본 고에서는 인터넷 가입자의 지속적인 초고속서비스 수요증가에 따라 차세대 xDSL 기술로 부상하고 있는 VDSL기술의 특성과 표준화 동향을 소개한다. VDSL 기술은 FTTC가입자 망의 전화동선 구간에 비대칭 52Mbps/6.4Mbps, 대칭 34Mbps의 데이터 전송이 가능하여 인터넷방송, 주문형 비디오(VoD), 원격과외/교육(EoD), 고화질 TV 등 대용량의 멀티미디어 서비스를 경제적으로 제공할 수 있다. VDSL은 가입자 댁내까지 광선로가 포설되는 FTTH 가입자 망 기술의 경제성 및 사업성이 확보될 때까지 ADSL에 이은 새로운 초고속 인터넷 접속기술로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 제4세대 미터링(Metering) 기술을 이용한 전력전자상거래 즉 VSEM(Value Storage Electricity Meter)을 위한 웹기반 미터링 시스템의 보안성 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구이다. 특히 수요자 측면에서 스마트카드(지불결제)를 이용한 본인 확인(SIM카드), 키 값 확인, VSEM서버에서의 각 수요자와 공급자 데이터 사이의 무결성 확인(Integrity)과 부인 방지(Non-repudiation)를 위한 기존 시스템의 보안 문제를 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.

The purpose of this thesis is to derive the demand expediting measures of the garden-housing site suitable to the Pusan metropolitan region through understanding the characteristics of the preference based on the investigation of the demand. From the empirical study of the thesis, we developed the following demand expediting strategies of the garden-housing site. First, the development concept should be focused on the market demand and community building. Second, the garden-housing site has to be developed near the existing urban areas and the site must have the convenient facilities and infrastructures. Third, community building concept should be applied in the site design.

The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of government and public electronic procurement on the private sector's productivity and technical inefficiency. Three cases are analyzed. The first scenario is that the government just appears as a new consumer to enterprises. Simply participating as a new consumer to enterprises reveals that government does not contribute to the private sector's productivity or improve technical efficiency. The second case is one where the government publicly procures the private sector's service or goods using IT technologies. It is revealed that government contribute to improve the private sector's productivity and reduce inefficiency. The last case is where the government demands business to connect to governments using new IT technologies. The government demands to adopt the IT technology for connection results in improved productivity and efficiencies in the private sectors.

2021년에 발생한 일련의 소프트웨어 공급망 공격으로 미국 연방 정부의 사이버보안 개선 정책이 가속됐다. 이중 소프트웨어 구성 정보를 유통하는 SBOM 정책은 SW 구성요소의 투명성을 강화하여, 이를 활용하는 공급자와 수요자의 보안 인식 개선에도 도움을 줄 것이 기대된다. 다만 SBOM으로 공급망 보안 위협을 완화하려면 해결해야 할 기술적 이슈가 있고, SBOM 수집자를 위한 구체적인 가이드도 마련되지 않아 제도 정착에는 시간이 걸린다. SW 공급망 문제는 SW 개발 관행에 대한 지속적인 개선이 요구되며, 글로벌 연쇄 위험으로 결코 혼자서는 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 우리는 실태조사, 실증사업 등을 시작으로 현실에 맞는 정책을 먼저 적용하고, 제도적 조화를 위한 국제협력에도 힘써야 한다.

극저온에서 고분자 복합재료는 열전도도가 낮아 단열 특성이 탁월하고 전기절연성이 뛰어나 에너지 산업, 전기 및 전자산업, 생물공학, 의료분야, 수송산업, 우주 항공 산업 등 응용 범위가 매우 광범위하고, 산업 규모 또한 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 향후 신재생 에너지의 저장 및 수송용으로 열전도도가 낮은 고분자 복합재에 대한 수요가 크게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 고에서는 고분자 복합재료의 극저온 응용에 관한 국내외 기술동향과 수지 및 복합재 물성, 극저온에서의 특성 평가 기술 등에 대하여 소개하였다.

현재 국가별로 진행되고 있는 가입자 접속의 고속화 전략은 각 나라의 통신환경 및 서비스 수요에 따라 다양하게 추진되고 있다. 그러나 선로의 종류에 따라 구분하여 보면, 기존의 동선 전화선로를 이용하는 ‘ xDSL 접속’과 새로운 광섬유 선로를 이용하는 ‘광 가입자 접속,’ 그리고 무선주파수를 이용하는 ‘광대역 무선 접속(BWLL)’ 등 세 가지 형태로 구분할 수 있다. 본 고는 이러한 초고속 가입자 접속기술 중 xDSL기술의 개발현황과 표준화 진행을 분석하여 우리나라의 통신환경에 맞는 기술 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 국내 초고속 인터넷 인프라는 세계 최고 수준으로 xDSL 계열의 디지털 가입자 회선과 HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coxial) 망을 활용한 케이블 모뎀이 시장을 거의 차지하고 치열한 경쟁을 보이고 있다. 하지만 서비스 가입자 수준은 거의 포화점에 다다른 것으로 보이며 앞으로 속도를 비롯한 품질 면에서 진보된 차세대 인터넷 접속 서비스 구축을 계획하고 있다. NGN은 유무선 통합을 통한 다양한 서비스를 제공을 목표로 정부나 기업에서 추진 중은 차세대 통합 정보통신 인프라이다. 이 NGN을 실현시킬 수 있는 가입자 망 기술로서는 FTTH가 유력하게 거론되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고속 인터넷 서비스 수요에 대한 체계적인 분석을 통하여 NGN 서비스 특성을 반영하는 적절한 예측 모형을 제시하였다. FTTH 가입자 수요를 예측하기 위해 본 논문에서는 Bass 모형의 변형인 변형된 공존 Bass 모형을 이용하였다.

Cyber education community in the digital era is going on across all areas of knowledge accumulation rate of acceleration of the demand for retraining and lifelong learning can effectively accommodate. Therefore, new teaching methods in the future as consumer-driven 21st century is expected to settle into the main education system. However, to properly interact with people due to lack of feedback delay, reading and writing intensive courses is detrimental to the environment caused by a particular student, and Computer skills are based on computer-related technology to disadvantage poor students, and many have problems. In this paper, recent university education and cyber education requires a paradigm shift is required in an environment that factors affecting students' satisfaction were evaluated, and Improvement of cyber education will be studied.
