In this paper, to establish a way controlling educational contents, range of contents for quality control are offered. And a life-cycle suitable for present circumstance has defined and successive quality control process has suggested supporting development and use of the contents through analyzing the life cycle of its software and previous contents. A life cycle is defined as whole process from formation of contents to its extinction. The developing process includes stages of planning, designing, manufacturing, and the applying process includes evaluation, circulation and management. Suitable quality control guidelines for each process have established and offered. Aim of this paper is also to develop a model which is applicable to developers as well as supporters who help the developing process.

Defense technology planning identifies medium-and long-term core technologies to accomplish future defense goals and suggests strategies for future R&D. In order to promote the export-oriented defense industry, planning paradigms should be shifted from technology-oriented planning that focuses on weapon systems to market- oriented R&D planning. This study aims to strategically support 'preliminary technology planning' the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality is pushing ahead with. Through market-orientation analysis models of weapon systems based on defense R&D planning, data research on previous market-oriented research, and the analyses and examples of global defence markets, it evaluates market attractiveness to UAVs and drew methods for exploring markets and enhancing competitiveness of military equipment. The market-oriented analysis model of weapon systems is considered to be a helpful reference as a relevant factor for decision making on establishing and verifying requirement planning. In particular, if a market-oriented defense R&D planning process is established institutionally, it will enable us to make export strategies tailored to different equipment from the planning phase and to support marketing strategically.

When managers predict exact construction cost at early stage and design phase, they can reduce construction cost in a more efficient way than to predict at construction stage. But present of public construction cost estimation and management almost after the construction documents design phase. Therefore, construction cost management in the early stage and schematic design phase to generally use approximate estimating is not correct. Accordingly, this study analyze problem of current cost estimating method and a concrete cost plans make using case information of actual cost to analyze in schematic design phase. Possible to check going on the suitable design, this study conducts the preliminary research for the development of cost estimating model.

This study is aimed at developing a broadcast content creators' information behavior model through analysis of the process of information use including an integrated perspective such as cognitive, emotional and environmental aspects. Broadcast content creators have a common cognitive process and pools of information exchange and integration. In order to have emotional empathy with the general public they search and use the news and human and everyday life information seeking (ELIS). The most important thing is the context of social norms and culture in the broadcasting community and information about judgment is subjective and empirical.

In this paper, we propose an analysis method that categorizes the Core that essential behaviors in game, the Primary that solves the game problem, and the Secondary that helps the Core and the Primary. The proposed method can analyze the genre similarity and characteristics of the game, the richness of the content, and the proficiency level of the game. case study were conducted to confirm whether the analysis items were consistent with the objective game experience. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in improving game design ability.

80년대초 이후 기술혁신의 가속으로 중소기업에서도 기술변화에 대한 적응이 경쟁력의 유지를 위한 핵심과제가 되면서, OECD 국가는 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 이전(移轉)을 촉진하는 정부지원을 확충하였다. 경제성과의 개선을 위해서는 기술혁신만이 아니라 기술혁신의 성과를 확산시키는 것도 중요하다는 인식으로 중소기업의 경쟁력향상에 기여하는 과학기술정보의 공급확대를 위하여 연구개발사업(硏究開發事業)에 대한 지원을 강화하는 동시에 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보의 이전을 촉진하기 위하여 과학기술정보의 공급원(供給源)(대학, 시험연구기관 등)과 중소기업을 연결하는 다양한 중개(仲介)(촉매(觸媒))기관(機關)의 설립 운영을 지원하고 있다. 연구개발과 과학기술정보이전에 관한 과학기술공급원과 중소기업간의 인식의 차이를 해소하기 위하여 정보교환(情報交換)과 인적교류(人的交流)를 확대하고 과학기술공급원이 제공하는 지식을 중소기업이 이용하기 쉬운 기술로 변환하기도 한다. 이러한 기능을 중개기관이 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 중소기업 사업자와 신뢰관계(信賴關係)를 구축하는 것이 긴요하며, 기술변화를 인지 수용하도록 유도하는 초기단계에서는 중소기업의 네트워크를 통하여 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 이러한 기술확산과정(技術擴散過程)의 특성으로 인하여 지역혁신체제(地域革新體制)의 구축과 기술혁신정책(技術革新政策)의 지역화(地域化)가 강조되고 있다. 최근에 통상산업부와 과학기술처도 기술혁신정책의 지역화를 시도하고 있다. 연구기반과 산업기반을 고려하여 지역별로 다양한 유형의 산학연 공동연구기반이 구축될 계획이다. 기술혁신정책의 지역화는 시도단계에 불과하며 효율적인 지역혁신체제를 구축하기 위한 여건도 불리하다. 선진국에 비하여 대학과 연구기관의 연구자원(硏究資源)에서도 현격한 차이가 있으나, 네트워크의 혁신성을 좌우하는 지식집약형 중소기업의 비중과 중소기업기술개발의 혁신성에서도 선진국에 비하여 절대열위에 있다. 이러한 불리한 여건을 극복하기 위하여 중소기업의 혁신현장에 밀착된 지역의 전문가집단이 지역경제의 비전과 지역산업의 특수성을 고려하여 지역연구개발사업(地域硏究開發事業)을 전략적으로 기획하고 효율적으로 추진하며, 기획 추진과정에 참여하는 지역대학 지역시험연구기관 지역산업단체 등이 구성하는 지역사회(地域社會)의 협의체(協議體)가 정보공유(情報共有)와 공동학습(共同學習)을 통하여 지역혁신체제의 형성을 주도하고 경쟁과 협력의 조화를 통하여 기술혁신을 가속시키는 지역사회(地域社會)의 규범(規範)과 문화(文化)가 정착되도록 노력하며 중앙정부는 지역연구개발사업에 대한 지원에서 투명하고 합리적인 평가기준을 제시하고 지역산업의 혁신성과에 의하여 지원을 차등화(差等化)하는 경쟁원리를 도입하여 지역사회의 합리적 의사결정을 유도해야 한다.

