정보기술의 급격한 발전은 기업용 S/W 판매자들에게 새로운 판매 전량을 요구하고 있다. 즉, 기업용 S/W의 유형에 다양화 되고 고객의 니즈가 매우 정교화되고 있는바 이러한 요구사항을 충분히 고려하지 못할 경우 성공적인 판매전량을 수립할 수 없다. 그러나 이러한 기업용 S/W 판매전략에 있어서 고려해야 하는 다양한 요소들은 기업용 S/W의 유형에 따라 매우 다르고, 체계적으로 관리하기 어려운 암묵지인 관계로 지금까지 충분히 논의되지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인지지도를 이용하여 다양한 기업용 S/W 판매사례에 대하여 기업용 S/W 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 관계를 도출하였다. 이를 통하여 유사한 사례별로 인지지도를 군집화 하여 그 특성을 도출하고 이를 이용하여 기업용 S/W 판매전략에 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

SMEs in Korea have increased their investment in R&D as they have recognized the importance of technology development. However, Korean SMEs have been lacking in technological competencies and commercialization capabilities. Also, SMEs often have difficulties in technology planning and preliminary research in R&D process. Under this background, this paper analyses the effects of SMEs' technology planning competency on the success of their commercialization, as their low technological competencies are due to the low capabilities of technology planning. The result shows that SMEs' cooperation partnership and market orientation are significant determinants to the success of their technology commercialization. The study used logistic regression analysis model.

근래 들어 무선 인터넷이 가능한 고성능의 휴대형 단말들이 널리 보급되어 감에 따라, 모바일 기업 응용에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 모바일 기업 응용에서는 모바일 클라이언트와 기업 서버간의 데이터 동기화가 필수적이다. 왜냐하면, 모바일 클라이언트는 그 특성상 기업 서버에 항상 접속해 있을 수 없기 때문이다. 하지만 이러한 모바일 기업 응용을 작성하기 위해서는 확장성 이형성, 자원제약, 보안등과 같은 여러 기술적인 문제들을 해결해야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술적인 문제들 뿐만 아니라 데이터 동기화 부분을 처리해 줌으로써 응용 개발자들에게 오직 데이터 동기화를 위한 추상화된 인터페이스만을 제공해주는 데이터 동기화 미들웨어 시스템인 MoIM-Sync 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관해 기술한다. 우리 시스템은 구현 언어로 Java를, 동기화 프로토콜로 표준 동기화 프로토콜인 SyncML을 사용함으로써 이형성 문제를 극복하였으며, 3 계층 구조를 통해 확장성 및 기존 동기화 시스템/서버 시스템들과의 연동 문제를 해결하였다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 신기술의 개발은 가속화되어 간다. 그러나 이에 수반한 새로운 위험성도 발생하게 된다. 신기술의 기업화에 있어서는 그에 대응하는 안전상 대책의 정비가 필요한데 현실에서는 위험성에 미지한 부분을 넘긴 채 기업화되어 간다. 그리고 사고가 발생해도 여러 가지 이유로 인해 원인 규명도 어렵고 사고의 상세한 공표는 이루어지지 않는다. 이러한 이유로 반도체 산업의 안전 기술의 확립까지 상당한 세월이 필요했다.(중략)

In this study, the effects of Venture Start-up's Technological Capabilities on Financial Stability and Possibility of Insolvency was investigated by use of SEM(Structural Equation Model). Technological Business Capabilities include CEO's Technological Capability, Management Specialization and the Feasibility of the Investment plan. The empirical data for this study were taken from the technology assessment data of Korea Technology Guarantee Fund(KTGF) on 1,419 Venture Start-ups from 2011 until 2012 and the financial data of the following 2 years of the sample. Venture Start-ups established within 7 years, were selected for this study's sample from viewpoint of their 'High-Risk High-Return' characteristic. The results are as follows : Manpower including CEO's Technology-related Knowledge and Experience, Management Organization's Technological Specialization and Cooperativeness, Reasonable Investment and Financing Planning etc. were proved to improve Financial Stability, and therefore reduce Possibility of Insolvency.

Currently many companies have realized that producing efficient product does not guarantee the market differentiation. Realizing the problem, those companies are actively pursuing the servitization strategy. However complexities in selecting the right service areas among many choices along with in developing service strategies and organizational structures remain unsolved to many manufacturing companies. This paper is about an exploratory study in which, through in-depth case analysis, we observed how a manufacturing company successfully managed to transform to the service company. Through this study, we have found that successful transformation needs to resolve many conflicting issues such as channels among existing and new sales front, organizational restructuring due to conflicting in evaluation and human resource requirements required for responding to customers in the field. This 'Hansam' case study provides managers with some guidelines as to how to transform to the service company.

In the era of creative economy emphasizing creativity and entrepreneurship, the Korean small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) never ignore them. Especially, firms, that would like to penetrate into international markets and hence survive in them, must have creativity and entrepreneurship. Nevertheless, little study has been studied the casual relationships of the variables comprehensively. Therefore, based on small and medium-sized exporters, this study would like to investigate empirically the relationships among the creativity, the entrepreneurship, and the level of internationalization. According to the research results, firstly, creativity has positive and significant effects on entrepreneurship. Moreover, entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on the level of internationalization. Finally, it was found that entrepreneurship partially mediated the relationships between the creativity and the level of internationalization. These results implied that creativity and entrepreneurship can play a pivotal role in improving the level of internationalization.

비즈니스 리엔지니어링 이후, 프로세스 개선 및 다양한 정보시스템 구축 등 혁신의 결과에도 불구하고 기업들은 혁신을 체질화 하는 데는 큰 성과를 보이지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상시적인 혁신 및 혁신결과의 지식화를 달성하기 위하여 가장 효과적인 프레임워크인 PAL(Process Asset Library) 기반의 PI(Process Innovation) 방법론을 소개하고, 국내 소비재(CPG) 기업의 구축 사례를 통하여 PAL 기반의 PI가 기업 내에 체질화되는 과정을 살펴보았다.

제조업의 경영환경을 중심으로 CIM의 개념을 정의하고 개발, 생산, 및 영업 측면에서 구체화 하였다. CIM의 요소를 영업정보, 기술정보 및 생산정보로 구분하여 각각에 대한 실현방안을 개괄적으로 단순화 하였다. 영업정보는 궁극적으로 정확한 수요예측을 위한 것이며 기술정보는 엔지니어링 데이터베이스로 체계화되면 생산정보는 양질의 구매와 원활한 생산 활 동을 위한 시스템의 구성을 목표로 한다. 기업 활동을 시스템 모델화하여 고찰하면 자본에 대한 손익을 자율적으로 규제하고 조정하는 역할로 규정한다. 여기서 투자자는 투자액에 대한 이익배당을 얻거나 손실을 보게 도며 기업 활동은 확장 혹은 축소된다. CIM은 궁극적으로 기업 활동의 순환주기를 단축시키고 기업 활동의 결과예측의 정확도를 높이는 컴퓨터를 이용한 수단이라고 볼 수 있다.

IT 기술의 발전과 변화에 따라 기업에서는 기업용 시스템 관리를 위하여 가상화 컴퓨팅 시스템을 도입을 추진 중이며 비용 절감 및 보안 이슈들을 검토하기를 앞다투고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가상화 기술의 종류 및 방법들을 연구하여 보고 사례 분석 등을 통하여 기업 시스템 관리를 위한 폐쇄적 가상화 컴퓨팅 시스템 기술의 방법을 제시해보며 효과 분석을 도출해본다.
