Effect of Added Supercritical CO2 on the Characteristics of Copper Electroless Plating on PET Film Substrate (PET 필름기재의 구리 무전해도금에 있어서 초임계 CO2 유체가 도금 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, electroless plating of copper was performed on PET film by using the blend of supercritical $CO_2$ and plating solution. The optimum volumetric ratio of supercritical fluid and plating solution was found to be 1:9 and dispersion property was poor at $CO_2$ vol% langer than 10%. Electroless plating of copper was best at $25^{\circ}C$ and 15 MPa. Role of added supercritical $CO_2$ is not to increase solubility but to disperse and maintain Cu-particles as the 1st particles.

  • This study researched into the method that allows only the certified user and computational engineer to possibly use network resources and computing resources by implementing the system of the intensified certification and security based on LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directory service, that copes with incapacitation in security program due to making the security program forcibly installed, and that can correctly track down the industrial-technology exporter along with applying the user-based security policy through inter-working with the existing method for the protection of industrial technology. Through this study, the intensified method for the protection of industrial technology can be embodied by implementing the integrated infra system through strengthening the existing system of managing the protection of industrial technology, and through supplementing vulnerability to the method for the protection of industrial technology.

  • 미쓰비시(삼릉)전기는 1999년 5월치바현 이치가와시 동빈에$''$특정가정용기기재상품화법(통칭 : 가전리사이클법)$''$에 대응하기 위하여 일본국내 최초의 전기제품 리사이클 플랜트를 가동시켰다. 이 플랜트에서는 종합전기메이커로서의 특징을 살려 연소를 수반하지 않는 철저한 머티어리얼 리사이클, 물을 쓰지 않는 완전건식에 의한 소재(素材)의 분리$\cdot$분별(分別)을 실현하였다. 최대의 특징은 수(手)작업에 의한 부분분해와 기계분해(파쇄에 의한 소재분리)를, 리사이클률, 경제성, 환경부하성의 3가지 관점에서 조화를 시키고 있는 점이다. 본고에서는 리사이클 플랜트의 개요를 소개하고 리사이클률 향상과 리사이클 처리비용 저감을 위해 대처해 온 다음의 3개 항목에 대하여 기술한다. (1) 플라스틱찌꺼기(殘材) 리사이클설비의 개발 주파쇄분리(主破碎分離) 프로세스에서 배출되는 금속과 염화비닐을 포함한 플라스틱찌꺼기를 처리하여, 플라스틱을 고로환원재(高爐還元材)로서 유효 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. (2)효율적인 물류(物流)레이아웃 및 수해체방식(手解體方式)의 설계 공장내의 폐제품(廢製品)$\cdot$분별물(分別物)에 대한 보관장소, 반송수단$\cdot$경로를 최적 설계하여 처리비용을 요하는 수해체 작업을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 업무흐름을 설계하였다. (3)리사이클공장 관리시스템의 구축 공장관리의 효율화와 배출자(排出者)에 대한 리사이클정보가 분명하게 나타날 수 있게 하기 위하여 리사이클공장관리시스템을 개발하여 도입하였다.

  • LHP is different from a conventional heat pipes in design and heat and fluid flow passages. The situations of the former is much complex than the latter. In LHPs, evaporation occurs at the contact interface between the heating plate and the porous wick, so some micro channels machined at the contact interface serve to let the vapor flow out of the evaporator. This complexity of contact geometry was known to cause a high resistance to heat flow. The present work was to study the problem of heat passage across the contact surface for LHPs and determine those values contact resistance. For two cases of contact structures, the thermal contact resistances were examined experimentally, one being obtained through mechanical contact under pressure and the other through sintered bonding. Nickel powder wick and copper plate were used for specimens. The result showed that a substantial reduction of contact resistance of an order of degree could be obtainable by sintered bonding.

The first record of Gentianopsis (Gentianaceae) in Korea: G. contorta (Royle) Ma (한반도 미기록 식물: 꼬인용담(용담과))

  • We confirmed an unrecorded taxon under the genus Gentianopsis (Gentianaceae) into Gentianopsis contorta (Royle) Ma, which was collected from Geumdaebong, Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do in the central part of Korean peninsula. This taxon was known to be distributed mainly Himalayan mountainous area such as India, Nepal and Pakistan, and also growing in China and Japan. In this study, we carried out species description based on the morphological characters, and gave the new Korean name, 'Kko-in-yong-dam' by the characteristics of floral morphology. In addition, some fine figures on several important characters and key to the this and relative species were provided.

  • 일본, 중국, 대만 및 베트남에 분포하는 것으로 알려진 부처손과의 각시비늘이끼 (Selaginella heterostachys Baker)가 강원도 춘천시 남산면 강촌리 저지대에서 발견되었다. 이 종은 선비늘이끼와 유사하나 측면의 소엽이 난상이며 기부가 심장저이고, 중앙부의 소엽은 길며 정단부가 구부러진 점으로 구별된다. 국명은 선비늘이끼보다 중앙부의 소엽이 구부러져 각시의 치마와 비슷하여 각시비늘이끼라고 신칭하였다. 각시비늘이끼의 형태적 특징을 기재하였고, 도해와 생태 사진을 첨부하였다.

  • Eleocharis parvula (Roem. & Schult.) Bluff, Nees & Schauer (Cyperaceae), was found in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon Metropolitan City in Korea. This species is distinguished from related taxa in Korea by its small fusiform tubers, culms without septa when dry, 3-fid stigmas and style base confluent with the apex of achene. This taxon was named 'Gaet-ba-neul-gol' in Korean based on its habitat. We provide its description, illustrations, photographs and a key to the related taxa in Korea.

  • A study of benthic populations on a tidal flat near Inchon has revealed the presence of Amphictene japonica (Nilsson) a large pectinariid polychaete worm not previously documented in Korean waters. Near Inchon it is apparently restricted to silty sands or sandy silts along seaward parts of the intertidal flat. In addition to its large size, A. japonica is distinguished from other pectinariids by means of (1) the posterior rim of the cephalic plaque, which bears 20 to 25 marginal denticulations, and (2) the scaphal hooks, which number 19 to 24 on either side.

  • The 7 zoeal and 1 megalopal stages of Cha~bdi8 bimaculata (Miers, 1886) are descrihed and iflustrated in detail from larvae reared in lahoratory. Under isboratory conditions of 22$^{\circ}C$ temperature and 33.3~ salinity, the magalopa was attained in 32 days or more after hatching. The larval morphology of the first zoea of C. bimaculata are coincide with those of Charybdis species by hearing lateral spines on carapace, ~type antenna, A-type telson, 1,6 setae on the endoped of maxillule, and 6 setae on the endopod of maxilla. Morphological features of C. bimaculata larvae were compared to the previous descriptions of larvae of the other spedes helonging to the same genus.

Occurrence of Meloidogyne hapla in Peony Fields (작약 재배지에서 당근뿌리혹선충 발생양상)

  • In peony fields located in Uisong and Yeongcheon distribution of Meloidogyne hapla was examined. Of 131 fields examined, M. hapla was isolated from 102 fields. In 57.8% of the infested fields, M. hapla density was higher 31 larvae1300 ml soil, the larval density isolated from upland fields were higher than those from paddy fields. Sandy loam soil harbored higher number of larvae than clay soil. Physio-chemical properties of soil might affect nematode population: High larval density was detected from those fields with low contents of OM, K+ and low pH. Fields infested with high larval densities required more lime than those with low or non infested fields.
