인터넷은 우리 경제를 디지털 경제로 변화시키며 전자상거래도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 구매자가 전자상거래에서 남기는 긍정적인, 부정적인 상품평은 상품기획의 주요 정보가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 버티컬 무소음 마우스 10,000개에 대한 정형화된 데이터셋을 Word2Vec을 이용하여 유사도 분석, 온라인 상품평 빈도분석 상위 50개 단어를 제시하여 실제 상품을 사용한 후 설문조사 시행을 하였다. 온라인 상품평 유사도 분석결과 클릭 키워드에 대한 장점으로 통증(.986), 디자인(.982)가 분석되었으며 단점은 적응(.866), 불편(.854)이었다. 오프라인 상품평에서는 장점으로 디자인(17명), 단점으로 불편(11명)이었다. 또한 온라인과 오프라인의 상품평을 비교함으로써 구매자의 긍정, 부정의 의미를 교차 확인하여 유의미한 정보를 제시 하였다고 볼수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시하는 상품기획 프로세스를 신상품 개발 및 기존 상품의 개선 전략으로 적용할 수 있겠다.

Technology innovation activities are very important for companies to secure technological competitiveness and continue to grow. Korea operates a certification system at the national level to promote corporate innovation activities, and strives to enhance SMEs' global technological competitiveness. Among these, the representative system related to technological innovation is the New Excellent Technology (NET) certification. NET is certified through a strict three-stage screening process, and is operated for the purpose of commercialization of new technology, technology trading, and promotion of early market entry by companies. Acquiring NET certification means that the company has a certain level of technological competitiveness. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct an empirical analysis on which technology innovation activities of companies affect the success of R&D projects and improvement of management performance, centering on NET certification system. To verify this, technology strategy, technology planning, systematic R&D process, internal cooperation, and external cooperation activities were set as major variables. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that all variables set in this study individually contributed to the success of the R&D project and improvement of management performance. However, when looking at a comprehensive level that considers all variables, it was analyzed that systematic R&D process management and cooperation activities with external organizations have a statistically significant effect on R&D project success, and technology strategy establishment and technology planning activities, which are the initial stages of R&D, have a statistically significant effect on management performance. This study was conducted on innovation-oriented SMEs that have established and operated corporate R&D centers and are actively conducting R&D activities, and multiple regression analysis was used as an analysis method.

국가차원으로 R&D 성과제고를 위한 노력이 다각적으로 추진되고 있으며, 2015년5월 정부연구개발 (R&D) 혁신방안 세부실행계획 발표로 이의 추진이 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 R&D 성과제고를 위한 첫 실행단계로 현재 R&D 기획 프로세스의 문제점을 분석하고, 연구 개발의 질적 수준을 높이기 위해 추격형 R&D 사업 위주의 국가 연구개발사업이 선도형 R&D 사업으로 전환되는 과정에서 제일 중요한 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략(안)을 제안하고자 한다. 더불어 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략의 한 예로 2014년부터 ETRI에서 수행하고 있는 ETRI SRA (Strategic Research Area) 발굴 프로세스에 대하여 알아본다.

유행에 민감한 의류업계의 생명은 빠른 대응이다. 특히 중국은 인구가 많고, 국토 면적이 넓어서 동북부와 남부 및 서부지역에서 계절의 변화가 뚜렷한 차이를 보이고 온도 차이가 큼으로 하여 같은 시점에서 서로 다른 계절의 의류가 요구되거나 유행되고 있는 것이 특징이 다. 본 연구에서는 중국의 특성에 맞추어 중국현지의 의류유통회사(약칭 S사)의 생산과 판매중심의 시장대응형 프로세스를 구축하여 상품기획에서부터 상품발주, OEM생산, 입하, 배분, 출하, 판매, 실적집계, 판매평가, 보충출하, 보충생산, 히트상품 및 유사품 재발주 등 일련의 과정을 포함하는 정보망을 구축하여 각 과정에서 발생하는 정보를 실시간으로 집계하고 다각도에서 분석하여 더 빠르고 더 정확한 영업의사결정의 지원을 목적으로 하였다.

건설 프로젝트 단계별로 생산되는 다양하고 방대한 정보에 대한 효율적인 관리와 정보의 상호 교환 및 공유는 건설 산업의 생산성을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 최근 건설 정보 통합에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지보수 등의 프로세스 및 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 정보 통합에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 BIM(Building Information Model)과 같은 정보 모델을 활용하여 정보를 통합 관리하는 것에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 건축 분야에 집중적으로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 토목 분야에서 프로젝트 정보의 통합적인 관리와 업무 프로세스 별 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 교환 및 공유를 위한 통합관리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 토목 프로젝트 통합 관리 시스템 구축을 위하여 토목 프로젝트 정보를 담을 수 있는 정보 모델을 설계하고, 토목 구조물 가운데 교량을 대상으로 하는 토목 프로젝트를 정보 모델에 적용해 보았다.

