This study endeavors to classify and categorize similar policy programs through network clustering analysis, using textual information from data-related policy programs in Korea. To achieve this, descriptions of data-related budgetary programs in South Korea in 2022 were collected, and keywords from the program contents were extracted. Subsequently, the similarity between each program was derived using TF-IDF, and policy program network was constructed accordingly. Following this, the structural characteristics of the network were analyzed, and similar policy programs were clustered and categorized through network clustering. Upon analyzing a total of 97 programs, 7 major clusters were identified, signifying that programs with analogous themes or objectives were categorized based on application area or services utilizing data. The findings of this research illuminate the current status of data-related policy programs in Korea, providing policy implications for a strategic approach to planning future national data strategies and programs, and contributing to the establishment of evidence-based policies.

While dCollections of Korea have been initiated by a government for metadata harvesting, institutional repositories of Japan have been managed as instituion's independent tool for not only collectiong, archiving and distributing their intellecture assets, but also realizing open access. This study analyzes IRDB of Japanese statistically for understanding features of institutional repositories and by clustering the repository on the basis of types of contents, the differences have been brightened. According to analysis result, Japanese repository contains diverse types of contents, such as journal articles;scholarly papers, text books and technical reports. etc. and clustered by five distinguished group with different contents type.

Recently, as interest in social robots to support physical convenience and emotional sympathy has increased, and social internet has developed, a social robot has evolved as various services simply beyond robot function. Therefore, to develop a social robot service effectively, it is required to study the functional application and methods of interaction between user and social robot service. The purpose of this study is to classify social robot services and to suggest the types of elements that need to be considered in service development. To do this, we conducted in-depth case studies and analysis based on the theoretical definitions and characteristics of social robots. Then, based on the sympathy and functions, we classified social robot services into 1) emotional support type, 2) companion type, 3) guide type, and 4) life support type. In addition, in this study, we derive the considerable factors according to the classified types for the development of effective social robot services. This study will contribute to the understanding and development of various services using a social robot.

Recently, technology intelligence (TI) activities that support technological and/or market innovation have been important for many organizations to develop their competitiveness in trend of strengthening innovation-led economy. It is required to thorough understanding of TI-related activities and investigating methodology that can support these activities to facilitate technology opportunity exploration activities and increase the possibility of innovation. Thus, this research aims at first, investigating the taxonomy of objectives, information and methodology for technology opportunity development (TOD) through literature survey, second, deriving the TOD needs and current status analysis by conducting interview with various domestic firms, and finally, proposing an integrated framework of TI by synthesizing the results of the aforementioned investigation. Therefore, this research can suggest the strategic and political implications on TOD activities and moreover, propose a theoretical foundation to develop a supporting system for TI.

This paper classifies cities in the metropolitan area based on natural hazard vulnerability. The procedure of our empirical analysis is divided into three parts as follows: First, it summarizes variables related to natural hazard vulnerability to significant factors, carrying out principal component analysis. Second, it classifies cities in the metropolitan area, conducting cluster analysis using factor scores. Lastly, it proposes differential measures for natural hazard mitigation for classified cities in the metropolitan area, based on natural hazard vulnerability.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the value and type of online and offline linked advertisement, which is a new advertisement type that emerged with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. In this study, based on literature research, we understood the marketing method that evolves from "4P (product, price, place, promotion)" to "4C (co-creation, community, conversation, currency)" and extracted derive 4C elements. Based on this, we analyzed what elements of 4C showed online and offline connectivity through the investigation of on and offline linked advertisements. Through the analysis results, online and offline linked advertisements were classified into 4 types and 14 detailed types according to how they were connected to the number of 4C elements. In this paper, as a final result, we verified that 4C elements of marketing that appeared in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are represented in advertisements and suggested the typology of advertisements accordingly. This study is expected to contribute to providing new insights to advertisers and researchers who produce and study online and offline advertisements.

The main aim of this study is a meta-theoretical investigation to explain the current theoretical landscape of social innovation theories and researches. First of all, this paper makes a typology of social innovation based on concepts and sectors of social innovation. Second, in terms of societal innovation, which it is a kind of social innovation systematic approach, this paper draws some implications for social innovation policy. My key argument is that social innovation could be specified in three different sectors, public innovation, market innovation, and social economy innovation. However, all of them have attention to such as improving a quality of life and making society more sustainable, so it can be argued that those different sectors are structured on social innovation altogether with common goals. Finally, in order to activate the social innovation ecosystem, the government has to play a key role as a facilitator to make sustainable networks and a governance of social innovation that is needed to coordinate between different features and roles of social innovation sectors.

효과적인 음향대책을 수립하기 위해서는 어떠한 음과 언어로써 표현하여 그 주관적인 가치기준을 설정할 것인가가 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 음의 물리적 특성과 인간의 청각간의 상호관계를 규명하는 심리 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통해서 음의 효율적 평가체계를 확립할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 음에 대한 주관적 감각표현으로써 음원기술선택법을 이용한 음향심리실험에 의해서 음에 대한 감각적 인상으로부터 음을 유형화하였다. 실험에 참여한 피험자는 221명이고, 41개의 음원과 음을 수식하는 48개의 형용사를 이용하여 그 유사도의 차이를 군집분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 생활환경음은 "금속성이고 시끄러운 음", "날카롭고 긴장되는 음", " 울려퍼지고 강한 음 ", " 밝고 활기찬 음 ", " 적막하고 여린 음", "조화롭고 부드러운 음", "안정되고 적당한 음"의 그룹으로 분류된다.

Socio-technical systems are receiving growing attention as a core concept in the process of searching for proper solutions to sustainable growth. In this paper, we review the way for governing socio-technical transitions from a governmental perspective. Based upon the governance studies and transition research, we set social coordination and locus of transition pressures as transition contexts to differentiate transition policy governance. We propose four types of policy governance for sustainable socio-technical transitions: leading, facilitative, coordinative and persuasive. Analysis on four case based upon this typology shows different transition polices of each transition pathway in analytical aspect. It provides basic criteria for policy makers to design effective transition policies in normative aspect. Also, this paper can contribute to closing the gap between transition research and governance studies.

This study aims at finding the effects, problems and implication of the regional economic growth led by regional strategic industries in the Chungnam Province. It identifies the contribution of regional strategic industries in the regional economic growth even though there is somewhat difference between the sub-sectors of the industries. It also finds out some problems with the selection and implementation processes. In order to improve the regional industrial policy, it need to apply portfolio type of regional industrial development strategy on according to the typology of the industrial growth stages.
