While the number of female entrepreneurs has been increasing, and female entrepreneurship has been increasingly perceived as a driving force of sustainable economic development, there is a lack of studies of female entrepreneurship, particularly in the non-Western regions. This study aims to explore current levels of entrepreneurial competences of female college students in four Asian countries (i.e., Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, and Vietnam), differences in the competences between countries, and factors affecting their entrepreneurial competences. Using online surveys, the present study collected data from 516 female Asian college students and examined their entrepreneurial competences in six dimensions-entrepreneurship, sensibility, business management, relationship management, strategic management, and multi-tasking. This study also investigated effects of four variables (i.e., entrepreneurship course taking experiences, on-campus entrepreneurship experiences, off-campus entrepreneurship experiences, and entrepreneurial intentions) on the six aspects of entrepreneurial competences. Data analysis reveals that female Asian college students as a whole group possess quite high levels of entrepreneurial competences while the Filipino students show the biggest competence in all the six dimensions measured. As regards affecting factors, this study finds that, in the total sample, regression equations are significant in all the six dimensions of entrepreneurial competences. On-campus experiences have significantly positive effects on those six dimensions while course taking experiences and entrepreneurial intentions positively affect three different dimensions each. However, out-of-campus experiences turn out to be negative though their effects are insignificant. Meanwhile, in individual samples, different factors affect different dimensions of entrepreneurial competences. Based on these findings, the present study suggests some actions for promoting female entrepreneurship and for conducting future studies.

변화의 속도가 빠르고 불확실성이 높은 경영 환경 하에서, 기업가정신이 발휘되지 않는 기업은 혁신 마인드가 소멸하게 되고 결국 늙어 사라질 위기에 처할 가능성이 높다. 끊임없이 새로운 기회를 찾아 신 성장 엔진을 발굴하고, 사업 방식이나 업의 개념을 근본적으로 다시 생각하는 기업가정신의 중요성은 새삼 강조할 필요가 없을 것이다. 그렇다면, 과연 우리 기업들의 현 주소는 어떠한가? 안타깝게도 최근에 기업가 정신의 쇠퇴를 우려하는 목소리가 부적 늘고 있다. 기업들의 위험 기피 성향이 점점 확산되고 있어 심지어 ‘무기력 증후군’ 에 빠질 위험이 있다고 경고하는 이들도 있다. 원화 절상, 유가 급등, 내수 침체 등 제반 경제 여건이 어려워지면서 단기 실적만을 중시하는 경영 형태, 위험을 기피하려는 보수적 경영 분위기가 확산되는 조짐이 일고 있는 것이다. 기업가의 책무를 '창조적 파괴' 라고 이야기했던 슘페터는 어려운 시기일수록 이를 극복할 수 있는 가장 현실적인 방법은 기업가정신의 발현이라고 강조하였다. 오늘날의 경영 여건을 볼 때 기업가정신의 발목을 잡는 요소들이 많은 것도 사실이지만, 지금이야말로 그런 외부 여건 탓만을 하기 보다는 기업가 본연의 의무인 도전과 혁신에 매진해야 할 때인 것 같다. 이에 기업가정신의 발현을 가로막는 잘못된 통념들에서 벗어나 기업가정신이 충만한 리더로 거듭나는 사고의 일대 전환을 모색해 본다.

본 연구는 즉흥과 역동적 환경 그리고 창업 성과와의 관계를 조사한다. 우선 즉흥성향과 즉흥행동의 개념을 분석하고 선행연구를 통하여 즉흥이 기업가정신 분야에서 어떤 영향을 주는가를 살펴본다. 또한 즉흥측정 도구를 사용하여 개인이나 집단의 즉흥 성향을 측정할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였고 역동적 환경에서의 즉흥행동이 벤쳐 기업의 창업성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 탐색해 본다. 문헌연구를 고찰한 결과 즉흥은 신생 고성장 기업에서 창업의도와 창업성과에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 즉흥이 기업가정신교육에 포함되어야 한다는 기존 가설을 지지하고 이를 바탕으로 기업가정신교육에 즉흥 프로세스를 도입할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였다.

