The purpose of this study is to provide clinical information and quantitative data through clinical research on lip balm containing propolis extract and lip application with LED device. Participants in this study were selected as test products for women aged 19 to 50 in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and to investigate the effects of LED devices and lip creams on the lips to improve lip elasticity, lip moisture, lip keratin, and lip moisture lasting for 12 hours. Before using the product, immediately after use, after 6 hours of use, after 12 hours of use, and after 2 weeks of use, the use test items are measured and the safety, efficacy, and preference survey of the product is analyzed. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows. It has been shown to help lip elasticity, lip moisture, lip keratin improvement, and lip moisture lasting for 12 hours when used once or 2 weeks.

Sports event is core product of sports business and the scale of sports event business is steadily increasing. For the successful operation of sports events, it is necessary to analyze the stackholder in stage according to the Function Area(FA) in the process of hosting / preparation / operation. This study is a study to define stakeholder by analyzing sports event process of sports events horizontally and vertically. This study consists of three categories : 1) investigation, 2) analysis and systematization of core processes, 3) analysis stakeholder. As a result of the analysis, the core stakeholders in the stage of hosting(bid) were analyzed as local organizations and committees including the promotion TF team, government organizations, domestic and foreign competition associations, national and international sports organizations (committees), and bid committees. Stakeholders in the stage of preparation / operation include stakeholders from organizational committees, various sports committees, international organizations and international organizations, governments and local governments, related companies and businesses, media, sponsors, donors or volunteers, athletes, teams and spectators.
After launching its service in November 2022, ChatGPT has rapidly increased the number of users and is having a significant impact on all aspects of society, bringing a major turning point in the history of artificial intelligence. In particular, the inference ability of large language models such as ChatGPT is improving at a rapid pace through prompt engineering techniques. This reasoning ability can be considered as an important factor for companies that want to adopt artificial intelligence into their workflows or for individuals looking to utilize it. In this paper, we begin with an understanding of in-context learning that enables inference in large language models, explain the concept of prompt engineering, inference with in-context learning, and benchmark data. Moreover, we investigate the prompt engineering techniques that have rapidly improved the inference performance of large language models, and the relationship between the techniques.
This research is to examine the impacts of the on-going global financial crisis on the housing systems of welfare states. Four developed economies in the Western Europe were selected for the analysis, and the qualitative research employed in-depth interviews with scholars in the fields of housing market and social policy in order to meet the research goal. The major findings indicate that the global economic crisis embedded into the liberalization of housing finance and the inadequacy of regulatory measures caused the vicissitude of housing markets, and its scale and magnitude could be determined by the resilience of each state's housing system. While the globalization of housing finance markets rendered easy borrowing for homeownership, intensive competition for excessive lending among financial institutions backed by heavy reliance on inter-bank and overall bank triggered market volatility, and further worsened household and public debts. It's clearly evident that a housing system with varied safety nets becomes a greater cushion to bear the risks of the financial crisis and to weather the economic storm.
Companies with ethical management can be said to influence the performance of an organization based on the ethical judgment of its members. In this study, ethical judgment was set up as the subject of the ethical judgment, and the ethical judgment was set up by bosses and colleagues who are members of the business and organization as the factors of ethical judgment. The research was designed to examine the impact of ethical judgment on job satisfaction and organizational civic behavior, the impact of ethical judgment on organizational trust, and analyzed the medium effect of organizational trust in the relationship between ethical judgment and job satisfaction and organized civic action. The target of this study was to survey 450 workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and South Chungnam Province from October 7, 2019 to November 2, using them as empirical data. The SPS 24.0 Statistical Analysis Program was used for the analysis of data. The study confirmed that ethical judgment was affecting task satisfaction, organizational civic behavior, and organizational trust, and that parameters such as organizational trust affected task satisfaction and organizational civic behavior depending on how individuals perceive the organization. Ethical judgment has a high impact on organized citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and ethical management of how to improve ethical judgment is absolutely necessary to enhance organizational citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that enable a sense of unity with the organization.

