수용성, 구형의 단백질 분자는 기능성(효소, 유화제, 중화제 등)에 따라 센서나 유사생체기관에 응용성이 크다. 본 연구는 물-공기 계면에서 형성되는 단백질의 표면상태방정식(일명 표면등온선)을 이론적으로 도출하고 그 결과를 실험적으로 확인하여 단백질 분자의 기능적 이용에 활용하고자 한 것이다. 아미노산 부분사슬간, 분자와 물과의 인력, 정전기적 인력을 고려하여 종합적 상태방정식을 도출하였으며 탄소 14로 tagging한 albumin실험과 비교하여 상당히 일치하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다.

It is important for the people in the 3D printing industry to determine which factors influence the decision-making that determine the adoption of 3D printers and the role of the factors. Through this, we intend to find ways to contribute to the development of 3D printing industry in Korea by increasing utilization of 3D printer used in domestic companies and increasing investment in related industries. 3D printers are making rapid progress according to the development of technology, the public interest, and the activation of investment. Foreign countries have made remarkable progress in equipment, materials, software, and industrial applications, but they are lower than expected in Korea. It is necessary to introduce a smooth 3D printer in order to revitalize the 3D printer industry and enlarge the base, but it is insufficient for actual introduction and field application. The independent variables that represent economic, technological, and environmental characteristics were selected through a literature survey, and a model for accepting integrated technology for convergence of societies in the 3D printing industry was proposed. This study confirms that economic factors such as output unit price, government support, and environmental factors such as 3D contents should be developed organically for the introduction of 3D printing technology and equipment. This require systematic and effective support from the government, and it is necessary to improve the economic support, related laws, and systems that can be directly experienced by the user as a user. As the domestic 3D printing industry develops with economic, technological and time investment, 3D printing industry should be the key engine of the 4th industrial revolution.

A Meta-analysis is a statistical literature synthesis method that provides the opportunity to view the research context by combining and analyzing the quantitative results of many empirical studies. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been the subjects of a great deal fields and now also has been continuously studied. Recently, the issue of the biggest the information communication and information systems fields is smart. At this point, we conducted a Meta-analysis and review of external constructs based on the technology acceptance model. This study was targeted a total of 106 research papers that are setting up the causal relationship in the technology acceptance model among the research papers published in domestic academic journals before 2013. The result of the Meta-analysis, the biggest effect size the path from external Variables to perceived usefulness was showed playfulness. The effect size was 0.536 in the path from perceived usefulness to playfulness. And, the biggest effect size the path from external Variables to perceived ease of use was showed self efficacy. The effect size was 0.536 in the path from perceived ease of use to self efficacy. Based on the results, it was discussed the difference through comparative analysis with previous research.

This study empirically investigated the user's experience with based on the Technology Acceptance Model. According to the frequency analysis results, the usability for learning was evaluated relatively higher than that for appreciation from the perspective of perceived usefulness and the technical factors such as graphics and modeling raised the issue for the quality improvement. According to the results of the correlation analysis, the usability for learning correlated with the degree of satisfaction. In addition, all detailed factors of perceived ease of use positively influenced on the degree of satisfaction and the impact of the environmental factor on the degree of satisfaction was greatest. The degree of satisfaction with the VR application significantly correlated with the degree of immersion and behavioral intention to the VR application. Therefore, this study proved the suitability for the Technology Acceptance Model as a tool for evaluating a VR application.

With the development of AI, Chat GPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot that appeared in 2022, is rapidly spreading to a wide range of people and expanding its usefulness. This study was conducted to examine college students' intention to continue using Chat GPT using a technology acceptance model. As a result of the study, all of Chat GPT's features had a positive effect on college students' perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, among the features of Chat GPT, system quality and relative advantages did not directly affect the intention to continue using it. However, it was confirmed that it had an effect when perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were mediated. The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of Chat GPT were verified to have a positive effect on the intention to continue using it.

Convergence-based Smart Work in Korea started from 2010 with a purpose to improve work-life balance. Up to now the previous research on Smart Work has been studied in the context of the pre-adoption or the adoption stage, and shows some limitations not finding out the effort to manage change, the issues occurred in the process of adopting Smart Work, and the performance after adopting Smart Work. The period after adoption is when users continue to use ICT and intended objectives can be accomplished. Therefore, this study investigated the process that the organizations adopting Smart Work have overcome spatial and temporal constraints and the performance that they have achieved after adopting it. Though the framework integrating time-geography theory with technology acceptance stage, this research interviewed four managers of three organizations being responsible for adopting and operating Smart Work and provided its adopting process and performance of each organization.

This study verified the factors influencing continuous intention to use of OTT service users through technology acceptance model and extension. For this purpose, the main results were derived through correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program. The summary is as follows. First, perceived ease of use was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, perceived ease of use did not have a statistically significant effect on continuous intention to use. Third, the perceived usefulness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. Fourth, perceived innovativeness has a statistically significant positive effect on perceived ease of use. Fifth, perceived innovativeness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. Sixth, perceived playfulness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. The above results will be meaningful in that it has revealed a path to understand the extension of the technology acceptance model of OTT services and acceptance of OTT services.

This research focuses on the perception of security screeners using a full body scanner at airport which had been newly introduced to terminal 2 of Incheon Int'l airport. To accomplish the purpose of research, this paper used UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Through an empirical analysis, it was proven the factors consisting of technological acceptance and how those factors affect both organizational innovation at airport and job satisfaction of security screeners. According to an empirical analysis, it was found out all the factors of technological acceptance have a significant effect on both organizational innovation and job satisfaction. However, only the effort expectation was shown to have a significant negative effect on the two dependant variables contrary to the other variables (performance expectation, behavioral intention and self efficacy. It was also proven organizational innovation had a moderating effect between technological acceptance and job satisfaction. Such results suggested organizational innovation at airport security division is necessary to enhance job satisfaction using a newly introduced full body scanner.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.

Recently, various mobile services are provided by the spread of wireless network infrastructures and smart devices. The improvement of cloud computing technologies increases the interests for enterprise mobile cloud services in various IT companies as well. By increasing the interests for enterprise mobile cloud services, it is necessary to evaluate the use of enterprise mobile cloud services. Therefore, the factors which affect the user acceptance of enterprise mobile cloud services are analyzed on the basis of Davis' technology acceptance model in this research. As analysis results, four external variables have significant effects on perceived ease of use of mobile cloud services. Also, these variables indirectly affect attitude toward using cloud services. The results show that the security is the most important factor for attitude toward using enterprise mobile cloud services. The service users also consider the interoperability as an important factor for the user acceptance of cloud services. The perceived ease of use has more contribution than the perceive usefulness on attitude toward using enterprise mobile cloud services. This research has both industrial and academic contributions because it provides the guideline to companies for introducing the enterprise mobile cloud services and apply the technology acceptance model on new IT services.
