The purpose of the study is to propose a policy implication of urban logistics in the Incheon metropolitan city. To attain the aim, it reviews new characteristics that Logistics Policy Fundamental Law(LPFL) published by government 2009 suggests and studies the previous papers like Logistic Fundamental Plan(LFP) of other metropolitan cities. After that it proposes a policy implication through benchmarking of urban logistics plan at Tokyo city not only located at a capital area at Japan but also including port and airport. The results are as follows. Firstly, field survey studies of the "LFP" every five years will need to keep pace with "Urban Fundamental Plan"(UFP) having designed to all cities legally every ten years. Secondly, Incheon will be required to create value-added logistics, making best use of third-party logistic companies to small-medium sized businesses along with the age of green. Thirdly, LFP needs to be performed through a mutual cooperation and adjustment among Incheon, Gyeonggi-do and Seoul and in this regions eco-friendly companies performing related logistic activities have to be followed executive and financial supports. Lastly, it will be obliged to develop a evaluation management index to understand the advancement level through a feedback system.

최근 들어 원주와 중주에 건설사의분양 물량이 크게 늘어나고 있다. 학교, 연구소, 벤처기업 등 소프트한 인프라가 구축된 정주 기능과 산업 · 연구 기능을 모두 갖춘 지식기반형 기업도시가 작년 7월부터 이 지역에 조성되고 있기 때문이다. 앞으로 발전 가능성도 있는데다가 서울 · 경기 지역의 경우 분양권 전매가 금지되는 데 반해 비투기 지역으로 분양권 전매가 가능하다는 점에서 투자자들의 눈길을 끌고 있는 원주와 충주를 돌아봤다.

우리나라 전체 에너지의 95% 이상을 수입에 의존하고 있고, 극심한 동고하저 형태의 계절간 에너지 수급 불균형이라는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 삼천리ES는 이러한 에너지 문제 해소에 기여하면서 고객에게 도시가스를 이용한 기술로 창출되는 다양한 부가가치를 제공하고, 이와 더불어 회사가 함께 성장하는 기업이 되기 위해 노력하고 있다.

To bridge the research gap in the area of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we explore the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies. The results show that the technologies have a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with company sales. The size of the correlation is highest for 3D printing (139%), followed by big data (129%), cloud computing (127%), artificial intelligence (78%), and the internet of things (70%). We also found a statistically significant negative (-) interaction effect between the internet of things and 3D printing, cloud computing and big data, and cloud computing and 3D printing when examining the interaction effect of introducing core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on company sales. This paper represents an early attempt to examine the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies and may serve as a basis for further empirical research.

Muan Enterprise City is a mega-project that has an investment worth up to $3 billion only in the construction of infrastructure. The project's success will largely depend on the success of its construction management. This study sets out to establish a construction management plan for Muan Enterprise City by defining the core objectives and organizational structure and its supporting system. Project outline and core objectives were analyzed, and necessity of construction management and processes evaluated. Based on this analysis, implementation strategy for the achievement of project goals was defined and developed, and organizational structure and its support system to execute established. This study strives to support the project's construction management being carried out under proper planning and possibly set an example for construct ion management of mega-structures in the future. Urban spatial structure is closely related to the spatial distribution of urban economic activities. The spatial distribution pattern is no more than an aggregated expression of the location and/or relocation behavior of individual firms and establishments. In this respect, it is important to identify and examine the factors that affect the spatial behavior of individual firms for a more comprehensive understanding of urban space. Agglomeration economies are one of the most prominent urban economic phenomena in the modern metropolitan area. Most firms in an urban space seek external economies through the spatial clustering of their activities. Agglomeration economies feature prominently in the analysis of urban economic structure across urban areas. While the agglomeration economies between cities focus at the macro-scale of analysis, such economies within any given city focus more on the micro geographical scale. There have been a number of researches on agglomeration economies, among which there are relatively few approaches based on an intra-urban context. This proper explores the agglomeration economies at the micro scale and tries to reseal the spatial realization of the agglomeration economies within and between sectors. Three sectors are considered in the analysis; manufacturing, retail and service. The model is based on simultaneous equation systems combined with spatially weighted variables and estimated by the KRP estimators.

