This study examined the influence of ethical leadership on employee job satisfaction and the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between these two variables. In this study, employee engagement was divided into job engagement and organization engagement. Data were collected from 183 employees working for Korean companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that ethical leadership was positively related to both job engagement and organization engagement. Second, ethical leadership was also positively related to job satisfaction of employees. Third, job engagement and organization engagement were found to partially mediate the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction respectively. The results of this study suggest a theoretical contribution in that it expanded existing studies on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. This study is significant in that it revealed a mechanism that ethical leadership directly affects job satisfaction in the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction, but indirectly positively affects employee engagement variables such as job engagement and organization engagement. The results of this study also suggest practical implications that CEOs should strive to help organizational managers demonstrate ethical leadership. In addition, the results of this study suggest practical implications that managers and human resource development experts need to seek ways to increase the level of engagement of employees in the organization. Finally, this study presented limitations to be revised and supplemented in future studies and future research directions.

E-voting is a concept that includes actions such as kiosk voting at a designated place and internet voting at an unspecified place, and has emerged to alleviate the problem of consuming a lot of resources and costs when conducting offline voting. Using E-voting has many advantages over existing voting systems, such as increased efficiency in voting and ballot counting, reduced costs, increased voting rate, and reduced errors. However, centralized E-voting has not received attention in public elections and voting on corporate agendas because the results of voting cannot be trusted due to concerns about data forgery and modulation and hacking by others. In order to solve this problem, recently, by designing an E-voting system using blockchain, research has been actively conducted to supplement concepts lacking in existing E-voting, such as increasing the reliability of voting information and securing transparency. In this paper, we proposed an electronic voting system that introduced hybrid blockchain that uses public and private blockchains in convergence. A hybrid blockchain can solve the problem of slow transaction processing speed, expensive fee by using a private blockchain, and can supplement for the lack of transparency and data integrity of transactions through a public blockchain. In addition, the proposed system is implemented as BaaS to ensure the ease of type conversion and scalability of blockchain and to provide powerful computing power. BaaS is an abbreviation of Blockchain as a Service, which is one of the cloud computing technologies and means a service that provides a blockchain platform ans software through the internet. In this paper, in order to evaluate the feasibility, the proposed system and domestic and foreign electronic voting-related studies are compared and analyzed in terms of blockchain type, anonymity, verification process, smart contract, performance, and scalability.

The researcher has examined about the infrastructure of geotourism industry as well as domestic and foreign literatures in order to see the future and present status of geotourism in our country. The researcher have concluded the followings after participating in the interpretive program of Taean haean(coastal) National Park, etc. which is thought to as having relatively well-prepared contents and education in addition to the active progress of the program especially. First, although the domestic infrastructure of geotourism is thought as relatively well-established, one needs to make up for the weak point that there are not enough editions of explanations related to land formation process and geological aspects. Second, the interpretive program operated by The Korea National Service Park needs to specialize what the program is all about, how it is operated, who is operating, and so on in order to bring subjects' characteristics into relief. Third, one needs to train the persons required to explain geomorphic landscape and geological features by establishing the new division of education of geomorphic landscape and geological features. Furthermore, one needs to set up a unit to take charge of geotourism within the central and local governments. Fourth, one needs to build the cooperative system of private-public-academic circles among private companies, government, and universities to promote the quality of interpretive program by close connections with related studies of geography and geology. Fifth, the vitalization of geotouriusm can make an enormous contribution to promote the nation's brand value and image by advertizing domestic beautiful landscapes of the nature in addition to creating new job markets. Thus, the financial support in the government level should be made. Sixth, one needs to dig out global resources of geotourism unique to us by developing the stories connecting with local cultures and histories.
Recently the development of China has attracted all over the world, many scholars of different areas are interested in Chinese Culture and Chinese Market. After sixties of last century development of the economic of the South Korea closer to modernization, but there are many problems, one of them is the urban living style boasts of the features of concentration. Because of this phenomenon the lack of housing space become more serious. It also come to be a social problems. Therefore narrow residential area become inevitability. At the same time, effective utilization of housing space become a demand. Especially for those families with limited living space, it's meaningful for them. Between the China and the South Korea. Chinese have the same situation too, the different is kitchen space of chinese is closed. It means they have to cook in limited space. With increased supplies and more small appliances, an inevitable requirement is opening out the kitchen space, but unreasonable furnishings and living space reduces the efficiency of the kitchen, which has led to the discontent of users. From this, base on the investigation and analysis of diet&living space of most chinese apartment, and through differences kinds and places of storage items. With them I would combine the food culture and feature of storage space of China to solve problems of the efficiency of the kitchen.

As a new duty of universities, contributions to localities and regions are magnified as an important issue and overseas universities are creating it as the index to use self evaluations and public relations actively. The universities in Korea are expanding resources usage of university and proceeding various businesses to enhance co-operation with local government, civic groups and companies lately. However, it is still in an embryo. This study is aiming to analyze cases of foreign universities and the socio-economic impacts of university on the region and discover evaluation index based on the results to be applied to the universities in Korea. This study had considered the evaluation of local effect by the university conducted by the Higher Education Funding Council for England(HEFCE) which is the representative case to analyze the impacts of university on the region at the level of government and independent organizations. The applicable common index had been extracted for universities in Korea from case studies on University of Rochester in the US and University of Birmingham in the UK considered as a representative university in North America and Europe respectively which are publishing a white paper on local and regional impacts of the university by using various index. As a result, 24 items in six areas(economic influence, research, education, art & cultural services, regional development, and the field of university specialization) had been deducted as the evaluation index which represents the local and regional impacts of university. This index could be secured through holding materials of each university and 'Higher Education in KOREA' as university information disclosure service and it might be applied to the universities in Korea.

