Research Trends in Transformational Leadership: Focusing on Domestic Journals Published in 2007-2016 (변혁적 리더십의 연구동향 분석: 최근 10년(2007-2016)간 국내 학술지 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trend of transformational leadership published in domestic journals in the last 10 years and to find some implications for future research. For this purpose, 337 research papers on transformational leadership from 2007 to 2016 were reviewed. This study used descriptive statistics by frequency and percentage and a network text analysis method. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the annual average number of papers published was 33. Second, 'human resource management research' was the most common topic. Third, most of the research subjects were business employees. Fourth, the research method trend analysis showed that the highest proportion was in the quantitative research. Fifth, 'transactional leadership' showed the highest frequency as a result of analyzing the keywords presented in the abstract of the paper. Sixth, as a result of analyzing the network texts, those having the trend of being analyzed with a close connections were 'transactional leadership', which had the highest connection to transformational leadership, showing the closest relationship with 'role satisfaction'.

  • Web is greatly contributing in providing a variety of information. Especially, as media for the purpose of development and education of human resources, the role of web is important. Furthermore, E-Learning through web plays an important role for each enterprise and an educational institution. Also, above all, fast and various searches are required in order to manage and search a great number of educational contents in web. Therefore, most of present information is composed in HTML, so there are lots of restrictions. As a solution to such restriction, XML a standard of Web document, and its various search functions is being extended and studied variously. Moreover, any technology, AJAX, and the old and new technology has two sides. The technology already exists, and it was not even considered before, because new technology is combined technologies. AJAX is a lot of Web 2.0 and Web technologies complement are combined. This paper proposes a search system able to search XML, AJAX in E-Learning or various contents of non-XML.

  • There are successful multinationals like McDonald's, and International hotel chain. The reason is efficiency managing diversity workforces. Therefore, purpose of this study suggests practical guidelines to handling global workforce for creative ideas, diversity for network, and pool for superiority workforces. 1. The company or university we provided by training program for cross-culture seminar, and education program for global culture & manner. 2 The employees express their perceptions and feelings in their own language, the discussions were videotaped, and used for decreasing misfactors such as misperceptions, misevaluations, and mistrust. 3. It builds up various program for understanding cultural difference like seminar, world business manner, and costume & food culture for each country. 4. Top manager should keep in mind that cross-culture has diversity and consistency at the same time.

두만강지역개발계획(RADP)에 관련된 동북아시아 지역 전력계통의 연계 및 안전성 강화방안

  • 북한은 전력부족난과 전기품질의 저하로 인하여 주요 생산기업에 지장을 주고 있으며, 노후 발전소의 성능저하도 함께 진행되고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 이에 대한 적절한 대책이 없는 한 그 상황은 더욱 악화될 전망이다. 한반도 에너지 개발기구(KEDO)가 추진하고 있는 경수로 원자력 발전기가 6~7년 후에 준공된다고 해도 이처럼 불안정한 전력계통에 병입되어 원활한 운전이 가능할런지 기대하기 곤란하다. 이러한 실정에서 \circled1 전력부족으로 주파수가 저하될 때 우선 순위가 낮은 부하를 제한하는 자동 부하제한 방식을 포함한 자동 주파수 제어 계통개선 \circled2 기존발전소 성능과 이용을 향상을 위한 재가동(Repowering) 등의 리 엔지니어링 \circled3 가스터빈 복합화력과 열병합발전(Co-generation) 등과 같이 건설기간이 짧고 비용이 적게 들며 송전 설비 건설도 불필요한 분산형 전원의 건설 \circled4 수력발전소와 조력발전소의 건설 \circled5 양수발전 등 전력에너지 저장설비의 개발 \circled6 송전전압격상과 배전방식개선 및 종합전력정보시스템 구축 \circled7 남ㆍ북한 전력계통 내지는 동북아시아 전력계통을 연계하는 평화망사업(Peace Network Project)등의 추진이 경수로 사업에 선행되어야 한다. 특히 러시아, 중국, 한국, 일본의 발전 에너지원 분포와 년간 부하곡선을 고려할 때 동북아시아 전력계통의 연계는 관련국 상호간에 에너지 환경과 경제적 측면에서 상당한 이득과 안정성을 강화해 줄 것이며, 기술발전과 평화공존에 크게 기여 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 관련국의 전력계통연계 전문가들이 참여하는 남\ulcorner북한전력 계통연계연합회(Co-Pia ; Co-rea Power Systems Interconnection Association)와 동북아지역전력 계통연합회(Near Pia=North-Eastern Asia Region Power Systems Interconnection Association)의 구성을 제안하는 바이다. 주요용어(Key Words): 자동주파수 제어(AFC), 리엔지니어링(Re-Engineering), 분산형 전원(Dispersed Generation System), 전력저장(Power Storage), 부하조절기(Load Conditioner), 수요관리(DSM) 연계(Interconnection), 인터시스템(Intersystem), 통합자원계획(IRP), 안전성 강화(Security Enhancement), 전력시장개방(Electricity Free Maket), 통일비용(Unification Expense, Unification Cost), 남ㆍ북한전력계통연계연합회(Co-Pia), 동북아지역전력 계통연계연합회(Nea,-Pia).