It can be said that the effectiveness of organization is influenced by the ethical leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the subject of ethical management. In this study, ethical leadership was set as the subject of the study, and the concept of ethical leadership was set as ethical leadership that perceives the superiors in the process of performing subordinates by members of a company or organization. In this study, the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction were examined, and the effects of ethical leadership on the ethical consciousness of subordinates were analyzed, and ethical consciousness in the relationship between ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction The mediating effect was analyzed. The subjects of this study were surveyed on 300 small and medium-sized workers in Gyeonggi Province from March 7 to May 10, 2020, and used as empirical analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and ethical consciousness, and organizational characteristics such as ethical consciousness affect organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction according to how individuals perceive the organization. It was found that. Ethical leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And these results are absolutely necessary to practice ethical management as a way to strengthen ethical leadership in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that make you feel a sense of unity with the organization.

In this paper, we propose to explore ways to create internal motivation to enhance the job disposition of Korean and Chinese employees. In order to achieve this goal, we would like to select parameters that may trigger an increasing number of internal motivations for interest in recent years: perceived organisational support, perceived provider support, and perceived peer support, and to explore the impact on job embeddedness. I would like to find out the effect of job embodiedness on involved beauty. The process also seeks to verify that China and South Korea are different. To verify the research theory of this research, we will use a questionnaire to researchers of automotive companies using VR technology in Gyeonggi-do, Korea and Hadong-seong, China, and conducted a survey. A total of 200 pairs of questionnaires were distributed to the study subjects, 195 of which were retrieved, 191 of which eliminated unfaithful responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis. The results of this study, identified through empirical analysis, can be summarized as follows: First, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a positive impact on Job Embeddedness. Second, Job Embeddedness will have a positive influence on the Innovative Beehivior. Third, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a partial positive effect on Innovative Behavior. Fourth, the formation process and influence of Job Embeddedness of corporate employees in Korea and China are partly different, the report showed.
There has been criticism that the government-led makerspace did not reflect the actual demand of makers, so there was a limit to performance creation. In this regard, the study aims to diagnose the current status and problems of makerspace and to suggest the implication to respond to policy demand. To this end, we analyzed the current status of makerspace by utilizing the government documents. Then, we conducted a survey of SMEs related to ICT devices that experienced makerspace, and analyzed their opinions on D·N·A technology demand, management difficulties, and governments' support policies. As results, the study proposed several improvement measures to upgrade makerspace as a digital conversion platform as follows. First, due to the nature of the existing industry for introducing D·N·A technology, there is a limit for companies to enter the market on their own, so comprehensive support from the government is needed. Second, it is necessary to establish and expand an empirical test bed for the development of new products and services so that various types of metaverse contents can be discovered and digital transformation convergence models of existing businesses can be derived. Third, by modifying the support method to operate the makerspace as a platform that implements the government-led start-up support policy, boldly transfer what the private sector can do well to the private sector. The participants of Industry·University·Institute Collaboration should freely share ideas and help the common problem be solved. Based on the problems and the findings for improvement, it is expected that the current makerspace would be upgraded to a digital conversion platform suitable for the demand of the field.
The purpose of this study is to explore the convergence sector of the spatial information industry based on the business transaction data of spatial information companies and to predict the market size of the industry using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression(SUR) model. The convergence part of spatial information industry, which cannot be identified in the Spatial Data Industry Survey, was analyzed by exploring keywords related to spatial information using the business DB of Korea Enterprise Data (2010-2019). The convergence of spatial information businesses mainly appeared in the business relationship between the value chain between Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The convergence business has the largest sales in the value chain 2 (utilization, service) & 3 (convergence), and also the convergence in the value chain 1 (production, construction) & 2, 2 & 3 stages has doubled in 2019 compared to 2010. In 2019, the total sales of the spatial information industry based on the Statistical Korea were announced at about 8 trillion won, but in this study, the total sales of the spatial information industry were estimated at 28 trillion won considering convergence activities. Finally, when scenario 1 (0.38% population growth, 2020-2024) and 0.07% (2026-2030) were applied using the SUR model to predict the expected market size of the industry, sales decreased by -0.37% to 0.069% in 2025 and 2030 by respectively. When scenario 2 (average wage growth 1.2%) was applied during the same period, sales in the industry increased by 2.326% to 12.185%. In other words, the sales in the spatial information industry depends on Labor, Total Factor Productivity, and Capital Productivity so it is necessary to additional research on policy development and alternatives of enhancing each productivity.
