  • 현대의 기업에서는 다양한 인적 자원과 비즈니스 솔루션을 이용하여 효율적인 기업 활동을 수행하기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 현장에서 벌어지는 인적 자원의 능률에 대해 효율적으로 관리하고 상황에 맞게 업무를 배정하는 일은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)를 이용하여 현장 인력에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이 정보를 바탕으로 업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제시한다. 전체적인 시스템의 구조와 데이터 모델을 구성하고 실시간 업무 분배규칙을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현장 작업의 효율성과 작업 배분의 공정성이 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

Factors Affecting the Performance of National Human Resource Development Projects: Focusing Energy HRD Projects (국가 인력양성사업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석: 에너지인력양성사업을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of national R&D projects and to find out measures to improve the performance indicators, focusing on energy HRD projects. The main analysis target is 86 energy manpower projects supported since 2010. The performance indicators of the energy HRD projects are related to the research capacity, the number of emission workers, industry-university linkage, job creation and so on, and analyzed by using the 11 indicators of human resource performance index called KPI index. As a result of analyzing the attainment level of the proposed target by task, the index with the highest achievement level is the corporation linkage rate, and the index with the lowest achievement level is the participating company employment. As a result of examining the effects of job creation in company - linked activities, it was found that the greater the number of participating companies in the business, the greater the employment creation effect of the number of internships. As a result of the above analysis, the following policy alternatives are proposed. First, it is necessary to consider adding indicators that can express the quality performance of the business and performance indicators that can express actual business linkages. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the management of differentiated performance indicators according to policy performance targets and major target groups. Third, it is necessary to improve information input and accumulation system along with improvement of performance index.

The Relationship between R&D Policies' Importance Perception and Business Performance (연구개발 정책의 중요도 평가와 기업의 경영성과와의 관계)

  • Considering that firms' view on R&D activities may differ depending on the economic situation, in this paper, R&D policies that significantly affect the business performance are identified. The analysis is conducted by dividing the analysis time-frame into before and after the economic recession. In addition, we analyze by considering the type of industry, the proportion of R&D investment, and the type of government support policy that the companies participate in. According to the results of the empirical analysis, the provision of global market and technology information is recognized to give a significant impact on business performance for both before and after the economic recession. It is shown that recognizing the importance of 'supporting self-technology development', 'enhancing technical cooperation with foreign countries', and 'enhancing the contract and intellectual property protection system' that had significant effects before the recession did not significantly affect the business performance after the recession. The analysis results could give meaningful implications to the government for deciding which R&D activities should be supported.

창업가의 주관적 경력성공이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구에서는 창업가의 역량을 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신으로 설정하여 창업기업의 성과와의 영향관계에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히, 최근 늘어나는 실업율과 정부의 창업지원 정책의 핵심대상군인 청년들을 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 일반적으로 청년창업이 어려운 이유 중 하나는 시장이나 사업에 대한 경험이 상대적으로 부족한 청년들이 실무적인 지원 및 실패에 대한 안전장치 없이 창업을 시작한다는데 있다. 하지만 창업교육을 통해 간접경험을 높이고 청년들이 가지고 있는 장점인 새로운 시각과 유연한 사고방식을 충분히 활용한다면, 실패에 대한 확률을 줄이고 혁신기업을 만들 수 있는 가능성은 더 높을 수 있다 하겠다. 최근 몇 년간 정부는 대학생을 포함한 청년층에게 창업 초기자금을 지원하여 청년창업의 활성화에 많은 노력을 해왔지만, 이러한 지원들은 대부분 창업을 시작하는 초기단계에 집중이 되어있다. 창업은 그 성공률이 3~4% 남짓으로 쉽지 않은 일이지만, 그래도 이러한 초기단계의 지원들은 청년들이 창업시장에 많은 참여를 할 수 있는 동인이 되고 있다. 또한, 청년들이 시장에서 자신의 아이디어를 실험하고 사업화하며 혁신을 이루어가는 창업의 과정은 훗날 그들에게 훌륭한 경험과 경력이 될 것이다. 경험을 통한 자신의 경력에 대한 주관적인 평가는 개인의 삶과 업무에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치게 되기 때문에, 청년들의 이러한 경험들은 우리사회에 지속으로 긍정적인 가능성을 만들어 줄 것이다. 본 연구는 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하기 위한 분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 창업기업들이 성장을 위해서 개인이 가지고 있는 경력과 경험에 대한 활용을 높여야 하는 근거를 도출하였다. 이러한 근거 도출을 위해 창업가의 경력에 대한 중요성과 업무능력과의 관계에서 영향을 주는 요인을 가설로 설정하였고 이에 대한 검증을 통하여 주관적 경력에 대한 중요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주 목적은 첫째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인에 대하여 실증 분석하여 학문적 체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 요인을 통계적 방법을 통해 찾아내어 창업지원정책의 평가시스템 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.

