창업기업의 전략적 제휴와 성과간의 관계에 미치는 혁신 역량강화 투자활동의 영향

  • 창업기업의 성과는 창업가 개인의 역량 뿐 만 아니라 네트워크 등 기업가 정신이 발현되는 모든 영역의 요소들이 작용한다. 재무적 자원에서부터 기업의 기능별 역량과 자원에 이르기까지 충분하지 않은 창업기업들은 전략적으로 기업이나 대학과 같은 외부 주체들과의 제휴를 추진하여 성과향상을 의도할 수 있다. 전략적 제휴와 기업 성과 간의 관계는 전략경영분야에서 오랫동안 다루어져 온 연구 주제였다. 다만, 창업기업이라는 한정된 역량과 자원 상황에서 창업 기업이 실제로 이러한 전략적 제휴를 통해 재무성과를 향상시키는지에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 창업기업의 전략적 제휴가 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 그러한 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 혁신역량 강화활동으로서 R&D투자와 교육훈련 투자의 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 창업기업이 보유한 인적 여유자원(slack resource)의 역할도 함께 규명하여 창업기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련한 행동적 특성을 논의하고자 한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기업이 전략적 제휴를 통해 보다 나은 성과향상을 위한 투자로서 다양한 혁신역량 강화활동 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.

A Study on the Effects of IPP Work-Learning Worker's Competency and Characteristics of Training Program on Training Performance of Learning Workers -Focusing on Social Support of Corporate Members- (IPP 일학습근로자의 역량과 훈련프로그램의 특성이 학습근로자의 훈련성과에 미치는 영향 연구 -기업내 구성원의 사회적 지원을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for improving training performance by studying how the capacity of IPP workers and the characteristics of training programs affect the training performance through social support of employees. The study was conducted by distributing the online questionnaire to 270 IPP learning worker(of 9 university). As a result, it was found that the characteristics of the learning worker and the characteristics of training programs were positively related to the social support of the employees, and their social support was positively related to the training performance. The results of this study can contribute to the training performance when used as reference materials for selection of trainees and participating companies and development and operation of training courses. However, the limitation of this study is that the objectivity of the result is rather low by deriving the response centered on the recognition of the learning workers. In future studies, it is necessary to increase the objectivity of the results through three-dimensional cross-checks with training participants.

A Study on the Effect of the Contents and Organization Characteristics on Learning Transfer and Organizational Effectiveness: A Comparison of On/Off Education on Franchise Enterprises (교육콘텐츠 특성과 기업 조직특성이 교육전이 및 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 프랜차이즈기업 대상의 온-오프라인 교육 훈련에 따른 비교)

  • Education for an organization is implemented to improve the organizational and each individual's performance. However, the actual results are not as expected. Accordingly, this study is committed to investigate the education related factors that have impact on the organizational performance, which is defined by the trainee's organizational commitment and work performance. Based on the acquired knowledge, we suggest things to consider when designing corporate training for performance creation. First, it is investigated whether the task value and job relevance(educational content characteristics) and the degree of support for education within the company(organizational characteristics) affect learning-transfer of trainees. After that, the causal relationship from the learning-transfer to organizational commitment and work performance(organizational effectiveness) is analyzed. In this overall process, the effect of on-/off-line education is analyzed and compared. As a result, it is found that the task value, the job relevance, and organizational compensation have a significant impact on the learning-transfer, and the learning-transfer has impact on organization commitment and work performance. In addition, the moderating effect of the on-/off- education is identified. This study is conducted only with franchise enterprises and as a future study, a more general sampling is required to extend this work.

A Study on the Reasons for Participation in the Training of the Work-Learning Parallel Program (중소기업 일·학습병행제의 훈련 참여 이유에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, parallel work-learning training, which was started in 2013 as a pre-employment promotion policy, is an important factor that determines the success or failure of training. As a time when various institutional supplementation is needed to encourage company participation, this study is to identify the factors of participation of companies participating in work-learning parallel. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted of companies participating in parallel work-learning in Chungnam, and the results were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, the reason for the company's participation in parallel work-learning was firstly, 84% of government subsidy received education and training expenses. Second, 66% of workers were able to pay less than regular workers, and thirdly, it was easy to hire new employees in the field. 26%, 17% of them were invited by acquaintances for no particular reason. Therefore, the study suggests that participation in the work-learning parallel training contributes to the management costs, management of employee turnover, and human resource development. In future research, it is necessary to subdivide tests and estimates by conducting studies on regions, occupations, gender, wages, and years of service in Korea.

