Construction companies have been required high technique and integration of management. Because they not only have got high competition, variation of customer's demands, social and economical changes but also more complex and specialization. Construction companies require performance measurement to exclude inefficiency and be aware of their business performance level, but domestic construction industry does not have adequate performance measurement system like as manufacture industry or business administration. So this paper evaluate of performance measure system alternatives for construction companies.

기업이 비용절감과 경쟁우위 등을 목적으로 정보시스템에 대한 투자를 확대함에 따라 정보시스템 성과는 경영자뿐만 아니라 연구자에게도 중요한 관심사항이다. 기존 연구는 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 정보시스템의 자원이나, 능력, 품질 등 개별적인 관점에서 접근하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 자원과 조직자원이 정보시스템 능력에 영향을 미치고, 정보시스템 능력이 높아지면 정보시스템 품질과 업무프로세스 성과가 향상되어 기업성과도 높아질 것이라는 통합 연구모형을 제시하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다.

본 연구는 조직내 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정과정과 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하고자 한다. 기존 연구들에 의하면, 기업의 정보시스템은 의사결정과정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있는 것으로 논의되어 왔다. 하지만 정보시스템이 여러 형태의 의사결정 과정에 구체적으로 어떤 역할을 하며 기업성과에 또한 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관해서는 명확한 결론을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정의 질(quality)을 높여주고 그 결과 재무적 성과를 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있음을 보여주고자 한다. 또한 환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정의 질과 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향은 더욱 커질 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 섬유, 기계, 자동차부품, 전기 전자 산업으로부터 129개의 표본을 확보했다. 그리고 분석결과 정보처리, 상호협력, 진취성과 같은 의사결정 과정과 정보시스템의 상호작용이 총자산이익률(ROA)에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 세 가지 형태의 의사결정과정과 정보시스템의 상호작용이 기업의 재무적 성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 사실도 관찰되었다.

현대 기업에서 정보시스템은 기업활동의 필수적이고 기본적인 요소로 인식되고 있으며 그 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 정보시스템은 기업의 각 요소를 유기적으로 연결하여 기업의 목적이나 목표를 달성하기 위해 사용 되고 있다. 정보시스템의 도입이 이런 목표나 목적을 달성하고 있는지 살펴보기 위해 정보시스템의 품질과 조직 성과에 관한 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 조직행동론 분야에서 '조직내 갈등'이 조직성과에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 조직내 갈등은 '과업적 갈등'과'감정적 갈등'으로 나눌 수 있으며, 이들은 매개변수나 조절변수로서 조직 성과에 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 정보시스템의 품질과 조직의 성과에 관계에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어진 반면 이들 관계에 있어 갈등의 역할에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 정보시스템의 품질과 조직원 성과관계에서 갈등의 역할에 초점을 맞춰 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 근로자 300인 이상인 기업에 근무하는 사무직 근로자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, PLS(Partial Least Square) 방법을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다.

This paper investigates the moderating effect of firm size on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit and performance, and suggests logistics strategies that would help to achieve goals. Based on our empirical research results, the findings of this paper can be summarized as follows: First, firms with higher levels of harmony between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit featured significantly better logistics performance than firms with lower levels of fit. Second, logistical performance can be maximized based on the firm size and the harmonization between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems. The results of this study will assist firms align and focus on improving competitive strategies for logistics systems.

서비스 인카운터의 제고는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과에 매우 중요하다. 서비스 인카운터는 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성에 의해 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성정도는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과를 높이는데 있어 핵심성공요인이 된다. 본 논문은 금융산업을 대상으로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략, 서비스전달시스템 결정요인, 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합성 여부가 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템 결정요인간의 적합도가 높을수록, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합도가 높을수록 마케팅성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

This study set up a hypothesis that the main variables (business environment, business strategy, business policy, logistics information system) of logistics information system utilization under ubiquitous environment would contribute to business performance, and then verified the relation between each variables that have an effect on business performance. The analysis results between each main variable can be summarized as follows. First, among main variables under ubiquitous environment, business environment closely made influence on business performance. Second, business environment, business strategy, and business policy were meaningful among other variables, whereas logistics information system was not meaningful. But, it is known that corporate performance is only meaningful to business environment and business policy. In conclusion, business performance is not achieved by each variable of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system. It is recognized that business performance is influenced by business environment that combines a given condition of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system.

