In this study the characteristics of piled raft was investigated by using both centrifuge and numerical modeling. The ultimate bearing capacities of single pile, unpiled raft, freestanding pile group and piled raft were compared in order to investigate load sharing of each element : pile and raft. The comparison determined parameters to simply evaluate the ultimate bearing capacity of piled raft. Centrifuge test results were simulated by numerical simulation to verify the parameters.

본 논문에서는 정보시스템 연구를 활용하여 지식경영의 연구에 도움이 되는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 최근의 정보시스템 및 네트워크의 기술발전이 조직과 업무에 영향을 미치면서 새로운 환경에 맞는 패러다임 또는 프레임워크를 통한 큰 변화가 필요하게 되었다. 그리고 한편으로는 기존의 정녈시스템의 연구를 지식경영의 문제로 접근하기 위한 이론적 기초를 세워야 할 필요성이 제기되었다. 특히 실무에 도움이 되는 이론적 기초는 지식경영의 분야에서 더욱 요구되고 있다 이것은 지식이 이전의 것을 기초로 하지 못할 경우에 성과를 보장할 수 없는 재생산 또는 누적성의 특징을 갖기 때문이다. 정보시스템에서 사용되는 기본사고는 프로세스적 접근이다. 그리고 정보처리의 개념은 단순성과 명확성을 기초로 하였다. 프로세스적 접근을 통한 전통적 적용이 효율성 지향이었지만 지식 또는 지식경영에 있어서는 창의성 및 혁신성의 문제를 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 정보시스템적 사고는 지식경영의 프로세스적 측면을 연구하는데 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구는 초음파 센서를 사용하여 사용자와 모니터 사이의 거리측정을 통해 거북목 증후군 예방 시스템 개발에 대한 기초연구로 수행하였다. 자세는 바른 자세, 중간 자세, 거북목 유발 자세 총 3가지로, 각 피험자의 역치값을 통해 자세를 구분하였다. 피험자는 총 4명으로 실험을 통해 설정해 놓은 역치값 이상의 신호가 들어왔을 때, LED를 켜서 사용자의 현재 자신의 자세에 대해 피드백을 주도록 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 거북목 증후군 예방과 관련된 다양한 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

초고전압 투과전자현미경으로부터 생산된 2D 이미지들에는 고전압(1250 kV)의 사용으로 인한 다양한 노이즈가 발생한다. 따라서 2D 이미지로부터 3D tomogram으로 재구성시 선명도 향상을 위하여 2D 이미지의 노이즈 제거 과정은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 band-pass filtering 기법을 활용하여 노이즈를 상당 부분 제거하였고, 필터링된 이미지로부터 3D tomogram으로 재구성한 경우 band-pass filtering의 효과가 2D 이미지에서 뿐만아니라 3D tomogram으로 재구성 했을 경우에 어떤 대역의 filter radius를 적용해야 더욱 효과가 크다는 사실을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the basic scales of festival quality. We conducted a content analysis in the discourse of KINDS(Korea Integrated News Database System) and derived five constituent factors, basic quality measures of local festivals through the extensive literature review. We named these qualities "Festival BASICQUAL" that is consist of Infrastructure, Connectedness, Passion, Theme, Culture. We conducted the empirical analysis for the participants in "Geumsan Insam Festival" to verify the "Festival BASICQUAL" As the result, Infrastructure, Connectedness, Culture affected positively on Festival Attachment among all BASICQUALs. However, Passion and Theme did not positively affected on the dependent variable. And then, Festival Attachment positively affected on Festival Satisfaction, while Festival Satisfaction also affected positively on Behavior Intention. This study developed the basic quality concerned with local festivals which is crucial fundamentals to quantify Festival BASICQUAL through empirical study. The proper applications and usage of these newly introduced local festival qualities enable to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in local festival.

Few colleges offer remedial basic math courses for college freshmen who have not passed math placement tests or whose scholastic aptitude test score in mathematics is low. This research is aiming for the curriculum development of basic college mathematics and its effective implementation. First, an in depth statistical analysis on the basic math courses for universities in Seoul area has been done. Second, diagnostic test and longitudinal study have been carried out for one institute. Based on these, basic concepts and areas critical for the success of Calculus course are extracted. Standards and contents for the remedial math courses are suggested.

This study is a descriptive survey on the studying science subjects before entrance to nursing department, the scores of basic nursing sciences and the academic adjustment. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. There was a significant difference between studying certain science subjects before entrance and the scores of basic nursing sciences, studying Biology I, Chemistry I, Physics I and Earth science I increased mean score of basic nursing sciences(p<.05), there were positive correlations among them. And there was no correlation between studying science subjects before entrance and academic adjustment except Physics I, but, there was a positive correlation between score of basic nursing sciences and academic adjustment(r=0.296, p<.001). Also, studying science subjects before entrance affected partially to the scores of basic nursing sciences, and the scores of basic nursing sciences affected academic adjustment(p=.001). This result can be used in pre-school program for the freshmen after repeated study.

Recently human resources who have core competencies are regarded as an important factor in the labor market. However, there are few limitation about instruments to measure university students' core competencies. Recognizing this limitation, this study aimed to develop and validate the tests that could measure core competencies of students in universities. Among NCS core competencies, this study primarily focused on the self-development skill, organizational skill and resources management skill. This study concluded the proper definition of core competencies for university students, sub factors of 3 domains and questionnaire and validated its measurement. Implications of this study were discussed.

Rocking behavior of shallow foundation reduces the superstructure load during earthquake. However, because of deficiency of understanding of rocking mechanism and soil permanent deformation, it has not been applied to real construction. In this study, slow cyclic tests were conducted for embedded shallow foundations with various slenderness ratio via centrifuge tests. From the variation of earth pressure 'soil rounding surface' phenomenon which makes maximum overturning moment equal to ultimate moment capacity was observed. Rocking and sliding behavior mechanism was evaluated. Also, nonlinear behavior and energy dissipation increase as rotation angle increases. And ultimate moment capacity of embedded foundation is larger than that of surface foundation. Finally, adequate ultimate moment capacity can be suggested for seismic design through this study.

Research acitivities of university scholars greatly contribute to the development of research literature in their own areas, thereby playing an essential role of accomplishing national values. In Korea, university researchers conduct studies focusing on basic and fundamental research with their great performance disseminated for industry competence of the country. In this study, we examine research fund and performance for drawing implications for future directions.
