give more satisfaction in addition to more affluence simply because of the fact that one's current income is higher than his or her previous level of income.

가공송전선의 전기적특성은 비교적 간단한 이론공식에 의하여 정확한 치수를 구할수 있으나, 지중선의 그것은 그렇지 않다. 지중선의 전기특성은 도체 상호간 근접효과, 절연체의 유도손, pipe내의 활유손, 그리고 토양의 방열효과등이 그 영향을 미치므로 그 이론공식이 대단히 복잡하다. 본문에서는 전호에 이어 우리나라에서 시초로 건설될 pipe type cable의 허용전류의 계산방법의 미완부분을 계속해서 소개하고져 한다.