현재의 웹은 신문, 잡지, 책 등의 온라인 출판뿐 아니라, 전자상거래, 금융, 가상 공동체, 마케팅, 광고 둥의 다양한 분야에서 실생활과 밀접하고, 기업에서도 웹 사이트가 제품 홍보 뿐 아니라 제품의 판매, 마케팅 등 매출에 막대한 영향을 미치는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 웹 사이트의 규모가 커지고 복잡해져감에 따라서 소수의 웹 디자이너들이 웹 사이트를 개발했던 것에서 개발에 필요한 인력과 그 역할을 나누게 되었고, 다른 제품처럼 납기를 위한 일정 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 그동안 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 일련의 과정들에 대한 정형화되고 표준화된 작업 방법을 별로 적용하지는 않았다. 소프트웨어 공학을 그대로 웹 사이트 개발에 적용할 수는 없지만, 점차 웹 사이트가 소프트웨어 처럼 되어 가고 있고, 현재 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 필요한 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리 둥을 소프트웨어 공학에서 적용시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 더 나은 생산성과 품질을 얻기 위해 기획, 설계, 개발, 그래픽 디자인, 정보 설계, 컨텐츠, 테스트, 유지보수 등의 일련의 과정들을 프로세스화 하고, 구조적으로 접근하는 방법을 소프트웨어 공학의 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리, 품질관리 등에 관한 연구와, 실제로 이러한 방법론을 적용한 웹 서버을 구축하였다.

본 연구는 청소년을 대상을 실시한 창업 교육이 청소년의 기업가정신과 창업의지에 미치는 효과 및 창업 행동에 영향을 검증하였다. 창업 교육은 주식회사 슘페터 청소년 창업 프로그램 활용하여 특성화고등학교 1학년 학생 303명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 슘페터 창업 프로그램 커리큘럼의 학습 목표 및 활동내용을 분석을 통해 다양한 키워드를 도출하여 최종적으로 11개의 변수를 채택하여 사전 사후 설문을 실시하였다. 창업교육을 통해 기업가정신이 높아지고 이를 통해 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 창업의지가 생기면 창업 행동에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정했다. 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 기업가정신 및 창업교육 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 슘페터 창업 교육을 받은 고등학생의 1) 기업가정신, 2) 기회발견, 3) 기획력, 4) 창업가적 프로세스, 5) 사회적문제 해결력, 6) 정보수집력, 7) 창의성 역량 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다.

Korea has started new value creation which is the post catch-up innovation system from the catch-up innovation. Post catch-up innovation system is becoming the main R&D issue for Korea and is needed for the new concept of R&D management and planning frame. This study posed questionnaires : how to promote the knowledge creation in technology planning and what the role of organizational learning in the technology planning is. This paper suggests the relationship of success factors of knowledge creation in technology planning which is organized and operated by experts with different background. Based on the prior research on organizational learning, communications and collaborative interactions, four hypotheses that factors of knowledge creation in technology planning have positive relationship with organizational learning are extracted. This study adopts Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) to analyze the relationship between organizational learning and successful technology planning. The approach based on organizational learning and interaction will be useful for constructing the planning framework in the era of post catch-up innovation. This paper, therefore, suggests the possibility of new theoretical development and new research agenda.

Defense technology planning identifies medium-and long-term core technologies to accomplish future defense goals and suggests strategies for future R&D. In order to promote the export-oriented defense industry, planning paradigms should be shifted from technology-oriented planning that focuses on weapon systems to market- oriented R&D planning. This study aims to strategically support 'preliminary technology planning' the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality is pushing ahead with. Through market-orientation analysis models of weapon systems based on defense R&D planning, data research on previous market-oriented research, and the analyses and examples of global defence markets, it evaluates market attractiveness to UAVs and drew methods for exploring markets and enhancing competitiveness of military equipment. The market-oriented analysis model of weapon systems is considered to be a helpful reference as a relevant factor for decision making on establishing and verifying requirement planning. In particular, if a market-oriented defense R&D planning process is established institutionally, it will enable us to make export strategies tailored to different equipment from the planning phase and to support marketing strategically.
