외환위기 이후 기업의 신규채용의 감소와 함께 청년실업 특히 대졸 청년실업이 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있다. 많은 수의 대학생들이 취업난 속에서 본연의 전공 교육과정보다는 취업준비에만 열을 올리거나, 해외 연수나 공무원 시험 등의 준비를 이유로 대학졸업까지 미루는 실정이다. 또한 취업이 잘 되는 학과로의 편중지원, 이공계 기피현상 등 다양한 문제점을 양산하고 있다. 올해 기업의 신규채용이 다시 줄어드는 추세로 돌아서 취업 상황은 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망되는 가운데, 이제 국가차원의 청년실업 대책이 강구되어야 한다고 생각된다. 여기서는 청년실업의 원인을 분석해 보고, 이에 대한 대책방안을 모색해 보기로 한다.

ESCO협회는 제13차 정기총회를 개최하고 앞으로의 ESCO업계 발전방안을 모색하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다. 올 해 정부의 위탁업무를 확대하고 에너지분야 사후관리 전문기관으로 역할을 수행하는 한편 회원사를 확대해 정책 수렴기관으로서 협회 위상을 강화할 계획이다. 아울러 기술인력 재교육에 어려움을 겪고 있는 ESCO업계를 위해 녹색교육기관으로 인증받아 ESCO전문교육기관으로써 보다 활발한 교육사업을 펼칠 것이라며 포부를 밝혔다. 새로운 변화를 맞아 더욱 단결된 모습으로 거듭날 ESCO협회의 제13차 정기총회 현장을 소개한다.

멀티미디어 기술 발전으로 인하여 최근 에듀테인먼트에 관하여 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 에듀테인먼트(edutainment)는 교육(education)과 놀이(entertainment)의 합성어로 교육용 소프트웨어에 놀이를 가미하여 게임 하듯이 즐기면서 학습하는 방법이나 프로그램을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 교육과 놀이의 관계를 통한 에듀테인먼트에 대한 문헌연구와 그 제품에 대한 소비자의 기업이미지 파악을 위한 실증연구를 하여 에듀테인먼트의 과학적 개발과정의 이론적 토대를 마련하는 것을 제안한다.

The focus of the study is to propose a long-term teaching and learning direction of one-person creative enterprise by college students in the field of the industry of Applied Music Contents. Critical review on literature and theories related to the recent trends of Applied Music industry and entrepreneurship education was conducted. The study introduced a macro level of four educational principles of Applied Music studies at a college such as: integrating Applied Music education with a viewpoint of humanities, fostering creative entrepreneur spirits of students in the field of Applied Music, applying new social media and technologies into teaching knowledge and skills of Applied Music, and finally developing students' authentic music expertise under cognitive apprenticeship(by a relationship of mentor-mentee) of Applied Music.

In this paper, we proposed a new Korean Dual system, K-Dual System, and discussed the concepts and details about three sub-models of the system, IPP, W3 and corporate university models. Propose K-Dual system is a new and unique educational model that combines academic study and industrial work in order to solve the various problems of existing work-study parallel educational systems in Korea. K-Dual System has two tracks, Academic and Vocational tracks. Academic track has a long-term field experience training program, IPP program. On the other hands, Vocational track can be divided into two sub-models and those are $W^3$ and corporate university. Finally, we summarized several key points for the successful setup and operation of K-Dual system.

This study was done through survey of the school and the small and medium enterprise which participated in "Human resources development program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link", and we researched the problem with the actual condition of the program operation and analyzed the results of them. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, the teachers recognized the purpose of this program operation as the activation of the occupation education between school and job world, On the other hand, people in charge of the company recognized the purpose of this program operation as the professional human resources supply to the small and medium enterprises. Secondly, the teachers perceived that the students' performative competence had improved through the operation of this program, while the inducement of some excellent students was not always available. Finally people in charge of the company responded that this program was helpful for the manpower guarantee, the profits of the company, the enhancement of the performative competence and adaptability of the high school graduates, and the cooperation of the technical high school and the company. However, they admitted that this program lacked the maintenance and repairing competence of the utilities, ability of grasping problems and the problem-solving skills, and the competence of the functional expertise of the high school graduates. Generally, the teachers of technical high school and people in charge of the company which participate in "Human resources program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link" expressed positive appreciation for efficient management and potential development of this program.

This study aims at investigating the path in which entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity, which have a significant influence on the corporate performance of SMEs, are mediated through product innovation performance (product speed, product quality). For the empirical study, 233 questionnaires collected from 1775 SMEs including in Daejeon Techno Park start-ups were analyzed by using structural equation model. The empirical analysis shows that absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on performance through product innovation performance. Therefore, it is suggested that entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity increase product innovation performance in terms of corporate strategy and external information utilization capability, and product innovation performance leads to performance. This paper suggests that entrepreneurial strategy and capacity to utilize external information are important for introducing high quality products faster than others in response to the external environment.

경기도 안산시에 위치한 경기테크노파크(원장 배성열)는 '산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법' 에 의거해 현재 광역지방자치단체별로 설립된 전국 16개테크노파크중 하나다. 1998년 개원이후 유망벤처기업의 발굴육성을 비롯,교육 훈련,정보교류, 연구개발 등 중소기업을 위한 지원활동을 펼쳐왔으며 산업자원부 ,경기도, 안산시의 재정.행정지원을 바탕으로 한양대학교를 비롯한 인근 6개 대학을 연결해 경기도 중소기업을 위한 연구지원활동을 하고있다. 현재 59개 중소벤처기업이 입주해 있고 연구개발, 시제품 생산, 품질인증, 위탁생산, 마케팅, 경영컨설팅 등을 지원받고 있다. 경기지역의 명실상부한 첨단지식산업 육성의 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 경기테크노파크를 찾아가본다.

21세기는 첨단 기술과 문명의 발달로 새로운 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 물질적 욕구를 넘어 사람의 존재 의의에 대한 영적 욕구에 대한 충족이 필요한 시기를 맞아 기업 또한 생계 수단을 넘어 개인의 영적 가치를 실현하는 공간으로 탈바꿈하여야 한다. 논문에서는 이러한 기업을 씨써클 기업으로, 산업군을 골드 밸리라고 명명하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 산업군과 골드 밸리와의 차이점을 알아보고, 기업 성장의 이론적 토대 및 이를 실천하기 위한 사례를 소개하며, 새로운 기업의 기업가 정신에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the satisfaction of students, teachers, and smaller businesses who participate in the apprenticeship. To get answers, it analyzed students and teachers in 4 technical high schools in Daegu city and 4 technical high schools in small and midium sized city in Gyeongsangbuk-do province, and analyzed field teachers and people in charge in the smaller businesses which entered into the program. This study results are as follows. First, It is shown that participation in apprenticeship school is helpful for emplyment and that apprenticeship system is helpful for student's career choice because the respondents who are willing to make aggressive invitation to juniors are high. Second, Satisfaction with teachers was company discovery to be difficult, but the need for the system was relatively positively evaluated. Third, when it comes to the satisfaction of the smaller businesses, The participating companies's matter of primary concern is continuous business growth and they have will to participate in the apprenticeship program depending on the demand for manpower.