Structural Relationships of GRIT, Job Crafting and Organizational Effectiveness; Focusing on Medical Center Employees (구성원의 그릿(GRIT)과 잡 크래프팅, 조직효과성의 구조적 관계: 대학병원 종사자를 대상으로)

  • This study explored a structural model that predicted the influencing factors of GRIT and job crafting on the organizational effectiveness of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical center employees and verified the relationship between them. This study was conducted on 450 subjects, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and technical health service staff working at a university-affiliated hospital, from June 1, 2020 to June 15, 2020, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study showed that the higher the GRIT, the more active the job crafting(β=.751, p<.001), which appeared to have a positive effect on organizational commitment (β=.297, p=.005) and job satisfaction(β=.353, p<.001). Although the GRIT of medical center employees did not show a direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, indicators of organizational effectiveness and employees' job crafting thoroughly played an intermediary role in the relationship between GRIT and organizational effectiveness. These results are expected to be utilized as useful information in developing measures for human resources management of medical center employees.

  • In distributed-computing environments, there is a strong demand for the authentication and the access control of distributed-shared resources. I have presented role-based access control (RBAC) concept that is in the spotlight recently. RBAC model shows the standardized access control of complicated organization's resources. In RBAC, senior role has junior role's permission by virtue of role hierarchy. But, junior role cannot perform the permission, which is granted to the senior or other role groups. Inheritances of permissions in role hierarchies are static. In order to tackle this problem, I propose a dynamic role assignment, which classified into passive role assignment and active role assignment, and design dynamic role assignment protocol and implement role assignment server.

  • This paper analyzed leadership behavior and employee performance through empirical analysis method based on AMO theory. In this study, the ability of the leader (A), task motivation (M), and opportunity (O) were chosen as factors to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and job performance of the subordinate staff, and the self-efficiency (O) and intrinsic motivation (M) were selected at the individual level and team atmosphere (O) at the organizational level to build a research model. 507 valid data were obtained from the survey and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS23. Studies have shown that transformative leaders have a significant impact on employee performance. This study provides research results of empirical theory to understand the behavior of the leader in the performance of the employees and also suggests implications for the management of the company's human resources.

  • Each area of society has changed because of the development of information technology. Especially, the advent of NCW based on the technology of network has become a new paradigm for executing warfare. Effectiveness of NCW can be maximized by building the C4I system which is a core system of NCW. However, if we don't consider the influence in term of human dimension, we can't expect the effect of C4I system, since the key factor in C4I is human. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for evaluating Combat Power Effectiveness by considering the Influence of Human Factors that wasn't reflected in the past. Based on experimental validation our algorithm is more substantial than baseline algorithms. In addition, we proved that the Influence of Human Factors(e.g. collaboration) is the most important in battlefield. Therefore, proposed algorithm can be used for enhancing not only mission effectiveness in terms of military field but also work performance by effective Human Resource Management in terms of an enterprise.

  • To provide high-quality services, national public institutions and companies have provided information and materials over the internet network. However, a risk of malware infection between transmission and reception of data leads to exposure to various security threats. For this reason, national institutions have proceeded with projects for network separation since 2008, and data linkage has been made using network connection storage through network separation technologies, along with physical network separation. However, the network connection storage has caused waste of resources and problems with data management due to the presence of the same data in internal network storage and external network storage. In this regard, this study proposes a method to connect internal and external network data using NAS storage as a way to overcome the limitations of physical network separation, and attempts to verify the priority of items for the optimization of network separation by means of AHP techniques.

  • With rapid development of Internet technology, business management in an organization or an enterprise depends on Internet-based technology for the most part. Furthermore, as dependency and cohesiveness of network in the communication facilities are increasing, cyber attacks have been increased against vulnerable resource in the information system. Hence, to protect private information and computer resource, research for damage propagation is required in this situation. However the proposed traditional models present just mechanism for risk management, or are able to be applied to the specified threats such as virus or worm. Therefore, we propose the probabilistic model of damage propagation based on the Markov process, which can be applied to diverse threats in the information systems. Using the proposed model in this paper, we can predict the occurrence probability and occurrence frequency for each threats in the entire system.
