A Study on the Effect of Service Quality and Company Characteristics on the Use and Performance of Supporting Projects : Based on online export support business (서비스품질과 기업특성이 지원 사업 활용 및 성과에 미치는 영향 연구 : 온라인 수출지원 사업을 중심으로)

  • With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the central axis of the industry is shifting to SMEs, and online is becoming the center of marketing. In this regard, this study is aimed at the service quality and the characteristics of companies as the factors for the activation of SMEs' online export support projects and their performance creation. The study conducted a survey of companies applied for the government's online export support project. As a result, it was found that the reliability of the service quality and the characteristics of the company (CEO's will, Trade Expert), except for convenience, have a significant effect on the service utilization and performance. Accordingly, in order to revitalize the online export support business of SMEs, it is necessary to improve the human competence of enterprises and the reliability of service quality of supporting institutions. This study is meaningful in that it confirms the importance of the credibility required by the support organization as well as the characteristics for strengthening the capability of the company. However, there are limitations in not reflecting various factors of service quality and company characteristics.

Structural Relation between Antecedents and Consequences of Web Site's Trust of Venture Company (벤처기업의 웹사이트에 대한신뢰의 선행요인과 결과요인의 구조적 관계)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the structural relation between antecedents and consequences of web sites' trust of venture company. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a web site and address following research questions; what factors influence consumer trust in a web site and what specific web site cues are associated with trust, satisfaction, and intention? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 123 consumers across 3 web sites of venture companies. By factor analysis, the results show that web site characteristics are such as design, business function, interface, technology, community, and contents of each web site. We also find that web site characteristics such as design, interface, technology, and community can influence significantly satisfaction of web site, and design and contents of web site can influence consumer's trust. And the results show that trust influence behavioral intention through the satisfaction. The results offer important implication for web site strategies of venture company that include the manipulation of factors influencing web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.

  • Korean foreign direct investment (FDI) firms procure cheap raw materials, produce goods in developing countries featuring low rent and labor costs, and sell goods in world market. In this regard, global supply chain management is important to Korean FDI firms. The objective of this study is to analyze gaps in the performance of reliability and quality of supply chain orientations. To achieve this objective, this study confirms theoretical relationships between variables through prior research, selects measuring variables, and analyzes data collected from Korean FDI firms. Results are as follows; First, there is a gap in reliability performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. Managers should check the level of their supply chain orientation and make strategic and structural efforts to improve reliability performance. Second, there is a gap in quality performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. To improve quality performance, managers should identify the level of their supply chain orientation. In addition, managers can enhance quality performance on the basis of strategic and structural efforts.

  • This study examined the effects of management consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) on organizational creativity and innovation. The research target was companies with experience in consulting, and sample data from 62 surveyed companies (80 persons) were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 based on statistics to perform frequency analysis, reliability, and feasibility analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it has been verified that consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) had positive impacts. Second, service reliability and assurance, which are components of consulting service quality, significantly affected consulting performance (organizational creativity, innovation). Taken together, management consulting has a positive effect on creativity and innovation in an organization and ultimately contributes to improvement of the business performance of the company, depending on the competency of the consultant and quality of the services provided. Based on the results of this study, we intend to improve the quality of SME consulting by providing theoretical and practical implications as well as contribute to the growth of SMEs requiring innovation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • 인공신경망을 이용한 기업도예측에 관한 연구는 일반적으로 대기업을 대상으로 수행되고 있으며, 분석자료로는주로 재무제표에서 얻어지는 재무정보를 사용하고 있다. 이들 대기업의 재무정보들은 비교적양이 풍부하고 신뢰성이 높기 때문에 인공신경망을 이용한 도산예측의 적중률이 80%∼85%의 높은 수준을 보이고 있다. 하지만, 중소기업이 재무정보는 불충분할 뿐만 아니라 신뢰성이 낮을 가능성이 높기 때문에, 중소기업의 도산예측에 있어서 재무정보만을 사용하게 되면 그 정확도가 떨어지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 인공신경망을 이용한 중소기업의 도산예측에 있어서, 재무정보를 보완할 수 있는 비재무정보의 유용성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 사용한 비재무정보가 획득가능한 비재무정보중 극히 일부에 지나지 않았음에도 불고하고, 재무정보만을 사용하였을 때보다 예측력이 10%정도나 향상되었다.

  • 효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

Statistical Properties of Business Survey Index (기업경기실사지수의 통계적 성질 고찰)

  • Business survey index(BSI) is an economic forecasting index made on the basis of the past achievement of the company and enterpriser's plan and decision for the future. Even the index is very popular in economic situations, only a little research result is known to the public. In the paper we investigate statistical properties of BSI. We define population BSI in the finite population and estimate it unbiasedly. Also we derive the variance of the estimated BSI and its unbiased estimator. In addition, confidence interval of the estimated BSI is proposed. We asserte that confidence interval of the estimated BSI is more reasonable than the relative standard error.

Influence of Communication on Acquired Company Members in the PMI Process : Moderation Effect of the Business Area Consistency between Acquiring and Acquired Company (PMI과정에서 피인수기업 구성원에 대한 의사소통의 영향력 : 인수기업과 피인수기업 간의 사업영역의 일치도의 조절효과)

  • Post-merger integration(PMI) plays a very important role in the success of M&A. Therefore, based on previous studies on PMI, this study discusses the relationship between communication of acquired enterprise members and uncertainty reduction, organizational satisfaction, organizational trust in the PMI process, focusing on the moderating effect of business area consistency between the acquisition and the acquired company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of the relationship between variables was established and an empirical analysis was conducted. In order to collect data, a survey was conducted on members of the acquired company in China, and 317 questionnaires were finally collected and used for empirical analysis. For the collected data, the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study confirmed that communication has a positive effect on the reduction of uncertainty, job satisfaction, and organizational trust perceived by members of the acquired company, and that the consistency in business areas between the acquisition and the acquired company weakens the relationship between communication and uncertainty. In the positive relationship between communication and job satisfaction, organizational trust, the effect of strengthening the moderating variable has not been confirmed, but rather the weakening control effect was found. Based on these findings, the strategy of communicating with the members of the acquired company in the PMI process is meaningful for the success or failure of the merger and provides theoretical and practical implications for proposing differentiated human resources management measures according to M&A type.

  • This study investigated creative behavior, one of organizational effectiveness, needed to survive in the rapidly changing circumstances. So, transformational leadership was setting as independent variables consist of ideal influence, intellectual stimulus and individual consideration, and affect-based trust and cognition-based trust was setting as mediating variables. For this study, 211 of the respondent, who are attending various companies, answered this questionnaire. This study shows that ideal influence, intellectual consideration and individual consideration of transformational leadership have positive(+) direct impact to creative behavior, and in affect-based trust, transformational leadership has impact on the creative behavior, as fully positive(+) mediating effects. In cognition-based trust, trust has impact partly as mediating effects. Namely, transformational leadership is based on affect-based trust will be heightened after all creative behavior. Impact of control variables is more larger in man, under 30 age, public workers.
