In this paper, equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of six mobile phones made by two national companies were measured in order to introduce power limit of mobile phones for national CDMA, PCS and WCDMA applications. The measurement has been conducted in a full anechoic chamber and used antenna substitution method. From the measured results, the measured power of the mobile phones are compared by power limit regulations of mobile phones for USA, Japan and Europe. Finally, we propose power limits of 2 W ERP for CDMA phones, 2 W EIRP for PCS phones, and 2 W EIRP for WCDMA phones, respectively.

통계자료는 국가의 정책을 수립하는데 가장 기초가 되는 자료로서 국가 경영에 필수적인 인프라에 해당하며, 국가정책 수립의 근거자료로 활용하기 위해서는 생산되는 통계자료의 신뢰성이 담보되어야 한다. 신뢰성은 생산되는 통계자료의 정확성을 가장 기본으로 하며, 더 나아가서는 시기적절하게 통계자료를 생산하고 수요자 중심의 통계지표를 발굴 제시했을 때 통계자료로서 의미를 갖게 된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 통계자료가 갖는 의미에 맞고 효과적인 통계자료를 생산하기 위하여 현재 발간중인 한국수문조사연보의 통계량과 산정기준, 적용성 및 활용방안에 대한 종합적인 검토를 통해 표준화된 통계처리 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 강수량과 수위, 유량측정성과 및 유량자료 통계량 44종에 대한 통계량별 결측치 처리기준과 활용성 및 결측치 처리방안에 대하여 검토로 통계값의 일관성 및 객관성이 확보될 수 있도록 개선방안을 마련하였다. 더불어 자연현상에 대한 명확한 해석이 가능하고, 기후변화에 따른 기왕의 극치자료와 비교검토가 용이하도록 통계량 표 개선과 이동시간 기준 최다강수량 등 신규 통계값에 대한 산정기준 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 제시한 신규 통계량 정보를 추가적으로 제시하고, 표준화된 통계처리 기준에 따라 통계값을 산정할 경우 통계 자료의 일관성 및 객관성이 확보될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Most of the studies of mathematics so far have found positive changes in the effectiveness of the academic achievements of academic achievement, as well as positive changes in the effectiveness of academic achievement or attitudes or attitudes towards mathematics. The purpose of this study was to investigate the achievement criteria for the use of the teaching aids and to present the teaching aids and the methods for teaching the learning contents appropriate to the achievement standards. Specifically, it finds the achievement standard suitable for the learning contents instruction course of the textbooks of the elementary school 1st and 2nd graders, finds the available diocese in the standard diocese for the math class, and investigates the diocese in use in the present textbook.

At the beginning of construction, the estimation for the construction duration is very important to effectively control and use labors, builder's equipment, permanent and temporary materials, supplies and utilities, and money. In spite of the importance of the estimation for the construction duration, there is no estimation standard of optimal construction duration in korea. The purpose of this study is to suggest the estimation standard of optimal construction duration that is reasonable and systematical through developing the method for estimating, the construction duration. it is expected to be helpful for estimating, planning and scheduling. The analysis is executed the existing estimation standards and consulting the results of the interviews with the on-site engineers and the concrete compressive stress tests.

A stable reference voltage generator is necessary to the infrared image signal readout circuit(ROIC) to improve noise characteristics in comparison with signals originated from infrared devices, that is, to gain good images. In this study, bandgap reference circuit operating at cryogenic temperature of 77K for Infrared image ROIC(readout integrated circuit) was propose. Most of bandgap reference circuits which are presented so far operate at room temperature, and they are not suitable for infrared image ROIC operating at liquid nitrogen temperature, 77K. To design bandgap reference circuit operating at cryogenic temperature, the parameter characteristics of used devices as temperature change are seen, and then bandgap reference circuit is proposed with considering such characteristics. It demonstrates practical use possibility through taking measurements and estimations.

This paper is concerned with the problem of international approval of national parks in Korea. Much of the solution of this problem is to be found in planning and law. Therefore the provisions for planning in the Korean. Natural Park Law and 20 national park plans were analyzed in comparison with International criterion. Then an gradual changing model of zoning plan were proposed in order to improve the zoning plan of national parks in Korea and applied to Hallasan National Park. These model can be applied to change the zoning plans of national parks in Korea for international approval.

More recently, multiple reference based RTK GPS techniques(VRS ; Virtual Reference System) are becoming increasingly important for many precise GPS applications in many countries to overcome the constrained distance limitations of standard RTK systems. The precision of the position solutions of the rover receiver is closely connected with that of the corresponding virtual reference points(VRPs). The objective of this paper is to investigate the accuracy and performance of the VRPs on the test network have been made in post mode, and the overall analysis results were presented by comparing the solutions for the VRPs from the existing GPS reference station with the true values of the coordinates used to produce the observation data. The results show the reasonable accuracies of VRPs in the network area by using the VRS concept in post mode.
