Regression tree is a tree-structured solution in which a simple regression model is fitted to the data in each node made by recursive partitioning of predictor space. There have been many efforts to apply tree algorithms to various regression problems like logistic regression and quantile regression. Recently, algorithms have been expanded to the panel data analysis such as RE-EM algorithm by Sela and Simonoff (2012), and extension of GUIDE by Loh and Zheng (2013). The algorithms are briefly introduced and prediction accuracy of three methods are compared in this paper. In general, RE-EM shows good prediction accuracy with least MSE's in the simulation study. A RE-EM tree fitted to business survey index (BSI) panel data shows that sales BSI is the main factor which affects business entrepreneurs' economic sentiment. The economic sentiment BSI of non-manufacturing industries is higher than that of manufacturing ones among the relatively high sales group.

The study provides the direction for constructing and operating ELN(Electronic Laboratory Notebook) system for systematic record, management and reliability security of the document. Firstly, Present the standard of the system environment for writing and management of ELN. Secondly, Establish guidelines for systematic maintenance and operation of ELN system. Thirdly, Draw up guidelines of inspection whether ELN system is managed in according with the standards and procedures. Therefore, it is expected that these guidelines contribute to vitalize ELN and set foundation of application for researching and developing information in the medium and long term.

According to e-business has been used commonly, many companies do e-business deal for B2B, B2C, etc based on internet. To support web-based e-business, companies must construct the homepage and shopping-mall that is able to advertise a publicity work about their companies to customer. In this paper, we classified the components used in the homepage and shopping-mall development about e-business and designed a management system for supporting environment that is searched, updated, edited, etc. For an application example, we analyzed a purchasing process of products by domain analysis and abstracted the components needed. Because this component management system manages components efficiently, it will come in pretty handy in web-based system development.

With the rising reliance on market estimation through customer analysis in customer-centered marketing, there is a rapid increase in the amount of personal data owned by corporations. There has been a corresponding rise in the customers' interest in personal information protection, and the problem of personal information leakage has risen as a serious issue. The purpose of this research is to develop a diagnosis model for personal information protection that is suited to our country's corporate environment, and on this basis, to present diagnostic instruments that can be applied to domestic corporations. This diagnosis model is a structural equation model that schematizes the degree of synthetic effect that administration factors and estimation items have on the protection of personal information owned by corporations. We develop the model- consisting of the administration factors for personal information protection and the measurement items of each factor- using the development method of standardized structural equation model. We then present a tool through which the administration factors and estimation items verified through this model can be used in the diagnosis for personal information protection in corporations. This diagnostic tool can be utilized as a useful instrument to prevent in advance the leakage of personal information in corporations.

Until now, there is a tendency of most textile research focused on the certain specific area of textiles in profound. This paper based on the case study of inspection of manufacturing men's formal wear has been investigated in the relationship between defection of men's formal wear and mechanical properties of textile for fall and winter. As a results of implementing Pearson's Correlation, density, blend rate, bending property, the rate of silk blend, the formality of sewing are correlated with defection of men's formal wear. However, it is required the defection of classification standard in various types of the finished product in a further study. In addition to increase efficiency of production in the manufacture, it is necessary for scholars to investigate the direction of research according to the contingency approach based on the systems approach.

Recently, energy saving in building sector is of great important to meet national $CO_2$ reduction goals in Korea. In this sense, it is crucial to improve the energy performance for existing building. The energy efficiency investments, ESCO business, can be beneficial to expand the chance of energy retrofit for existing building. However, ESCO business hardly expand in Korea because it has many limitations in guarantee for energy saving. Also, it is more difficult to apply the energy retrofit measures in existing building than new building. Therefore, the retrofitting methods for existing small-and medium-sized buildings should be improved to initiate ESCO business and expand it in Korea. In this study, the energy retrofit methods for small sized office building were suggested and the case study for a small sized office building located in Suwon was accomplished.

The Android operating system currently has a proven method of Unity optimization. However, the Tizen operating system does not know how effective the existing Unity optimization method can be applied to the Tizen operating system and how effective it is. In this paper, we analyze the efficiency of applying Unity optimizing techniques of Android operating system to Tizen operating system. To get this purpose, this study investigates whether the existing Unity optimization method can be applied to Tizen operating system and evaluates the efficiency of the method through Unity Profiler. This research will allow us to further evaluate the Unity optimizations for the existing Android operating system in the future.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs' cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs' cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect.

오늘날의 정보시스템 구축 방향은 대형 컴퓨터를 중심으로 수많은 단말기를 연결한 수직형네트워크 시스템에서 다운사이징과 네트워크 기술이 결합하여 분산적으로 자료를 처리하는 클라이언트/서버 시스템 구축으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 모든 단말기를 통제하는 대형 컴퓨터를 운영하는 전산망에서 클라이언트/서버 전산망으로 전환하는 하나의 사례연구를 통하여 구축환경변화, 시스템구성, 경영환경변화를 분석함으로써 클라이언트/서버 시스템의 성공적인 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 클라이언트/서버 시스템으로 변환하기전에 재개발할 시스템의 목표와 방향을 설정하기 위해서 벤치마킹을 실시하였고, 이의 결과를 바탕으로 경영업무의 프로세스를 재설계 하였다. 그리고 기업의 내부와 외부자료에 관한 표준화를 실시하였다. 정보기술 투자의 경제성과 경쟁우위 확보를 위하여 클라이언트/서버 시스템을 구현하게 되었으며 판매물류, 생산물류, 그리고 재무회계에 관한 경영지원시스템으로 구성되는 종합물류시스템 이외에 영업소에 관련된 영업정보시스템과 자동창고시스템이 컴퓨터 네트워크와 관련해서 시스템을 구성하였다. 구성 전략 촛점은 리엔지니어링, 다운사이징, 그리고 벤치마킹이었다. 시스템을 재개발한 후 업무의 계획, 진행, 분석, 감리등에 관한 체계적 업무흐름이 정착될 정도로 변화하였으며, 통신방식의 확대 및 다양화로 의사소통의 원활화와 타 관련업무와 연계처리, 그리고 부서들 상호간에 정보를 공유할 수 있었다. 또한 정보기술에 의한 업무처리를 기본으로 하는 기능적 태도로 인하여 관리자와 실무자의 업무운영에 관한 사고와 의식이 변화하였다. 따라서 매출액의 증가와 종업원수가 감소되었다.

In this research, we developed a Multi-Agent based Negotiation Support System to be able to increase the competitive power of a company in dynamic environment and correspond to various orders of customers by diffusion of electronic commerce. The system uses the agent technology that is being embossed as new paradigm in dynamic environment and flexible system framework. The multi-agent technology is used to solve these problems through cooperation of agent. The system consists of six sub agents: Mediator, manufacturability Analysis Agent, Process Planning Agent, Scheduling Agent, Selection Agent, Negotiation-strategy Building Agent. In this paper, the proposed Multi-Agent based Negotiation Support System takes aim at the automation of transaction process from ordering to manufacturing plan through the automation of negotiation that is the most important in order-taking transaction.
