  • After launched various smart devices such as smart phone and tablet PC, people who using smart devices are provided various services. Especially, contents sharing technology is utilized in any devices. But current contents sharing systems are made on various versions for various smart devices. These methods will be raising cost for development of application. Therefore it must using web technology for reducing cost. In this paper, we had analyzed performance of file transmission using web technology and compared with application based system.

  • Current certification system use serial key for protect copyright of software and digital contents. But It is not efficient system, because It is not protect copyright through create virtual key or use public key. So we research on various cryptology for prevent illegal copy of serial key, but It is not enough protection of copyright that use software technology only. In this paper, we propose certification system using smart card for protect copyright of software and digital contents.

  • The recent networks are trending toward wireless networks. So wireless internet used to service of wired networks. But wireless networks can't show same performance of wired networks. Therefore, we are must concerned about Routing Protocol for improvement of a weak point of physical feature. But many researchers are not focusing on developing Routing Protocol. In this paper, we improve on AODV(Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector) for Wireless Mesh Networks. And it analyzed the result of simulation.

  • The smelting and the continuous casting of steel are important processes that determine the quality of steel products. Especially most of quality defects occur during solidification of the steel continuous casting process. Although quality control techniques such as six sigma, SQC, and TQM can be applied to the continuous casting process for improving quality of steel products, these techniques don't provide real-time analysis to identify the causes of defect occurrence. To solve problems, we have developed a detection model using decision tree which identified abnormal transactions to have a coarse grain structure. And we have compared the proposed model with models using neural network and logistic regression. Experiments on steel data showed that the performance of the proposed model was higher than those of neural network model and logistic regression model. Thus, we expect that the suggested model will be helpful to control the quality of steel products in real-time in the continuous casting process.

Improving Stability of Motor Generator Set of the Power Supply System for CEDM in Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plants (한국표준형 원전 제어봉구동장치 전원공급계통의 전동발전기 세트 안정성 개선)

  • This paper analyzed a root cause of abnormality in the temperature and vibration at generator-side bearing of motor generator set (MG Set), which is a power supply system to control element drive mechanism (CEDM) of nuclear power plants (NPPs), and modified the design of roller-type and sealing method to improve the abnormalities. From the inspection of MG Set and analysis of temperature variation during service, it was found that the abnormal temperature transition was basically associated with original design of generator-side bearing, whose roller was axially restrained by inner race, and that the abnormal vibration level was caused by inserting small chips of cage and V-ring, which were generated due to the abnormal temperature transition at roller bearing. Type of bearing and sealing method were modified based on these analyses. The temperature and vibration level measured at roller bearing showed that the modifications clearly improved the operational stability of MG Set.

  • Background : To evaluate the frequency and cause of return to the emergency department within 48 hours and to identify the nature of the problem. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 76 patients who returned to the emregency department within 48 hours from September 1998 to February 1999. Results : Overall revisit rate within 48hours was 2.6%. Of 76 patients, 5(6.6%) had planned return, 64(84.2%) had unplanned return and 7(9.2%) had incomplete documentation. The causes of unplanned return were inadequate medical management (11.8%), discharge against medical advice (27.6%), return after scheduled ambulatory care (22.4%), and unavoidable revisit due to symptom aggrevation or development of new symptom (22.4%). Conclusion : The study provided a basic information for us to improve the quality of emergency care by reducing unnecessary return to the emergency department. It is necessary to monitor continuously the quality of emergency care and to develop the standard of emergency return rate.

  • Cloud-computing is in the limelight with expectation for cost reduction, because it alleviates the burden of initial investment and maintenance cost and based on pay-as-you-use billing policy. However, many suppliers of Cloud-computing service are suggesting diverse and complicated billing policies without consideration for setting reasonable service billing policy and definite criteria of properties to determine service billing system. So companies willing to use Cloud-computing service are hard to understand the billing system and often spend more expensive cost than necessary. Therefore, this study invested billing system properties of four representative suppliers. Based on these properties of billing system, this study found priorities using AHP survey which conducted to experts who are able to make decisions for adopting Cloud-computing in the company using or willing to use Cloud-computing service. We expect that this study can suggest basic guideline for comparing and analyzing properties of Cloud-computing service with standardized and objective method.

  • 8-Acyl-2-hydroxyphenzaine -5, 10-dioxides and 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5, 10-dioxides bearing n-butanoyl, n-hexanoyl and n-octanoyl groups were synthesized. It was attempted to observe the effect of phenazine dioxide derivatives on the hepatic xanthine oxidase activity in this study. As the activity of xanthine oxidase, the key enzyme in the generation of superoxide anion radical ($O_2$), was measured in the presence of phenazine dioxide derivatives, the action of 8-acyl-2-hydroxyphenazine-5,10-dioxide derivatives inhibited with increase of numbers of carbon atom bearing 8-acyl group. Moreover, when plotted on double reciprocal form, the Vmax value decrease as increase of numbers of carbon atom bearing acyl groups without affecting the Km value. However, the hepatic xanthine oxidase activity was not changed by 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide derivatives.

Because there are two problems that low speed of mobile network and low specification of mobile device in wireless internet environment. But, solving problems by these started HSDPA services and increased performance of devices. In this paper, we implement mobile on-line real time game for develop mobile network in wireless internet environment.

  • Due to the rapid development of smart phones, smart phone users grew, expanding communication between the service users has been enabled by the application's service. Difficult to find a service that allows you to know the quality of school meals and the expectations of these applications. In addition, the existing application works only with a particular device, it is difficult to compatible devices. Thus, based on the HTML5 hybrid application were developed and this feed can be monitored by the students of the school, the communication can be formed.
