진동신호를 이용한 LCD 반송로봇의 상태감시 파라미터 선정 (Parameter Selection for Condition Monitoring of LCD Conveyance Robot by Using Vibration Signals)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 LCD 공정에서 사용되는 반송로봇의 상태감시 파라미터를 선정하고 이를 이용하여 상태감시 방법을 제안하는데 있다. LCD 반송로봇의 주행부 진동특성을 파악하기 위하여 주행부 감속기의 기어물림주파수(GMF)를 구하고, 주파수분석을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 취득데이터의 재연성을 확보하기 위하여 데이터 취득 운행 패턴을 선정하고 실험을 통해 재연성을 확인하였다. 무선데이터 취득 시스템을 구축하고 이를 이용하여 반송로봇의 상태를 감시하기 위한 기어물림 주파수를 중심으로 파라미터로 선정하였다. 취득된 데이터의 표준편차를 이용하는 상태감시 방법과 진폭의 배수를 이용하는 상태감시 방법을 제안하였다.

차동기어의 재질별 진동.소음 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Noise.Vibration Characteristics of Differential Gear according to the Materials)

  • The noise . vibration characteristics of Hypoid gears which were made from three seperate materials(SCM, TSCM, SNCM) under the identical process were investigated for the sake of durability improvement of differential gear compatible with low level noise gear set. For this study, we developed a rig experimental equipment which can perform close noise.vibration experiment of differential gear. Consequently, we could analyze the noise.vibration characteristics of final reduction gear by materials, and also we observed changes in both metallic structure and hardness according to the materials of pinion gear. In addition to this, the correlation between the vibration of the differential gear and the interior noise of the passenger vehicles was proved by analyzing the results of rig vibration experiment and field noise test.

산업용 취출로봇의 소음 저감에 대한 연구 (Study on Noise Reduction of an Industrial Take-out Robot)

  • In this paper, we experimentally investigate factors that decrease in noise of a industrial take-out robot at driving state. For this, we analyse change in the noise of the take-out robot with gear machining accuracy and clearance. In order to calculate the noise related to gear machining accuracy that is based upon the Japanese Industrial Standard(JIS), we equally increase motor speed from 0 rpm to 1250 rpm. In addition, to investigate influence of clearance on noise, we evenly change clearance from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm. These experiments show that clearance is more effective factor than gear machining accuracy to reduce the noise of the take-out robot.

  • A gearbox can be regarded as a self-exciting dynamic system, which has a vibration source. Transmission error (TE) is considered to be an main excitation source for gear noise and vibration. The TE excitation is transmitted through the gears, shafts, bearings, and housings. Thus, an experimental approach to each mechanical parts is useful in order to understand and evaluate the dynamic behaviour of a gearbox. This study is focused on the transmission and vibration characteristics of a helical gear system in development stage. In addition, by considering the tolerance factors and resonance characteristics, the vibration response of actual dynamic system is analysed.

산업용 직각형 감속기의 소음 저감에 대한 연구 (A Study on Noise Reduction for an Industrial Right-angled Reducer)

  • In this study, noise sources of a reducer which is combined a spiral bevel gear and a planocentric gear are identified by experimental method and the noise was reduced by the structure modification of the reducer. In order to identify the noise sources, noise and vibration signals were measured by microphone and accelerometer and these signals were analyzed with waterfall plot. In addition, the frequency response functions were obtained to prove the noise and vibration sources. It was found that the resonance was generated by the gear mesh frequencies and natural frequency of the reducer. The noise of the reducer could be reduced by structure modification.

지게차 구동부의 소음 진동 저감에 대한 연구 (A Study on Noise Reduction for the Driving System of a Forklift)

  • In this study. the noise sources were identified and the noise and vibration were reduced for an industrial forklift. To identify the noise sourses, noise signals were measured by a microphone on a driver seat and these signals were analyzed with a waterfall plot. For this purpose, the gear mesh frequencies from the gear box of a reducer were not only investigated but noise/vibration sourses of an electric motor were also examined. Furthermore, the frequency response functions were obtained to confirm the vibration and noise sourses. It was found that severe vibration and noise were generated in the casing and the connecting part of the reducer. The severe vibration and noise could be reduced by a structure modification.

  • 본 연구는 운전조건 하에서 감속기 내부기어의 가공정밀도와 소음의 연관 특성에 관한 실험적 연구이다. 이를 위하여 유성기어열로 이루어진 감속기를 제작하였으며, 내부 기어는 정밀도를 다르게 가공한 기어로서 4 세트를 제작하여 비교 실험하였다. 감속기에 대한 소음 및 진동 신호는 신호분석법에 의해 채집되었으며, 정지상태로부터 운전 가능 최고 속도까지 균등하게 증속하며 신호를 채집하였다. 또한 소음 레벨은 소음계를 이용하여 측정하여 비교하였다. 기어의 가공정밀도에 대한 평가는 한국 산업기술 시험원(ktl)에 의뢰하여 일본공업규격(JIS)에 준하여 객관적으로 평가되었으며, 이를 소음, 진동 신호와 함께 비교 분석하였다.

은행 계원용 자동현금관리기의 소음 저감 (Noise Reduction of a Bank Teller Cash Recycler)

  • This paper proposes design guidances for noise reduction of a bank teller cash recycler(TCR). The operating noise of a TCR is required to be reduced because it bothers bank tellers and customers. The operating noise from a TCR is measured and the most influential driving system is examined. To find the main sources of the noise, the frequency spectra are analyzed by comparing with excitation frequencies of the driving system. From the analysis results, we reveals that the main sources of the noise are gear mesh frequency of a certain gear train and its side band frequencies, which is attributed by vulnerable support condition. Consequently, to reduce the operating noise, the structural modification for the gear train support is suggested and its effectiveness for the noise reduction is confirmed experimentally.