국방과학기술의 장기적인 육성.지원을 위하여 목표지향적으로 연구개발에 대한 투자를 단계적으로 확대할 계획이며, 이를 위해 연구개발 투자비를 2015년까지 현재 국방비 대비 5% 수준에서 10% 수준까지 확대해 나갈 예정이다. 또한 국방과학기술 정책구현을 위하여 우수한 과학기술 전문인력을 확보하고, 연구설비를 확충하며, 정보화기반도 범국가적 통합전산화로 정보공유화와 실시간 정보교환 및 처리가 가능한 수준으로 과학기술 Infra를 구축할 계획이다.

건설공사 프로젝트는 기획, 설계, 시공, 운영 및 유지관리 등 각 단계의 다양한 참여 주제에 의해 프로젝트가 진행되고 각 분야 간 원활한 의사소통을 통한 협업으로 일을 진행해 나간다. 그러나 각 단계별 커뮤니케이션이 원활히 이뤄지기가 힘들며, 이러한 단계별 분절의 가장 큰 이유 중 하나가 실제적 결과물은 3차원 기반인 것에 비해, 그 과정이 2차원 CAD 시스템에 의존하는 결과와 과정의 격차 때문이다. 그로 인해 각 관련 분야에서 발생되는 정보의 불확실성, 부정확성, 표현의 애매모함 등으로 인해 재작업 및 불필요한 작업이 빈번히 발생하여 전체적인 공정의 지연 및 비용의 문제, 결과물의 품질에 대한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 또한 도면에서의 한계점인 거리감, 공간감 등 실제 사람이 느끼는 Scale감을 알 수 없어 공간에 대한 이해도가 떨어지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 있으며 1인칭 작업운영 방식으로 인하여 협업 설계과정에서 원활한 팀워크를 유도 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 협업설계 과정에서 기본설계 단계를 지원하는 설계 도구로서 건축모델의 단순 시각화에서 벗어나 가상공간에서 몰입형 VR 시뮬레이션을 구현하기 위하여 프로토타입 응용을 개발 하였고, 이것을 "Digital Studio"에 구현하여 즉각적인 공간 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 시공 전에 문제점들을 검토 및 보완하고 전체적으로는 생산성 향상과 설계 과정 중 오류를 최소화하기 위한 VR시뮬레이션 시스템의 제안 및 Viewer 모듈을 개발 하였다.

Serious games allow learners to experience situations that are impossible in the real world for various purposes. To date the major applications of serious games include military, government, education, corporate and healthcare applications. This paper aims to provide an overview of the applications of serious games for various health-related purposes, particularly for Health and Medicine education, health risk prevention, behavioral intervention, and disease self-management. These games identified numerous papers reporting empirical evidence about the impacts and outcomes. There is potential promise for serious games to improve health outcomes. We discuss implications of using serious games for health-related purposes and future direction for research in this area.

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the necessity of extention of a government R&D planning scope. Presently, government R&D planning is focused on the selecting a R&D project. There is no R&D strategy for R&D conducting such as the composition of R&D team, collaboration and knowledge flow. Ordinarily these strategies are established by research director. This study analyzed the determinants of excellent R&D performance and proposed R&D strategy for R&D conducting using the patent bibliograpy information in energy resources production technology field. On the other hand, this study introduced the concept of technology lifecycle and showed that R&D strategy should be differentiated by technology lifecycle.
