The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of basic clinical practice program(BCPP) on academic motivation, critical thinking and clinical nursing competence in nursing students. Thirty-hour BCPP was consisted of the essential of fundamental nursing skills and prior education in nursing lab before first clinical practice. The participants were 228 nursing students and data was collected with self-administered questionnaire during Feb. 18 to Feb. 28, 2013. Study design was one group pre-post test. BCPP was not related with critical thinking. But there were significant differences subcategories of learning motivation like academic stress, test anxiety, depression and self efficacy, and in clinical nursing competence. The results suggest that BCPP is effective to enhance clinical competence for novice of nursing clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stress and satisfaction with clinical practice of 113 nursing students. The subjects scored 3.17 points of full 5 on stress with clinical practice and 3.24 of full 5 on satisfaction with clinical practice. There were no significant correlations between their stress with clinical practice and satisfaction with clinical practice(r=-.048, p=.615). The findings of this study provide the basis for expanding nursing practice and education for nursing students, and nursing administrators and professors should make efforts to increase nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice and decrease stress with clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to identify the convergence that resilience has on clinical performance ability and stress in clinical practice in order to prepare effective educational materials for clinical practice. The results showed that satisfaction of university life, satisfaction of nursing major and satisfaction of clinical practice had significant effects on resilience, clinical performance ability and stress in clinical practice. Also the correlation between the resilience and clinical performance ability of nursing students was positive(r=.510). And the correlation between the resilience and stress in clinical practice was negative(r=-.153). These findings indicate that there is a need to improve resilience of nursing students to promote the clinical performance ability and to lessen stress in clinical practice. The results should be reflected in the development of effective programs.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of online basic clinical training on critical thinking disposition, self determination motivation and learning satisfaction for nursing student in the COVID-19 situation. This study is one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were collected using an online questionnaire for third-year nursing students located in G city, and 41 students participated in the final. The results of this study showed that critical thinking disposition(p=.013) and self determination motivation(p=.007) increased statistically significantly after the online basic clinical training. This findings indicate that online basic clinical training is effective in improving critical thinking disposition, self determination motivation. As it is difficult to perform direct nursing in the COVID-19 medical field recently, it is expected that the limitations of online clinical practice can be overcome by using various online contents.

It is reported that the higher the satisfaction of students' clinical practice, the more the ability to perform their work. It is important to assess student satisfaction with clinical practice. This study is to investigate the satisfaction of occupational therapy students' clinical practice. The research data will be used as basic data for effective clinical practice. The subjects of this study were 319 occupational therapy students who completed clinical training. The data collection period was from August 1, 2017 to August 13, 2017. The questionnaire used in the previous literature was used to measure the satisfaction of clinical practice. The collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS 12.0 statistical program. The general characteristics of the study subjects were more female, university more. Satisfaction with major was the most satisfied and the training period was the most 24 weeks. Rehabilitation hospitals were the highest in the training institutions. The results showed that the satisfaction of clinical practice was higher in the order of clinical practice, satisfaction after clinical practice, clinical practice environment, teaching method of clinical practice, clinical practice time, evaluation of clinical practice, and internal conflicts in clinical practice. Clinical practice satisfaction according to general characteristics was significantly different according to the major satisfaction and the training period.

This study was conducted to identify factors affecting clinical practice stress of nursing students. Data were collected from 191 nursing students who experienced clinical practice and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Study result turned up interpersonal ability is 3.61points(5points), nunchi is 3.57points(5points), clinical practice stress is 2.94points(5points). Factors affecting clinical practice stress were interpersonal ability, and nunchi Behavior. These variables were 23.5% influential in explaining the clinical practice stress of nursing students. Based on this result, it can be used as basic data to prepare a plan to reduce the clinical practice stress of nursing students.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the degree of verbal abuse, emotional response, nursing professionalism, clinical practice stress during clinical practicim of nursing students. Methods: A sample of convenience was 106 nursing students, and a questionnaire was used to measure their verbal abuse, emotional response, nursing professionalism, clinical practice stress. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. Results: A significant positive correlation was found among verbal abuse, emotional response, clinical practice stress(r=.683, r=.573). Grade of which the participant was in, verbal abuse(𝛽=.487), emotional response(𝛽=.240) were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 49% of the variance in clinical practice stress. Conclusions: The results from this study can provide basic data on the development of strategies for nursing college students to cope with verbal abuse and to manage stress under clinical practice

본 연구는 치위생과 재학생들의 교외 임상실습과정에서 느끼는 스트레스를 파악하고 이를 관리하는 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 사용하고자 실시하였다. 대구 경북지역 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 전공만족도와 실습기관의 유형이 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 치과환경에 학생들의 스트레스를 대처할 수 있는 대처방안의 개발이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between anxiety, anger and fatigue among stress factor in clinical practice of nursing students. The subjects were 197 nursing students who have practiced at the hospital in T city. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test and pearson's correlation coefficient. The mean score for stress was 3.82. The mean score for anxiety was 48.82. The mean score for anger was 1.17. The mean score for fatigue was 30.96. The factor of stress was a significant difference of anxiety according to conference, theory and practice, satisfaction of clinical practice. The factor of stress was a significant difference of anger according to report, theory and practice, orientation, nurse, environment. The factor of stress was a significant difference of fatigue according to conference, orientation, environment, patient relationship. In results, This study revealed that there was a significant correlation among stress, anxiety, anger and fatigue of nursing students in clinical practice.

The study was to understand the meaning and nature of clinical practice by examining the clinical experience of male nursing college students who have experienced clinical practice and to obtain basic data on how male nurses influence the career setting in clinical practice. to be. Participants in this study were male students who are currently in the Department of Nursing at H University, and three snowmen were selected as 3rd grade students and 3rd grade male students who had clinical practice, and analyzed meaningful statements according to Colaizzi data analysis To understand the meaning of students' clinical experience. The findings were divided into three categories, with six themes and 14 meaningful statements. The male nursing students experienced discrimination on the grounds of 'negative nursing image experienced in ward practice', 'the burden of self to be handled', and 'the charm of nursing found in the special part training experience'. Conflict and confusion over the profession were causing. However, among them, the professionalism of the nurses was confirmed and the pleasure of learning was found, and the results of this study can provide a holistic view of the clinical practice experience of male nursing students. In addition, it can be used as a basic data useful for counseling and guidance on academic adaptation and clinical practice adaptation of male nursing college students, and is expected to be useful for counseling career decision after graduation of male nursing students.