This study explored ways to activate tourism promotion centers located in 23 regions of Gyeongsangbuk-do and carried out qualitative research through FGI(Focus Group Interview) to the heads of tourism promotion agencies, public officials, and professors. The FGI(Focus Group Interview) analysis results discussed the problems of tourism promotion and information center facilities recognized by stakeholders in Gyeongsangbuk-do and service improvement cooperation. At a time when the importance of the tourism industry is being emphasized, it is time to expand and improve the facilities of the tourism promotion center as a tourism information facility for Koreans and foreigners. Gyeongsangbuk-do Province has a natural environment and unique tourism resources that can become a tourist attraction in South Korea. In particular, four topics were drawn: providing satisfaction with visitors linked to regional economic revitalization cooperation and tourism guidance, and measures to boost revenue generation at public relations centers and information centers in Gyeongsangbuk-do.
This study was conducted focusing on the innovative behavior necessary for the long-term survival of an organization in a business environment in which uncertainty and complexity are increasing. To this end, the relationship between issue leadership and innovative behavior of organizational members was investigated from the perspective of Signaling theory, Path-Goal theory and Job Demands-Resources theory. In addition, the mediating role of learning agility and sub-components of learning agility was empirically analyzed. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with a total of 252 team leaders and team members working in multinational companies (142 in Korea, 110 in the US). The results of this study are as follows. Issue leadership was analyzed to have a positive (+) effect on the innovative behavior of employees. Learning agility was found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. On the other hand, the mediating effect was tested for each of the sub-components of learning agility, such as feedback seeking, information seeking, reflecting, experimenting, agility. As a result, all five sub-components were found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. In particular, it was analyzed that the mediating effect of agility was the largest. Next, information seeking appeared to be large. Although there are some studies that have identified the mediating role of learning agility between issue leadership and innovative behavior, this study is considered to have academic implication as there are few cases of subdivided study. At the practical level, it is expected to provide implications for where to focus more when trying to improve an organization's learning agility and innovation behavior

As it spreads to all industries of artificial intelligence technology, AIaaS equipped with artificial intelligence services is emerging. In particular, non-IT companies are suffering from the absence of software experts, difficulties in training big data models, and difficulties in collecting and analyzing various types of data. AIaaS makes it easier and more economical for users to build a system by providing various IT resources necessary for artificial intelligence software development as well as functions necessary for artificial intelligence software in the form of a service. Therefore, the supply and demand for such cloud-based AIaaS services will increase rapidly. However, the quality of services provided by AIaaS becomes an important factor in what is required as the supply and demand for AIaaS increases. However, research on a comprehensive and practical quality evaluation metric to measure this is currently insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we develop and propose a usability, replacement, scalability, and publicity metric, which are the four metrics necessary for measuring reusability, based on implementation, convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, which are characteristics of AIaaS, for reusability evaluation among the service quality measurement factors of AIaaS. The proposed metrics can be used as a tool to predict how much services provided by AIaaS can be reused for potential users in the future.
The morphology and whole genome sequence of Hyphantria cunea nucleopolyhedrovirus W1 (HycuNPV-W1) isolated in Korea were analyzed for the use as an eco-friendly control agent against H. cunea. The HycuNPV-W1 had irregular tetrahedral polyhedra with a size of 1.5-2.2 ㎛ which is similar to that of previously reported HycuNPV isolated in Korea. As a result of whole viral genome analysis, HycuNPV-W1 was composed of 131,353 bp, which is 1,606 bp shorter than that of the previously reported HycuNPV. The G+C content was 45% and six of the homologous repeated regions were found, so there was no significant difference from the previous report. As a result of ORF analysis, HycuNPV-W1 contains total of 145 ORFs which is three ORFs less than the previous report, while two ORFs were exclusively found in HycuNPV-W1. The functions of these ORFs remains unclear and are not considered to have a significant influence on the characteristics of the HycuNPV. The genome vista analysis showed that the overall sequence identity between HycuNPV-W1 and the previously reported HycuNPV was very high. The whole genome of HycuNPV-W1 analyzed was found to be similar to those of the previously reported HycuNPV, however, it is supposed to be a novel resource in Korea with different isolate.
The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of job insecurity on the relationship between COVID-19 risk perception and mental health in hotel workers. For this study, a sample of 633 hotel workers completed the questionnaires: COVID-19 risk perception, job insecurity, depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms. The data was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS macro program. The main results can be summarized as follows. 1. The risk group of the job insecurity had a significantly higher level of mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms) compared with the normal group. 2. COVID-19 risk perception showed a significant effects on job insecurity and mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms). 3. The results showed a partial mediating effects of job insecurity on the relationship between COVID-19 risk perception and mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms). On the basis of the results, we discuss that hotel workers have the vulnerability of mental health in disaster situations such as COVID-19 pandemic, and that mental health risk increases due to the job insecurity caused by COVID-19. we propose the need to support human resource management measures and psychological programs for hotel workers.
