Storm and flood damage management systems in national disaster management system(NDMS) were organized into three operation systems. They are prevention, preparation, response, and recovery systems. Disaster resources in each system must be promptly and exactly applied to minimize casualties and loss of properties. However, the disaster resources in current management system can not be immediately used in calamity situation due to the lack of efficiency in statistical data. In this study, the classification system of the disaster resources in storm and flood damage systems was examined to develop the a standard technology in disaster resources management. Problems and reformation points of the classification system were also presented to improve the classification technique and to construct the data base.

Community Noise has been great concerned in public. A road traffic noise has affected too much damage on quiet living environment. In this paper, the noise barrier effect on the street has been examned. As a tool of the path analyses, a cepstrum analyses of signal processing technique has been implemented.

The x-y table of the SFFS to move a printer head must be the system that has a high speed and accuracy. So we propose the SMCSPO algorithm on the timing belt system. The major contribution is the design of a robust observer for the state and the perturbation of the timing belt system, which is combined with a robust controller. The control performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with PD control by the experiments. The results of SMCSPO algorithm showed more accuracy and better performance than PD control. Therefore we may apply the algorithms to a high speed and accuracy control for SFFS.

최근 신재생에너지, 녹색성장분야의 연구는 미래 산업의 핵심 기술로 평가되고 있다. 특히나 태양전지 분야는 미래 대체 에너지 기술로써 크게 각광 받고 있으며 과거 실리콘 기반의 전력 생산용 태양전기 기술이 주가 되었지만 근래에는 모바일 기기의 보조 전력, 스마트 윈도우 등 다양한 산업에 적용 가능한 박막 태양전지 기술이 급속도로 발전을 하고 있다. 현재 박막 태양전지 기술은 아직까지도 산업화 기술에 근접하지 못하고 있지만 향후 5년이내에는 다양한 형태로 산업화가 이루어 질 것으로 예측하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 박막형 태양전지 중의 하나인 OPV태양전지의 산업화 적용을 위해 스프레이 공정 기술과 이를 이용하여 OPV 소자를 제작한 내용에 대해 기술했다.

An ability of $NO_2$ gas detection has been investigated using dilithium phthalocyanine($Li_2Pc$) Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films. It is a well-known gas sensitive material and has been manufactured under a surface pressure of 30mN/m. A status of deposited films was confirmed by UV-visible absorption spectrum, ellipsometry measurements and current-voltage characteristics. Gas-detection characteristics of the films were studied through an electrical conductivity, response time, recovery time, and reproducibility under 200 ppm of $NO_2$ gases.

Recently, Study of 3D freeform fabrication method was working in the various applications. For example, in the powder base, it's laminated using a binding method or laser sintering method. However, these methods are not suitable in the office environments because it dust with powder that is bad for health. In this paper, we introduce a method of 3D freeform fabrication using a curing of photo-polymer resin and construct a system has multi printing head. A photo-polymer curing method has simply fabrication process and high strength of manufacturing part. However, this method has a problem on the multi print-head system. Because multi-printing system has a other printing method compare with a single printing system. Therefore, we experiment a single head 3D printing and proposed a 3D printing method using a multi-piezo head.

This paper examines the critical air temperature at which frost formation does not occur on a cold plate in order to improve the efficiency of a heat pump. The critical air temperature on test points is obtained from numerical analysis and a correlation of the critical air temperature is derived as a function of frosting factors (air absolute humidity, air velocity, and cold plate temperature) by least square method. Experiments are carried out to verify the correlation proposed in this study, and the prediction obtained with the correlation agrees well with the experimental data. Based on the correlation, we propose the non-frosting regions according to frosting factors.

2005년 MND-AF v1.0의 제정으로 시작된 국방 아키텍처 활동은 2007년 범 정부 아키텍처 프레임워크와의 산출물 연계를 위한 v1.2 발표와 함께 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국방 아키텍처 활동 소개와 국방 아키텍처 변화에 따른 국방기술품질원의 자체 아키텍팅 활동 정리 그리고 v1.2의 도입과 함께 최근 관심 사항이 되고 있는 ITA/EA 툴의 제품 동향과 도입 사업 추진 시의 평가기준 등을 제시한다.