A Study on the Influence of Smart Factory Key Factors on Management Performance through Internal Environmental Factors in Small and Medium Businesses (중소기업에서 내부 환경요인을 통한 Smart Factory 핵심요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of the key factors of Smart Factory on management performance through internal environmental factors in small and medium enterprises'. The purpose of the research is to verify that the implementation of a Smart Factory affects the performance of management and contribute to the continued development of the company, and to suggest the national policy of expanding the deployment of a Smart Factory. The procedures were surveyed by working-level officials of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with a Smart Factory and statistically analyzed with the SPSS and SMART PLS. The results of the study showed that first, the environmental factors within the company had a positive effect on the key components of the Smart Factory. Second, the key factor in Smart Factory has had a positive impact on management performance. The above evidence shows that the key factors in smart factory considering the environmental factors of an enterprise affect its management performance, thus laying the theoretical foundation for the performance of smart factory construction. In the future, we will study how to build a Smart Factory.

  • This study is intended to look into the structural relationship between SCM activity, process innovation and quality performance in small and medium sized enterprisers(SMEs). To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 354 SCM operating officers and managers who perform the SCM activities in small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The results are summarized as follows. Overall, the SCM activity and process innovation had a significant effect on the quality performance, having a structural relationship with the quality performance in SEMs. This implies that the strategic alliance of the SCM activities and competence concentration based on technology development in SEMs can organize the unity through organizational members' information sharing. In other words, when the information integration supports the compatibility and reliability of shared information system by raising technological competence through this, the process innovation can lead to non-financial cost reduction, product quality, delivery compliance and inventory cost reduction as quality performance of the structured process, management and distribution.

  • The importance of software has been growing rapidly owing to the development of various Internet and e-business applications. The traditional approaches to software evaluation are based on the development process perspective, and their major concerns are no strongly related to use or customer-oriented evaluation of software. According to resource-based theory, company's resource is consisted of human, technology, market value, and finance. Customer satisfaction improved by product satisfaction and service satisfaction. Based on the previous studies the factors of human resources, technology, customer satisfaction are selected to evaluate software company's competence This research suggests the factor effecting on sales performance. And then statistical methods are used for verifying relationship between the factor and sales performance.

  • This study started with many experiences about maturity evaluation and efficiency improvement of Project Management information system, and need for IT systems for performing of strategy. The objective of this study is 1)to evaluate processes and IT systems based on CSF in strategy perform phase, 2)to propose method of sustainable evaluation and improvement, and 3)with KPI and CSF, to evaluate and improve PMIS. Moreover, we suggested IT architecture framework for basement of improving process and resources.

  • The ultimate goal of hotel corporations is to maintain their existence by securing competitive advantages over their competitors. In order to secure competitive advantages, they need to shed off the conventional paradigm of company management, which increasingly grows weaker as the industrial society turns into a knowledge-based one, and make effective use of knowledge, which is the core source of their wealth and competitiveness, in their management. Thus this study set out to identify knowledge management strategy to result in great management performance to hotel corporations. It also aimed to suggest specific action plans for them to do knowledge management efficiently based on the results. The causal relations between the knowledge management strategy and management performance were examined to figure out the former's influences on the latter. As a result, Two types of knowledge management strategy seemed to have positive(+) impacts on competitive advantages, but negative(-) impacts on financial performance.

  • According to the globalized trend in the market, corporations of complex business environment have introduced variety of ISO standard in management field to accept all of client demands. However, in most cases, each special management systems have been forced and operated by way of independent form because of surface reason such as international standard or matter of internal concern. Because of this reason, some organization cannot utilize not only corporation and function task but also valuable system data. As a result, these inefficiency cause contradiction of stake, and come into obstacle in competitive situation. Thus, corporates consider plan that they more efficiently by linking different management systems. This is reason why need integration management system. To achieve desired goals by uniting two or more management systems, corporations should understand purpose, form and level. Ultimate purpose of this study is pushing to systematic cooperation by recognizing positive effect of combination, understanding progress step and apprehend problems.
