불규칙파에 의한 중간피복블록의 안정성 검토 (Experimental Study of the Stability of Under layer Armor Block)

  • 국내 시공사례가 가장 많은 사석식 경사제는 피복층(cover layer), 중간피복층(underlayer), 그리고 내부사석(core and bedding layer)으로 이루어져 있다. 이 중 중간피복층의 재료는, 피복재의 중량(W)에 대한 중량비 W/10에서 W/15의 자연석을 이용하여 시공하는 것이 보통이다. 그러나, 항만의 대형화에 따른 설계파의 증가로 이형블록과 같은 피복재의 소요 중량이 증가하는 추세이며 이에 따른 중간피복재의 소요중량도 크게 되어 그에 만즌 자연석을 구하기 어려운 실정이다. (중략)

  • 본 연구에서는 폐 및 기관지 질환 환자에 대한 객관적인 진단을 위한 폐음분석 시스템을 설계하였다. 적응 필터링 기법에 의하여 순수한 폐음을 분리하였고 이의 power spectrum을 구하기 위하여 TMS320C25 DSP 칩과 IBM PC를 사용해서 폐음 분석기를 구성하였다. 실험결과 적응 격자 위너 필터는 10차의 적은 차수로도 분리가 가능하였고 정상 폐음은 100-200 Hz, 급성 섬유성 폐렴폐음(crackle)은 100-400 Hz, 기관지 협착증(wheeze)폐음은 150-600 Hz에서 주파수범위를 갖는 power spectrum의 양상을 통해 각각 패턴 분류할 수 있었다.

  • Rockfall protection fence is one of the most common rockfall protection measures in Korea. The fences have been constructed in almost every hazardous cutslopes along national highway in Korea. However, the capability and performance of the fence as rockfall protection system are seldom known since no field test which can provide information on the response and the behavior of fence was carried out. This is the first full scaled rockfall test in Korea. The objectives of the test are to provide the information on the behavior and the capability of fence and to propose the design specifications for the fence. In this test, four different systems have been selected and tested. For each test, the rockfall impact energy was analyzed and the response and behavior of the system were investigated.

환경 온도변화에 대한 자동차용 엔진마운트의 수명 예측 (Lifetime prediction of the engine mount about the environment temperature variation)

  • In order to assess the reliability of engine mount for a vehicles, life test model and procedure are developed. By using this method, failure mechanism and life distribution are analyzed. The main results are as follows; i) the main failure mechanism is degradation failure of engine mount rubber by fatigue failure at dynamic load. ii) temperature is a second factor to affect a failure. iii) the life distribution of engine mount module is fitted well to Weibull life distribution and the shape parameter is 18.4 and the accelerated life model of that is fitted well to Arrhenius model.

  • Acupuncture and moxibustion of theory had begun in the "Nei-Jing" and "Nan-Jing". But definite acupuncture needling techniques had been investigated after Jin and Yuan Dynasty. After Ming Dynasty, much more scholars had studied about definite acupuncture needling techniques. So various techniques and theorys about how to select and operate needling points appeared in print. "Zi-Wu-Liu-Zhu-Zhen-Jing", "Zhen-Jing-Zhi-Nan", "Shen-Ying-Jing", "Zhen-Jiu-Da-Quan" and so forth are representative books. But these books include mutually different techniques, so then scholars would be thrown into confusion. So I have analysed acupuncture and moxibustion of theory into Ki(vital energy)-blood's circulation, disease region, time, sex, restorative and restrictive techniques. As a result, I have known that every restorative and restrictive techniques and theories are connected with Ki(vital energy)-blood's circulation and practical application methods are decided by sex, time, disease region, pathogenic energy.

절삭영역 해석을 통한 경사면 가공에서의 볼엔드밀 절삭력 예측 (Cutting Force Prediction of Slanted Surface Ball-End Milling Using Cutter Contact Area)

  • Cutting forces in ball-end milling of slanted surfaces are calculated. The cutting area is determined from the Z-map of the surface geometry and current cutter location. The obtained cutting area is projected onto the cutter plane normal to the Z-axis and compared with cutting edge element location. Cutting force is calculated by integration of elemental cutting forces of engaged cutting edge elements. Experiments with various slanted angles were performed to verify the proposed cutting force estimation model. It is shown that the proposed method predicts cutting force effectively for any geometry including sculptured surfaces with cusp marks and surfaces with pockets and holes.

  • 여러 종류의 다양한 외력조건에 의해서 형성되는 부유사농도에 대한 종합적 해석을 수행하고, 부유사양 Flux의 산정에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 차지하는 확산계수와 기준점농도에 관한 실용적 평가식을 제안하였다. 부유사농도의 연직확산계수는 사연형상을 고려한 저부마찰속도 및 조도요소를 사용하여 계산되는 과동점성계수에 대해 명확한 비예관계가 성립됨이 확인되었다. 또한, 흐름이 파에 부가되었을 경우 발생하는 기준점농도의 저하현상은 파와 흐름의 공존영역에서 형성되는 사연의 비대칭성에 기인됨이 확인되었다.

장주기파를 고려한 항만 가동율의 평가 (Evaluation of the Harbor Operation Rate Considering Long Period Waves)

  • In this study, the characteristics of long period waves are analyzed by field observation at Sokcho harbor on the eastern coast of Korea. firstly. the pressure data obtained from field observation are transformed into water surface elevations and the wave by wave analysis is applied to the observed wave data. also, we select long period waves by setting up the range 30-200sec, and suggest the relationship between ordinary waves and long period waves using the concept of the significant wave height. and, we examine the effects oft he long period waves on the rate of the harbor operation. The observation results demonstrate that the long period waves with heights of 1.2-14.6cm and periods of 35.8-162sec exist at Sokcho harbor. also, we found the rates of harbor operation based on long period waves are 61.8%-99.5% lower than the usual rates of 93.8%-100%.

항만 부진동에 관한 현장관측 및 수치실험 (Field Observation and Numerical Modeling for Secondary Undulation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the variation of resonance that is possible caused by construction of new port in a practical sea area between the existing port and the new one. The research of amplification that of the sea area was accomplished for the variation of resonance. In this study, long period wave that is observed continuously in the practical sea area was analyzed, and then secondary undulation was reproduced by numerical analysis. As a result of numerical analysis, the first mode resonant periods in the existing port is 640sec, and in the new one is 500sec. On the other hand, we know there is long period wave of 500sec from analyzation of field datas. Because that period this period is the resonant period in the new port. There is also the possibility of secondary undulation cause of resonant.

임피던스 측정용 측벽전극 내장형 마이크로채널 제작 (Fabrication of Micro-Channel with Embedded Electrode for Impedance Measurement)

  • A new method to fabricate metal electrodes on side wall of the microchannel is presented. Electrical signal can be measured by the metal electrodes on channel side wall when microparticles pass through a polymer microchannel. 3 dimensional metal electrodes on channel side wall could be fabricated by local deposition of metal through a shadowmask and inclined evaporation. The polymer microchannel with side wall electrodes could be precisely aligned onto metal contact patterns on pyrex glass. The impedance measurement test showed possibility of electrical signal measurement using the fabricated device.
