최근 삼성, 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 글로벌 IT기업들이 디지털 헬스케어 시장에 뛰어들고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어는 건강상태에 대한 정보를 수집하고 이를 효율적으로 관리함으로써 개인맞춤형 건강관리 및 의료서비스 제공이 가능한 ICT융합 건강관리 서비스 및 기기로 건강관리서비스의 주도권이 의료영역에서 일반 소비영역으로 확대된 형태라고 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 디지털 헬스케어 선점을 위해 최근 경쟁이 가속화되고 있는 개인건강정보 플랫폼의 동향에 대하여 알아보았다. 삼성전자 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 국내외 글로벌 IT기업들의 개인건강정보 플랫폼과 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 미래창조과학부의 지원으로 개발 중인 개인건강정보 기반 개방형 ICT힐링 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 살펴보았다.

This study investigates and analyzed to whole public offering listed company whether enterprise's integration information system exercises some influence on business users. Many medium and small enterprise introduce and operate new integrated system, but there was difficulty in Productivity Analysis that is real by unstableness of system, preservation and insufficiency of management control etc. Therefore, in this study, designed study model and research hypothesis laying stress on information strategy, system quality, information quality of information support agents to measure integration information system to relative stable enterprise. This study may become data that is useful in stable system introduction in various field of industry hereafter medium and small enterprises. This study Was construed by thing which degree that give influence of positive in user satisfaction as findings information system quality, quality of service, information support agents is good in study analysis is very high. The other side, information strategy was expose for factor that do not exert big influence on user's satisfaction, and got sequence that is affected in some degree if user satisfaction is high in details article.

본 연구에서는 EPCIS(전자상품코드 정보 서비스) 시스템의 요구사항인 추상화, 고성능, 확장성, 상호 운용성을 기반으로 EPCIS 시스템의 구조를 설계하고 구현한다. EPCIS 시스템의 추상화를 위해 기존에 존재하는 다양한 데이터 베이스 시스템과 상호 운용을 위한 공통 인터페이스를 구현하고 내부적으로 확장 질의 인터페이스, 공통 질의 언어를 가진다. 연속 질의 처리 시간을 감소 시키고 중복된 결과를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 연속 질의 처리 모듈을 구현한다. 또한 RFID(전자 태그)의 이력 추적 질의의 고성능을 지원하기 위해 RFID 환경에 최적화된 색인 기술과 질의 처리를 위한 구성 요소(Component)를 추가하여 EPCIS 시스템의 고성능 질의 처리를 가능하게 한다. 또한 확장성을 위해 저장소(EPCIS Repository) 관리자를 구현하여 비즈니스 이벤트의 메타 데이터의 스키마를 정의하여 새로운 종류의 비즈니스 이벤트를 쉽게 등록하고 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 기업의 응용 시스템과 협력 기업간에 정보 교환을 위해서 EPC 글로벌에서 제시하는 웹 서비스를 지원하며 표준 데이터 형식인 확장성 생성 언어(XML)를 사용한다.

현재 기업의 정보시스템으로 각광 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 인사, 회계, 물류, 제조, 서비스 등 기업 활동의 전 부분을 효과적으로 관리하고 통제하기 위한 통합 정보시스템으로 ERP 패키지를 이용하여 최신의 정보기술을 지원하는 비즈니스 시스템을 말한다. 기존의 정보시스템 개발에서는 명확한 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하지만 ERP 패키지 개발에서는 사용자 요구사항을 정의하는데 어려움이 많다. 따라서 기존의 시스템에 적용되는 방법론과는 달리 ERP 패키지 개발을 위한 방법론이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고품질의 ERP 패키지를 효율적으로 설계할 수 있도록 마르미-II에 기반한 ERP 패키지 개발 프로세스를 제안한다.

웹 사이트 사용자들은 자신의 취향에 맞춘 웹 사이트 개인화 서비스를 원한다. 이에 따라 관련 기업들은 웹 사이트의 회원가입을 통해 사용자들의 개인 정보를 관리하여 개인화 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 하지만 기업들의 개인 정보 유출 사고와 잘못된 기업 간 공유로 개인 정보보호 관리에 어려움이 있다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트 기반 딥러닝(Client-based Deep Learning)과 웹 브라우저 표준 데이터베이스 IndexedDB를 사용하여 검색 카테고리 추천 시스템을 구현한다.

