Recently implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with packaged business software is growing rapidly. The purpose of this article is to provide further insights into the business process change and change management in implementation process of ERP systems. This paper examine an survey of some 146 firms' adoption and implementation of packaged ERP software. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach of business process change and change management of the implementation process. This research highlights the importance of change management for implementing ERP. In addition, we empirically reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective business process change and change management during the ERP implementation.

급변하는 환경속에서 중소기업이 살아남기 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 정보기술이다. 특히 최근에 와서 인터넷의중요성과 활용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 인터넷에 관한 실태분석을 통하여 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전국의 중소기업 126개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고, 회수된 82부중 64부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업에서는 인터넷에 대한 필요성은 강하게 느끼고 있지만, 인지도는 그리 높지 않았고, 사용시간도 낮은 수준이었으며, 주로 활용하고 있는 업무는 마케팅 업무였고, 활용되는 분야는 검색과 전자우편이 주를 이루었다. 인터넷의 활용으로 달성할 수 있는 성과로는 중소기업의 신속한 기술정보 제공으로 나타났다. 실태분석을 통하여 중소기업이 취할 수 있는 활용방안은 의사소통의 원활화, 업무자동화, 경영전략 단계 등임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 중소기업이 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 정도는 미약하지만, 강한 필요성을 느끼고 있고 정부차원의 지원을 통해 인터넷은 중소기업의 필수 불가결한 정보기술, 나아가서는 경쟁무기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper is the empirical study results on the introduction effects of safety management system(SMS) for the shipping company. First of all, we take a brief look at the present Korean situations after the SMS induction Next, we analyse the effect of the SMS induction. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

The purpose of this study is to establish the Balanced Score Card for 'I Company' which is a small and medium sized manufacturing company in Busan City. It is suitable for SMEs and suitable for the management environment. The study was intended to contain the detailed needs of managers and employees when developing the performance measurement system. It also allowed other SMEs to benchmark through this study. We also proposed a solution to the problems after BSC construction. In addition, BSC has been developed for the purpose of shifting business strategy from RDS to SSS in accordance with changes in the demand market environment. Strategy Maps were divided into the whole company level and each team level. You can look at strategic goals, core success factors, and key performance indicators at each glance. Finally, we developed a smart performance evaluation system that can easily calculate the score, strategic goal, key success factor, weight of key performance indicators, target score, performance, and achievement rate by creating a smart chart. Many pharmaceutical companies operate the SFA system to support salespeople. The SFA system is used for various behaviors of salespeople. However, there is a lack of empirical analysis on the performance of SFA in Korea. The purpose of this study is to investigate the utilization of SFA system and the non - financial performance of SFA system. The subjects of the survey were 347 pharmaceutical community members who consisted of pharmaceutical salespeople and surveyed online for 18 days from March 13, 2018 to April 30, 2018. and the effective response rate was 23.1% (80/347). The analysis shows that the higher the level of SFA system utilization, the higher the non - financial performance. By type of company, the utilization level of multinational companies was higher than that of domestic companies. Among the SFA utilization level items, 1.47 points (3.65, 2.18) were higher than the domestic companies in terms of the support service items. Among the SFA performance items, foreign companies were 1.47 points (3.16, 1.69) Respectively. This suggests that the SFA development and operation method of the domestic company focuses on the management service rather than the support service for the salesperson and the customer satisfaction. Through this study, it is considered that domestic companies should strengthen sales person support and customer satisfaction information providing function when operating SFA system.

From the mid 1990's, the scale of IS had been growing, which resulted in increasing number of failure projects. As a result, the measurement of IS performance was a growing concern. Moreover, the need for research on the relation between IT investment and performance that isfd the concern of CEOs has been raised. In this study, the correlation between the IS functionality and investment was discovered based on the IS success model suggested by DeLone & McLean(1992), a business information system evaluation model by Lee Kuk Hie(1992), a balanced score card by Kaplan & Norton(1992). As a result of the LISREL analysis, the investment in the IS has a positive impact on the quality of both information systems and information. In turn, the quality of both information systems and information have a positive impact on the end-user satisfaction, the end-user satisfaction on the financial performance, customer satisfaction, and internal business processes. The effectiveness of informatization can vary depending on the level of operation of the information system as well as investment and installation. This study investigates and analyzes the information system operating environment and quality level of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea, and investigates how it affects the performance indicators of companies. The influence of the environmental factors operating the information system on the productivity performance and financial performance through the quality level of the information system was analyzed through the structural model. As a result of the analysis, it can be said that the higher the level of information system operating environment factors, the higher the quality level, the higher the quality level, the higher the productivity performance, and the higher the productivity performance, the higher the financial performance. It is judged that the effect of informatization depends on the operating environment and quality level after the installation of the information system.

본 연구에서는 ISM Code 의 국내도입에 따른 성과를 실증 분석하였다. 안전관리체제 도입 성과를 21 개 항목으로 조사한 결과, 5점 만점에 3.5점으로 전반적으로 도입성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 내항 해운기업보다는 외항 해운기업이, 98년 이후 가동기업 보다는 그 이전 기업이, 중소기업보다는 대기업에서 ISM 시스템이 정착되고 도입 성과도 높은 것으로 분석됐다. 본 연구는 국내 도입이 본격적으로 진행된 지난 1995년 이후 10여년 경과 시점에 연구가 진행되어 매우 시의적절하다고 할 수 있겠다.
