  • Filter design for harmonic reduction suggests that measurement from IEEE std-519 and IEEE-61000 standards for 1 year designs filter about the worst case, filter design about method applied probability from IEEE std-519 standard suggests the basic alternative. At filter design method applied to temporary occurred harmonic maximum, analyzed into closely harmonic that applied to probability develops that ignorable harmonic that lowers temporary occurred probability is rational and economic filter design in detailed method.

  • This paper presents a optimal power flow calculation algorithm considering voltage and transient stability. In this method, voltage stability margin and transient stability constraints is incorporated into a optimal power flow calculation formulation to guarantee adequate voltage and transient security levels in power system. In addition, this paper provides the Effect of Nodal Price and decomposed Element in Power System Operation. This Effect can be applied in the Estimation of Electric rates because the Electric market will be Competitive Market. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-24 Reliability Test System and the results shows the effectiveness of the method.

  • A index using generation cost for planning' for representing economical efficiency of generator, However in case of Combined heat and power(CHP) the product is divided in electrical power and steam, so there are no unconditional comparison between general generator and CHP. To calculating the generation cost for planning of CHP, this study using the method that change electrical power and steam into same unit and suggest the comparing system that can compare economical efficiency with other generators.

  • This paper presents a method which can select optimal nodes to reduce harmonics by using ANP. First, we measured harmonics for the real distribution system and Tried to Analyze It. Second, we designed filters to reduce harmonics. Third, we composed each clusters and calculated it to select optimal nodes based on ANP. We a lied it to the distribution system, and deduce most advantageous method in many technical and economical among harmonic decrease measures. We proved the adequacy and usefulness of the result.

  • 본 논문에서는 전력의 품질요소 중 배전시스템의 운용에 많은 영향을 미치는 신뢰도, 전압Sag/Swell, 전압변동, 고조파를 하나의 종합화된 지수로 표시할 수 있도록 하여, 배전시스템의 품질을 정량적으로 표시할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 시스템의 전력품질을 하나의 지수로 표현하기 위하여, 각 항목의 중요도를 도출하고, AHP에 의한 통할전력품질지수를 개발하였다.