This paper reviews the theoretical background of the entrepreneurship policy recently prevailing in Korea. First of all, we define the entrepreneurship policy as the one that the government increases the supply of the individual entrepreneurs with entrepreneurship and supports their venture creation activities by intervening the entrepreneurial process. We distinguish the entrepreneurship policy from the small and medium-sized enterprises policy and the venture firm policy. As for the legitimacy of the entrepreneurship policy, we introduce the market for entrepreneur, examine the factors resulting in the market failure, and argue the necessity and the principles of government intervention to the market. Based on the entrepreneurial process, we establish the framework of entrepreneurship policy and examine the transmission channels by the policy area. The channels are (1) demand side, (2) supply side, (3) decision-making of establishing a new firm, (4) resources obtaining. Lastly, according to the transmission channels, we classify various entrepreneurship policy tools being presently implemented by the Korean government. However, since this study is a exploratory economic analysis of entrepreneurship policy, the approach and contents of entrepreneurship policy can be varied according to the research agenda and policy intension.

This study validate effectiveness of Online Entrepreneurship Education based on PBL(Problem-based Learning) and flipped learning. This study reveals online education of entrepreneurship based on PBL and flipped learning method has positive effect on personal entrepreneurship, will to be an entrepreneur, and problem-solving skills. First, the results show that entrepreneurship education based on PBL and flipped learning can improve entrepreneurship more than a previous learning method. Second, PBL and flipped learning based online education affects will to be an entrepreneur in positive way. Experimental group who experienced problem solving activity and flipped learning has more will to be entrepreneur than control group who takes previous learning method. Lastly, PBL and flipped learning method based entrepreneurship education also has positive effect on personal problem-solving techniques. This results show that online entrepreneurship education based on PBL and flipped learning has positive impacts on entrepreneurship, will to be an entrepreneur, and improving problem-solving skills significantly.

The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive insights on the current research trends in entrepreneurship based on topic modeling and keyword co-occurrence analysis. This study queried Web of Science database with 'entrepreneurship' and collected 14,953 research articles between 2002 and 2021. The study used R program for topic modeling and VOSviewer program for keyword co-occurrence analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of keyword co-occurrence analysis, 5 clusters divided: entrepreneurship and innovation cluster, entrepreneurship education cluster, social entrepreneurship and sustainability cluster, enterprise performance cluster, and knowledge and technology transfer cluster. Second, as a result of the topic modeling analysis, 12 topics found: start-up environment and economic development, international entrepreneurship, venture capital, government policy and support, social entrepreneurship, management-related issues, regional city planning and development, entrepreneurship research, and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, the study identified two hot topics(venture capital and entrepreneurship intention) and a cold topic(international entrepreneurship). The results of this study are useful to understand current research trends in entrepreneurship research and provide insights into research of entrepreneurship.

본 연구에서는 아시아 주요국인 한국, 중국, 일본의 기업가정신으로 대표되는 기업가적 태도 중 지각된 능력(SUSKILL), 지각된 실패 두려움(FEARFAIL) 등의 요인이 어떤 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음의 몇 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, SUSKILL의 수치를 봤을 때 한국은 높은 편에 속하였다. 그리고 FEARFAIL는 세 국가 중 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이는 한국의 기업가 정신 구축 환경이 잘 되어 있음을 나타낸다. 둘째, 중국은 대부분 지표에서 중간 정도의 수치를 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 일본은 FEARFAIL는 세 국가 중 두 번째로 나타났으나 SUSKILL 등 지표에서 세 국가 중 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 일본의 경우 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 사회의 변화, 인식의 변화가 크게 일어나야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 국가별 기업가 정신과 기업가 태도를 비교함으로써 지속가능한 경영환경을 조성하는데 기여가 있다고 판단된다.

Preparing juvenile for future careers in global market becomes one of the most important tasks in education today. This study attests the impact of role model and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention of Korean secondary school students. Total 217 students participated in this research from 11 different high schools across the country. The result suggests that the role model and entrepreneurship education have significant relationships with entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurial intention of secondary school students. Entrepreneurship was also positively related with entrepreneurial intention of students. The findings imply that both the role model and entrepreneurship education are crucial elements to foster entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurial intention of the secondary school students. Practical implications were presented to relevant authorities for takeaway in designing effective pedagogy.

대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

자본주의의 태동 이후 산업혁명과 정보혁명 등 기업은 끊임없이 새로운 혁명적 환경에 노출되고 있으며 이에 따라 기업가 정신 또한 시대에 따라 재정의 되어 왔다. 기업가 정신은 창업 기업 뿐 아니라 기존 기업에 있어서도 기업 경영의 커다란 원동력으로 자리 잡고 있다. 씨써클은 문화의 새로운 명칭으로, 구성요소에는 오픈 마인드와 스피릿이 있으며 창의성과 포용성, 영성을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업가 정신을 씨써클 관점에서 파악하여 이를 기업에 적용할 수 있는 틀을 제시하고자 한다.