지난 몇 년간 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 기업 환경에는 많은 변화가 있었다. 그 중 하나가 전자적인 형태로 접근할 수 있는 정보 양의 급증이라 할 수 있다. (Martin White, 2000 : 신학철, 2001) E-business 환경에서 이처럼 정보의 양이 급증함에 따라 정보의 효율적인 활용은 기업의 주요 경쟁원천이 되고 있다. 정보의 중요성을 깨달은 기업들은 운영효율성 증가를 위해 백오피스시스템과 프론트오피스시스템 등에 많은 투자를 했다. (안승용, 2001) 하지만 새로운 정보시스템 도입 시 레거시시스템과의 통합을 고려하지 않아 업무효율성 향상을 위한 정보기술이 역으로 업무수행을 저해하는 결과를 초래했다. (Jaydip, 2002) 예컨대 기업의 각 시스템간에 정보의 일관성이 결여되어 있고, 필요한 정보 역시 기업내 여러 시스템에 산재되어 있어 정보의 이용 면에서 효율성이 떨어지는 문제에 직면하게 된 것이다 따라서 기업은 각 시스템에 산재해 있는 정보사용의 효율성을 놀이기 위해 기업 내 다양한 정보시스템간 통합의 필요성을 인식함에 따라 이전까지 분산 환경이던 IT환경이 점차 기업정보포탈(Enterprise Information Portal: EIP)같은 통합 환경으로 바뀌게 되었다. (KRG Report, 2002) EIP는 현재와 E-business를 준비하는 기업에 중요한 관심사항으로 떠오르고 있으며 현재 IBM, MS 같은 글로벌 기업 뿐 아니라 다수의 국내 업체들도 통합 솔루션 시장 진출해 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EIP의 개념을 살펴보고 기존의 정보시스템과 EIP 관련 연구를 기반으로 새롭게 부상하고 있는 EIP의 성과를 시스템 품질과 정보품질로 측정하여 이들 요인이 EIP사용자의 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하였다. 본 논문은 EIP를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 EIP성과에 대한 연구를 진행하여 EIP를 도입하거나 구현중인 기업에게 적합한 경영관리적 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to whether management strategy types are archived improving the business performance and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the business performance. Another objective is to identify whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the business performance. The results of this study indicate that diversity performance measures(strategy types) are effect partially presented on the firm's performances. And, firms which have the higher using diversity performance measures(strategy types) are achieve the higher firm's performances than lower using firm's(strategy types). And, the interaction of Management strategy types and diversity performance measures are effect partially presented on the firm's performances.

본 연구에서는 기업의 성과측정시스템을 평가하고 성과측정관행의 성숙도를 진단하는 방법을 제시하고 이를 토대로 우리나라 서비스 기업 두 곳을 선정하여 적용 연구를 수행하였다. 구체적으로 K병원과 A항공사의 경영층과의 면담을 통하여 각 기업에 적합한 성과측정시스템의 틀(framework)을 균형성과표(balanced scorecard)를 기초로 구현하고 다양한 성과차원의 주요성과지표들(KPIs: key performance indicators)을 기업이 추구하는 전략과 부합할 수 있도록 인과관계로 연계하였다. 그리고 구성원들을 대상으로 실시한 구조화된 설문조사를 통하여 각 사례기업의 성과측정시스템의 적합도를 alignment analysis, congruence analysis, consensus analysis, confusion analysis 등 네 가지 차원의 차이분석(gap analyses)을 이용하여 평가하고, 그들의 현행 성과측정관행의 성숙도를 진단하였다.