It is hard, but important to evaluate and select a new service model for the public sector, accompanying unexpectable risk. The purpose of this study is to build and develop the evaluation framework of public projects and to present a project evaluation system which is more rational and methodical. The evaluation framework has been developed by calculating the evaluation criteria and weights resulted from an interview with an expert group and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Moreover, market-oriented characteristics, technology-oriented characteristics, service development capabilities and policy-oriented characteristics were predominantly chosen as the evaluation items. The re-evaluation of the app development support programs was conducted to check the feasibility as an evaluation system influencing the performance of firms. The result of an evaluation system proposed by this study showed better evaluation performance than previous ones, better predicting the actual business performance. Currently, though the policies of the public sectors and support programs focus on the outcome and performance management, the result of this study shows the importance of project selections. Also, implications of the study are discussed.

The Inno-NET, which is based on the Internet and up-to-date information technology, is a consolidated system to provide business-related information and to solve the difficulties in business activities. In particular, the Inno-NET is an information system to integrate such business information for enterprise as start-up, financing, technology development, recruiting, site acquisition, marketing, trade and investment and so on, in order to help companies solve their problems and make up for their weak points. Accordingly, the Inno-NET will systematically connect supporting agencies and innovative enterprises, thus guaranteeing the exchange of information among them and coordinating the business. The supporting agencies will be included government offices, public organizations, research institutes, universities, and industrial associations all over the ministries. In short, Inno-NET forms a real-time decision making system among government, industries, universities and research institutes. by elt:ictronic networking on the Internet.

B2B EC 플랫폼에서의 구매 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 구매자 쇼핑카트는 위치에 따라 판매자쪽의 s-cart, 중개자쪽의 i-cart, 구매자쪽의 b-cart로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 B2B EC에서의 구매자 쇼핑카트의 요구기능을 사용자 식별, 상품정보수집, 물품정보제거, 주문처리, 지불처리, 진행사항 추적, 구매기록, 구매의사결정지원, 전자구매시스템에 구매기록 전송 등 9 가지로 제시하고, 이러한 관점에서 각 구매자 쇼핑카트에 대한 정성적인 비교 분석을 시도한다. 그리고 효율평가모델 제시를 통한 정량적인 분석과 상장기업 30개사의 구매직원에 대한 인터뷰를 통한 변수값 설정을 통해서 B2B EC환경에서의 구매자 쇼핑카트의 효율성 평가를 시도한다. 본 논문을 통해서 B2B EC환경에서는 b-cart 방식의 구매자쇼핑카트 방법이 효율적인 플랫폼임을 제시한다.

In this study, 284 families of people with developmental disabilities responded to a survey about the importance of family support services and their recognition level of satisfaction. First, there was a statistically significant difference in the level of importance-satisfaction recognition of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities. Second, the recognition level of the importance of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting, support for physical and material wellbeing, support for family interaction. Third, satisfaction of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting activities, support for family interaction, support for emotional wellbeing. Fourth, we proposed the maintenance of the status quo, improvement efforts, and the need for mid-and long-term strategy by analyzing the characteristics of the importance-satisfaction quadrant. The results of this study are expected to be useful as basic data for improvement of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities.

기업 내의 정보 시스템은 기업 내 모든 정보를 저장하여 관리하여 의사 결정 지원 및 고객 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 등 기업의 이익은 물론 기업의 이미지, 신뢰도 등에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 대학의 정보 시스템은 대학 행정, 학사 업무, 연구 지원 등을 한다. 특히 학사 정보 시스템의 경우 대학의 개교 이래 학생들의 모든 수강 기록, 성적 등의 기록이 저장되고 관리되어지는 매우 중요한 시스템이다. 그러나 열악한 대학 재정의 한계로 학사 정보 시스템의 중요성에 비해 백업 시스템을 전혀 운용하지 않고 있거나, DAT 복사 등의 매우 초보적인 수준으로 백업 시스템을 구성 및 운용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 내 학사 정보 시스템의 안정적인 운용을 위하여 2년여 동안의 시스템을 분석한 후, 대학의 열악한 재정 상황을 고려하여 E-IDE 디스크 기반의 스토리지를 이용한 네트워크 기반의 백업 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 또한 설계, 구현한 백업 시스템을 사용하는 경우 일, 주, 월 등으로 학사 정보 시스템의 정보를 안정적으로 백업하고 운영할 수 있다. 특히 천재지변, 화재 등 예상치 못한 장애에 대하여서도 효과적인 대처가 가능하다.
