This paper describes the optimizing method of direct load control (DLC) considering unit commitment which is based on dynamic programming. To consider the unit commitment on DLC, 3-Dimensional dynamic programming as a new unit commitment method is developed. And, this method is applied to DLC. As a result, optimization of operating schedule with DLC is possible. This method is applied to the test system, and usefulness of the method is verified.

This paper presents a power transfer capability calculation algorithm Considering Voltage Stability Margin. In this method, voltage stability margin constraints are incorporated into a power transfer capability formulation to guarantee adequate voltage security levels in interconnected Power System. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-24 Reliability Test Systems and the results shows the effectiveness of the method.

This paper presents a algorism for evaluating contingency case power wheeling effects using Monte-Carlo simulation The effects of wheeling on generating cost, transmission losses, and system security are considered. For a specific operating condition, the effects are quantified by the sensitivity of specific quantities of interest with respect to wheeling level. This model is utilized within a Monte-Carlo simulation to calculate probability distribution functions of the incremental effects of wheeling on operating cost, transmission losses, and system security. The model and solution methods are applied on a IEEE RTS-96 system power system and the results are presented.

A planner have to consider many uncertain factors in best generation mix problem. To solve those problems, fuzzy theory is applied in this paper. Using fuzzy measure and Sugeno's fuzzy integral, the planner can choose the best alternative. By applying the proposed algorithm to KEPCO data, the validity of the proposed method is verified.

The use of Shotcrete(Sprayed concrete) for the support of underground excavations was pioneered by the Civil engineering industry. Permanent shotcrete tunnel linings such as Single-shell, NMT(Norwegian Method of Tunnelling) have been constructed in many countries for reducing construction time and lowering construction costs instead of conventional in-situ concrete linings. Among essential technologies for successful application of Permanent Shotcrete Linings, high performance shotcrete having high strength, high durability, better pumpability has to be developed in advance. This paper presents the ideas and the first field test results of wet-mixed Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete(SFRS) with powder types cement mineral accelerator. From the results, wet-mix SFRS with powdered accelerator exhibited good early strength improvement and less rebound ratio compared to the ordinary accelerator.

In this study, we formulate production costing problem with environmental and operational constraints into an optimization problem of LP form. In the process of formulation, auxiliary constraints on which reflect unit loading order are constructed to reduce the size of optimization problem by economic operation rules. As a solution of the optimization problem in LP form, we use Karmarkar's method which performs much faster than simplex method in solving large scale LP problem. The proposed production costing algorithm is applied to IEEE Reliability Test System, and performs production simulation under environmental and operational constraints. Test and computer results are given to show the accuracy and usefulness of the proposed algorithm in the field of power system planning.

This paper presents development of the long and mid term power expansion planing for distributed generation. This planing model reflect WADE Economic Model's advantage that special quality of DG(Decentralized Generation) and WASP Model's advantage that special quality of CG(Centralized Generation) each other. Through these synergy, we develop better the Plan of Long and Mid Term Distributed Generation then existent model.

본 논문은 허브공항으로의 기능을 담당하고 있는 인천국제공항 여객터미널의 전력품질을 측정하고 분석하여 이에 대한 대책에 관하여 방법을 제시하였다. 각 Load Center는 인천국제공항 여객터미널을 운영하는 수용가의 PCC 점이라 할 수 있다. 그러므로 Load Center의 전력품질을 안전하고 안정적으로 유지하는 것이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 각각의 위치에 있는 부하 측정지점에서 고조파를 측정${\cdot}$분석하여 대책수립을 위한 Filter의 종류를 제시하였다.

양북터널은 굴착과 동시에 라이닝콘크리트를 타설하였다. 터널굴착과 라이닝콘크리트의 동시시공을 위한 적정시공 Cycle을 결정하고, 이에 따른 양생기간과 양생온도를 설정하는 순으로 시험하였다. 라이닝콘크리트는 품질관리를 위해 보온장치를 탑재한 Sliding form과 양생대차를 운영하고, 균열을 최소화하기 위해 양생온도와 양생시간 및 탈형강도 등을 시험에 의해 결정하였다. 시험과정은 터널내부와 라이닝콘크리트 내부온도를 계절별로 측정하고, 양생온도별로 콘크리트의 강도를 측정하였다. 거푸집 탈형시 콘크리트 온도가 터널내부의 온도로 수렴하기까지는 $15{\sim}20^{\circ}C$의 차이로 측정되었고, 거푸집 탈형을 위한 콘크리트 초기강도 4MPa을 발현하는데는 양생온도에 따라 차이가 발생하지만 시공 Cycle에 적합한 양생시간은 약 20시간이고, 이 때의 양생온도는 $23^{\circ}C$ 이상이었다. 위의 시험결과대로 현장에서 라이닝콘크리트를 양생한 결과 시공 Cycle과 압축강도 및 콘크리트면의 외관 등이 만족한 결과를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 전력시장에서 중요한 모선가격을 최적이 아닌 현재상태에서 계산할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 개발하였다. 모선가격을 계산하기 위하여, 한계가격, 전력조류계산을 사용하였으며, 선로손실, 발전용량, 선로용량 등을 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 방법을 시험계통에 적용하여, 제안한 방법의 우수성을 입증하였다.