국내에 대부분 교량은 빗물이 원활하게 배수되도록 사전에 강우에 대비하여 배수시설을 설계하도록 되어있다. 다수의 교량에서는 점배수와 선배수의 방식을 사용하여 설계 되고 있으나 외부로 노출되어야하는 구조적 문제로 인해 설계시에는 검토되지 않으나 도시미관을 저해하는 요소가 된다. 본 연구에서는 도시미관개선을 위해 교량의 배수시설을 내제한 프리캐스트 교량 방호벽의 개발과 내부에 내제된 배수관의 배수성능을 3차원 모형인 Fluent 모형을 통해 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 교량 측구에서의 흐름 및 횡배수관의 유입에 관해 3차원 흐름을 확인하였다.

In this study, the differences of labor-management cooperation and corporation performance resulted from integrated human resource management types is investigated for 12 urban railroad corporations and then the effect of labormanagement cooperation on the corporation performance is also verified. The results show that the labor-management cooperation and the corporation performance of "closed immersion type" and "opened flexibility type" integrated human resource managements are higher than those of "conservative management type" and "poor management type" integrated human resource managements. As a result of the effect of labor-management cooperation on the corporation performance, it is revealed that "individual cooperation" affects all the corporation performances such as train operation stability, customer's satisfaction, management innovation, self-supporting management, and job satisfaction, whereas "collective cooperation" affects only two coporation performances, management innovation and job satisfaction.

김해시에는 약 3,000개가 넘는 기계산업을 중심으로한 전국 두 번째로 많은 중소기업이 있다. 김해국제공항이 10km 이내에 있으며, 부산항과 마산항, 가덕신항만이 자동차로 30분 거리에 있고 서울, 대구, 광주로 가는 고속도로와 울산, 양산, 부산, 창원, 진주를 잇는 동남 공업벨트의 중심지로서 사통팔달의 최적 교통조건을 갖추고 있다. 또 남해바다 해양성기후의 영향을 받아, 화훼, 과수, 채소 등의 신선농산물 재배에도 최적이며 공항을 통해서 50분 거리의 후꾸오까와, 70분 거리에 있는 동경에 이들 농산물의 신속한 수출도 용이하다. 한편 김해시는 가락국의 가야문화권 중심도시로 국립김해박물과의 개관, 문화유적의 복원 등으로 관광도시의 면모도 갖추어 가고 있다. 김해시는 이러한 입지적 요건을 최대한 활용하여 다음과 같은 지역전략산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다. 첫째, 기존의 기계 자동차 금속산업은 지식집약형 기계산업(정밀의료기기 및 첨단 자동차부품포함)으로 특화하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 화훼 및 농산물수출은 현대화된 재배시설 및 유통시설의 조성, 수출전문생산단지 조성, 대체에너지의 개발 등으로 수출경쟁력을 제고시켜야 할 것이다. 셋째, 기존 기계산업을 정보기술산업과 접목시키는 벤처기업의 육성으로 장기적으로는 하청구조의 산업구조톨 지양하고 기술개발을 통해 경쟁력있는 중소기업을 육성시켜야 할 것이다. 넷째, 유적, 화훼 등의 관광자원을 개발하여 부산과 제주도를 잇는 관광도시로 육성시켜야 할 것이다. 끝으로 인제대학의 특성화분야인 의생명공학을 중심으로 우리나라 최초의 헬씨어밸리(healthier valley)조성올 통해 생물 건강소재산업을 개발하는 것이 바람직 할 것이다. 이상의 특화산업들이 산업연관 효과를 가지고 조화있는 발전을 할 때 21세기의 경쟁력 있는 김해시 건설이 가능할 것이다.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 도시의 문화와 역사를 반영한 환경 친화적이고, 경제적이면서 도시의 가치를 높이는 스마트한 미래형 첨단 도시이다. 그래서, u-City는 신도시를 중심으로 정부와 지자체, 토지개발사업자, 통신업자, 대형 SI, 솔류션 제공사업자에 의하여 수행되고 있다. 하지만 신도시 뿐 만 아니라 기존도시에서도 u-City를 구축할 것으로 기대되며, 도시유형별 IT Infra 구현 방안의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 미래지향적인 기업유치가 용이하고 경제성을 극대화 할 수 있는 지속 성장 가능한 도시건설을 위하여 환경친화적인 u-City 구현을 위한 도시 유형별 IT infra 구현을 목적으로 한다.
