플랜트 기자재 산업은 전력 석유 가스 담수 등 제품 생산 설비 및 공장 건설에 소요되는 기자재류 제조업을 일컫는다. 국내 플랜트 산업은 세계 7위 수준인 반면, 외화가득률은 30% 이하에 머물러 있다. 국산 조달률이 가장 저조한 기자재는 기계 기자재류이며, 특히 펌프, 압축기 등과 같은 회전장치류 대부분이 수입에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 국내 플랜트 기자재 산업의 장기적 기술경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 국산화율은 저조하지만 고부가가치 품목인 펌프, 압축기에 대한 기술개발, 외국기업과 기술제휴 및 M&A 등을 통해 기술력을 빠르게 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

우리나라는 사계절이 뚜렷해 육계를 사육하는데 어려움이 많다. 여름철의 더위와 겨울철의 추위로 기자재의 도움 없이는 육계를 사육할 수 없다. 여름철이나 겨울철 환기나 급수, 급이 등에 필요한 기자재에 고장이 발생하면 많은 닭들이 폐사해 농가는 큰 피해를 입는다. 그렇기 때문에 특히 육계농가들에게 기자재의 역할은 닭들의 생명과 같은 것이다. 현재 우리나라의 기자재 산업은 미국이나 유럽의 양계선진국에 뒤지지 않을 만큼 발전해 있다. 이러한 발전은 유럽, 미국 등의 양계 선진국들의 기자재와 자동화 시스템을 도입해 우리나라 실정에 맞게 발전시켜온 결과이다.

현재 교육기관에서 사용되고 있는 컴퓨터 기자재 관리 방법은 컴퓨터 기자재의 사용 현황, 관리 실태 등에 대한 실시간 모니터링이 힘들고, 기자재 조사에 많은 인력과 시간이 요구되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트-서버 모델을 이용하여 하급 기관에서는 컴퓨터에서 적절한 자료를 데이터베이스에 전송하고, 상급 기관에서는 교육기관의 컴퓨터 기자재 관리를 실시간으로 할 수 있는 교육 기자재 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 사용함으로써 기자재 관리에 소요되는 많은 시간과 인력 낭비를 줄일 수 있으며, 컴퓨터 기자재에 대한 실시간 관리를 통해 분산된 교육용 컴퓨터 자원의 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

사회의 변화는 교육의 패러다임 및 교육 인프라에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 변화하는 사회에 발맞춰 교육인적자원부는 90년대 중반부터 교육정보화 종합 추진 계획 3단계 사업을 진행하고 있다. 그로 인해 교원 1인당 1PC, 컴퓨터실 및 다양한 멀티미디어실 구축, 교단선진화 기자재 보급이 계속 되어왔다. 또한 미래의 교육 비전으로 u-러닝을 제시함으로써 2011년까지 중등학교에 u-러닝 인프라 구축 및 단말 보급을 계획하고 있어 고가의 교육 기자재는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 현재 학교에서는 교육 기자재 관리가 단순히 보유현황 파악에만 머물고 있어 고가의 기자재 도난 위험, 신속하게 처리되어야하는 요지보수 문제, 노후 기자재 교체 및 폐기에 대비하고 있지 못하다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 기자재 관리에 RFID와 USN을 활용함으로써 기자재를 효율적으로 관리하고 교육에 적극 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

The sea-communication fishing equipment installed on small vessels such as offshore fishing vessels is highly dependent on foreign products due to its high dependence on foreign products. From the perspective of domestication, the development of localization at the overseas level is underway, and we intend to demonstrate it by creating a dedicated testbed in order to secure track records. In this paper, we wanted to derive the testbed shape and design method through basic research for the design of the testbed.

1980년 중반 양계기자재산업이 발전하면서 1990년대 들어 양계산업은 규모화에 들어선다. 이에, 2000년 내외로 A형 케이지가 직립 케이지로 교체되고 3단에서 6단, 8단, 9단 등 양계시설에 많은 변화가 일어나기 시작했으나 국산 기자재에 비해 수입 기자재가 각광을 받곤했다. 하지만 국내 기자재업체들의 노력으로 눈부신 품질향상을 이끌어 지금은 선의의 경쟁을 하고 있다. 농업회사법인(주)진영케이지(대표이사 나완주, 이하 진영케이지)는 설립 초기부터 우수한 기술력으로 양계케이지를 국산화하고 꾸준한 연구개발로 품질 개선, 신제품 개발, 신속한 AS를 통해 수입 기자재와 당당히 자웅을 겨루고 있다. 이번호에는 진영케이지를 소개코자 한다.

오프셋 인쇄시장이 축소됨에 따라 대한잉크, 동양잉크 등 국내 굴지의 인쇄잉크 제조 및 공급사들이 인쇄잉크 외에 인쇄기자재를 함께 공급하는 등 사업 범위를 확대하고 있다. 세계적인 잉크제조사도 잉크뿐 아니라 안료, 기자재 등을 함께 공급하는 사례가 늘고 있는데, 이는 출판시장은 물론이고 오프셋인쇄시장이 점차 축소됨에 따라 새로운 돌파구를 찾기 위한 노력의 일환으로 풀이된다. 인쇄잉크산업과 잉크 제조사들이 공급하고 있는 기자재 공급 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

Due to the distribution structure of domestic temporary equipment, quality control of temporary equipment is essential because more than 80% of temporary equipment is repeated and reused. Due to this importance, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has proposed quality management standards for temporary equipment for 10types of temporary equipments, including steel pipe support, but the overall quality of temporary eqipment cannot be confirmed because the quality is managed through sampling quality tests. In addition, although quality control standards exist for temporary material rental company, practical utilization was investigated and analyzed to be very low as they are mainly presented based on qualitative inspection standards by visual inspection. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop individual temporary material/quality/delivery management standards (Guides) for temporary equipment rental company to preemptively secure the quality of temporary equipment before bringing them into the construction site. If the standards developed through this study are applied to domestic temporary equipment rental companies, it is expected that high-quality temporary equipment with secured quality will be brought into the construction site as the quality of temporary equipment quality of domestic medium and small temporary equipment rental companies is improved safety accidents related to temporary structures.

To create the value-added in the field of the shipbuilding, we have to vitalize the marine equipment industry. However the competitiveness is inclined to its outward than inward in the field of the shipbuilding in our country. Especially the field of the marine equipment industry needs to acquire the competitiveness as soon as possible in comparison with an advanced country. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the marine equipment, the present situation of the marine equipment industry, the present situation of the demand-supply, the localization of the marine equipment, so that it can raise the competitiveness of the marine equipment industry. Based on this paper, it is the purpose of this paper to derive the alternative for acquiring the competitiveness. This paper is trying to find the way to progress the marine equipment industry and suggest well-founded data for acquiring the competitiveness.
