Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress and oral health symptoms in adolescents in multicultural families. Methods: The data from the 10th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBWS) were analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). A total of 795 adolescents, whose mother or father's home country is not Korea, were selected as the final analysis subjects. Results: There was a correlation between the subject's stress level and oral health symptoms. Toothache was significantly increased 2.474 times (p<0.001) compared to lower stress levels. Gum pain and halitosis were significantly increased by 2.394 times and 1.820 times, respectively, compared with those who had low stress (0.001, 0.008). Conclusions: The results suggest that stress experienced by adolescents in multicultural families affects oral health symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the stress factors and levels in adolescents belonging to multicultural families whose physical and emotional changes are evident and develop a customized program considering their characteristics.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effects of fatigue, resilience, and self-leadership on nursing service quality of local medical center nurses who nursed COVID-19 patients. Methods: The participants were 135 nurses who worked at regional public hospitals located in H-gun, G, and C-city in province C. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. Results: The participants' nursing service quality showed significant positive correlation with resilience (r=.53, p<.001), and self-leadership (r=.60, p<.001). The factors affecting participants' nursing service quality were commitment to self-leadership (β=.57, p<.001) and work position (chief nursing officer) (β=.26, p<.001), which explained 42% of the participants' nursing service quality. Conclusion: During a crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to help nurses enhance their self-leadership skills and build their career continuously by developing relevant policies, systems, and nursing intervention programs. Future studies could expand the knowledge base by including more participants to explore other ways to improve nursing service quality during the COVID-19 pandemic.

글로벌 온라인동영상서비스(OTT) 넷플릭스는 2015년 이후 다양한 '인터랙티브 콘텐츠'를 만들어왔다. 인터랙티브 콘텐츠는 영상 이용자가 직접 캐릭터를 대신해 상황에 맞는 선택들을 하고, 이 선택에 따라 이야기의 결론이 달라지는 작품을 의미한다. 본 논문은 그중 여러 서사 변주를 시도한 2020년 작품 <언브레이커블 키미 슈미트: 키미 대 교주>와 2021년에 공개된 <언더테이커의 저주받은 저택>에 대해 연구한다. 이 작품들에선 이전 인터랙티브 콘텐츠에 비해 주체와 선택지가 다양해졌으며, 주요 메시지도 변화했다. 본 연구는 이를 통해 OTT에서 이뤄지고 있는 인터랙티브 콘텐츠의 서사 구조의 다변화 양상을 분석하고 그 특성에 대해 살펴본다.

OTT 등 신규 서비스가 등장하고 미디어 산업의 가치사슬이 복잡한 지형을 형성하게 되면서 공정경쟁과 이용자 보호, 내용심의 등 다양한 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 그러나 네트워크의 물리적 특성과 기술적 요소로 사업자를 구분하는 기존법으로 OTT를 도입하는 문제는 과다한 규제와 산업 활성화 저해라는 측면에서 비판받고 있으며, 새로운 규제체계로의 도입은 플랫폼의 사회적 영향력에 대한 논란과 이해관계자와의 충돌로 장기적인 지연을 거듭하고 있다. 본 연구는 전문가들이 인식하는 기존법 내지 새로운 규제체계 하에서 OTT 도입을 위한 규제 근거와 기준에 대한 의견을 청취하고 이에 대한 타당성을 분석했다. 이와 같은 분석은 향후 OTT 도입 방식에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.

Technology innovation companies are focusing on contributing to business performance by R&D project as a strategic tool. Successful R&D leads to corporate competitiveness enhancement, national industrial development, but there are high uncertainty and risks in R&D. Public and private R&D projects are carried out to achieve various purposes. It was verified how the risk management and benefit management of the R&D project affect the detailed R&D project performance between the Public and private domain. The impact of Project Leadership on R&D performance was also analyzed. Those who have participated in the Public and Private R&D projects at companies or research institutes were surveyed. First, it was found that project risk and benefit management have partially an effect on R&D project performance. Second, Public and private R&D Project Leadership showed partially a interaction effect between project management and project performance.

4차 산업 혁명 시대를 거치며 자동화의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 최근 들어 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)를 활용한 업무 자동화 솔루션 또한 주목받고 있는 추세이다. 급속하게 성장하고 있는 RPA 시장에 비해 이와 관련한 IT기술은 널리 보급되지 못했고 인력난 등의 문제는 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 RPA의 정의 및 특징, 운영 형태에 따른 분류, RPA 솔루션과 도입으로 인한 영향 등을 알아보며 짧은 시간 내 기업에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 이와 관련한 시사점을 통해 RPA의 발전 방향성을 제시한다.

Globally, Fintech, which acts to replace existing intranational payment methods, is actively used, and such Fintech payments are widely accepted in international B2C trade. However, Fintech for B2B trade has not been released to the market thus far, and previous attempts at electronic international payment systems, such as Bolero, TradeCard, and Identrus, have not succeeded, and most of them have completely disappeared. On the other hand, there are continuing attempts to introduce Fintech technologies such as blockchain to international payments, and these attempts are more widely pursued in foreign countries. If international payments using Fintech are marketed through foreign services and such Fintech services become the de-facto standard for international payments, then Korea in which dependency on international trade is high will be vulnerable due to a dependency on foreign services such as relying on foreign SNS platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Therefore, this paper proposes a business model that can be used as a legitimate B2B trade international payment system on the basis of domestically provided services, focusing on various services afforded by K-SURE, which is the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation.

평활근육종은 평활근육세포에서 기원하는 연부조직 육종이다. 평활근육종은 자궁에 흔하게 발생하지만 후복막강, 복강 그리고 혈관조직에도 발생할 수 있다. 자궁 또는 혈관에서 기원하는 평활근육종이 심장에 전이된 증례는 많이 보고되었으나, 내장 외 연부조직에서 생긴 평활근육종은 매우 드물게 발생하며 심장으로의 전이는 더욱 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 좌측 측복부에서 우심실로 전이된 평활근육종의 심초음파 소견과 조영증강 컴퓨터단층촬영소견을 경험하여 보고하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the health status and reported resilience according to acculturation type among Chinese students in Korea. Methods: The subjects were 386 Chinese students studying in three universities in Chungnam province. The data were collected by standardized questionnaires and SPSS/WIN 15.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics, Chi-square, t-test, and ANOVA. Results: Subjects reported the following Acculturation type: integration (26.7%), assimilation (28.5%), separation (32.4%), and marginalization (12.4%). The reported resilience was significantly different according to economic status. The health status was significantly different according to religion and economic status. Acculturation type was significantly different according to age, educational level, length of stay, type of residency and economic status working style. The health status and resilience were significantly different according to acculturation type. Conclusion: The findings suggest that integration of acculturation type is most useful to health status and resilience among Chinese students in Korea. Future studies need to examine acculturation type as coping strategy for foreign students' adaptation.