  • Chinese state-owned companies play an important role in national economy. Since training ensure gaining capabilities of human resources, the companies emphasize the importance of training human resources, also invest a lot of resources on training. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of training on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of self-efficacy. A total of 299 questionnaires is collected from Chinese state-owned companies to collect data and for hypothesis testing. The results show that training has a positive influence on internal and external job satisfaction. It is also found that a mediating effect of self-efficacy between training and job satisfaction.

  • There are few studies on the human resource development and management of container terminal in Korea. In this situation, we try to analyze the training and education of Busan port container terminals. This study took a close look at present condition of training and education of container terminals in Busan and compared it with foreign advanced port. And conducted a questionnaire survey on the actural condition and system of it. Based on the survey result, we examine the problems and suggest an alternative plan to improve the training and edcation of Busna Port container terminals.

  • This study empirically verified whether or not employee education and information technology have impact on the enhancement of financial performance to Korean construction companies. As a result, the increasing of education & IT expenses turned out to be affected the improvement of sales performance. The influences of these increased expenses are effective at the only year just after expenditure. The positive effect of education & IT expenses increasing have an effect on operating profitability as well such as increasing of operating income. Additionally, the effect of education expenses are more positive in general construction & building construction than other subdivision of construction industry. The positive effect of IT expenses increasing in specialty construction industry overwhelm the other subdivisions. The results suggest that increased investment to the education & IT systems of Korean construction companies can lead improvement of sales and operating income.

  • In this study, with the data of Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) we find that the explaining power of the new hiring rate of experienced regular workers is very strong and statistically significant as a main causal factor to the decreasing trend of investment on education and training for workers in corporates, which means a sign of weakening of the internal labor market. Possibility of wage penalty from switching jobs has been weakened considerably too. The effective alternative policy measures to the weakening or laxity of the internal labor markets and whereby followed reduction in investment on education and training for workers in corporates are construction of social system outside of individual corporates to upbring field-tailored manpower of high quality for young generations and small and medium sized enterprises.

The Influence of Family Firms Succession Factors on Entrepreneurship and Business Performance (가족기업 승계요인이 기업가정신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • A successful succession of family businesses is a very important issue that greatly affects the sustainability of the business. Among the factors affecting successful succession, the successors of the family business were identified on the entrepreneurship held by small business owners and on the management performance of the business. This study was analyzed empirically by the managers who currently run the actual business through completion of or process of succession. Successive factors were established as a place for education and succession of heirs, and entrepreneurship was divided into innovativeness, risk-taking and pro-activeness, and management performance was divided into financial and non-financial achievements. The analysis shows that the education and training of successors among succession factors have significant implications for both managerial performance and entrepreneurship, and that the success of successors has no significant impact on non-financial performance, innovativeness and pro-activeness. In addition, while the risk-taking nature of entrepreneurship was concerned with the performance of management, innovativeness and pro-activeness were not all significant. According to this study, the education and training of successors and the determination of successors in succession family businesses have a significant impact on management performance and entrepreneurship.

Promoting of Social Enterprise and Training System for Social Enterpriser (사회적 기업의 육성과 사회적 기업가 양성 체계)

  • The aim of this article is suggesting the training system of social enterpriser through the discussion about the promoting of social enterprise to meet the demands of the times. The part of discussion about the promoting of social enterprise addresses the social background, a fundamental concept, directivity, the present condition of social enterprise and the current social enterpriser's training program. The part of proposal about the training system of social enterpriser gives two areas that support social enterprise's establishment and conversion with supply a basic knowledge of social enterprise and deal with expert knowledge and management strategy making preparations as a social enterpriser. These suggestions introduced in the training system should go ahead in phases through the government aids.
