In order to achieve competitive business goals, every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS(information systems) performance and their utilization. The evaluation is to measure technical capacity and operational capability of enterprise information systems and to diagnose their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources. Furthermore, organizations need to apply information technology(IT) proactively instead of reactively. However. it is usually very difficult for an enterprise to accumulate knowledge acquired during construction of the information systems and apply it to maintain and evaluate them. Also. most researches regarding evaluation are limited in some parts of evaluation fields, the most prominent being lack of the entire views and integrated relationships of enterprise activities. This dissertation develops an integrated evaluation system, which is based on the continuous improvement model of information systems performance. that effectively measures the level of enterprise information systems performance. enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The contents of this work are composed of the continuous improvement model of information systems performance, an integrated evaluation system for IS performance and case study.

As the importance of the biohealth industry has recently increased, innovative government support is required. However due to the limitation in the support framework, a complementary support system for commercialization is needed. This study examines the concept of TRL which the existing support being following, and investigates domestic support system and overseas support cases. It points out that the current TRL-based government support policy has limitations for the commercialization of the biohealth industry, which requires a lot of time and investment. The new concept of the support system reflecting the characteristics of the bio-industry and solving the problems of late R&D stage was proposed and connected with the policy direction. It is meaningful that the role as a guideline for overcoming the gap between research and industry for the commercialization of the biohealth.

'Jinsun', a new variety of safflower(Carthamus tinctoris L.), was developed by Kyonggi-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services in 2000. It was bred with pure line selection from Namwon local variety population. Jinsun is relatively resistant to Gleosporium carthami and has more flower head and higher ripened grain ratio. Its flowering date was June 22 in Hwaseong, Gyeonggido and contains more protein and linoleic acid relatively in grain compared with Cheongsu, check variety. Grain yield of Jinsun was 11% higher than Cheongsu.

Tomato fruits(Lycopersicon esculentum $M_{ILL}$.) picked at mature (from mature green to breaker) and ripe (from pink to red) stage were packed into two layers in corrugated fiberbox and transported 200km and 400km from the harvested site. Loss (abrasion + cracking) in marketability was lowest (11.0%) from mature + 200km transport, followed by mature + 400km transport(13.5%), ripe + 200km transport(28.5%), and ripe + 400km transport (45.5%). When data were pooled by fruit maturity, firmness of mature fruit was 1.55 times higher than ripe fruit. However, vitamin C content was 1.25 times higher in ripe fruit than in mature fruit. Fruit transported longer distance and packed in bottom layer within a box exhibited lower firmness and vitamin C content in both maturity. It was concluded that it is desirable to transport relatively shorter distance for ripe tomato and longer distance for less ripe fruit.

중국은 2008년 현재 메신저 이용자 수와 블로그 등의 웹 2.0 이용자 수에 있어서 세계 1위이다. 그리고 중국의 2007년 850억 달러의 인터넷 디지털 시장은 2015년에 2640억 달러로 성장할 전망이다. 이와 같이 인터넷 시장의 규모와 성장 가능성으로 인해 중국 인터넷 비즈니스의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 인터넷 동향 중에서 가장 큰 주목을 끌고 있는 웹 2.0 기반의 사회 연결망 서비스 분야에서 다음 세 가지의 연구 질문을 설정하고 그 답을 찾아보았다. 첫째, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 주요 특징은 무엇인가? 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 중국의 대표적인 사회 연결망 서비스 업체로 Tencent QQ와 Sina Poco를 살펴보았고, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스 이용자의 가입 이유, 갱신 이유, 주요 내용, 유상 서비스에 대한 태도 등을 살펴보았으며, 중국 인터넷 사용자의 집단별 특징에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 이용에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들은 무엇인가? 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해 동기부여이론, TAM 이론. 관련 선행연구 등을 검토하여 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들로서 사용자 참여, 사회적 영향, 네트워크 효과, 유용성, 시스템 품질 등을 도출하였고 PLS를 이용한 데이터 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 검증결과, 사회 연결망 서비스 이용에 유용성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 네트워크 효과, 사용자 참여, 시스템 품질 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 사회적 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국과 한국은 어떠한 점에서 차이가 있는가? 가장 두드러진 차이는 사회적 영향에 있어서 한국은 유의 적인데 비해 중국이 유의적이지 않다는 점이다. 이는 한국과 중국 사이에 국가 문화적 차이가 존재하기 때문에 발생했다고 생각할 수도 있고, 중국이 인터넷 성장기에 있는데 비해 한국은 인터넷 성숙기에 있는 등의 기술적, 사회적, 경제적 발달 과정상의 차이에 의한 것이라고도 볼 수 있다.

By the end of 2012, there were 5.1 billion mobile communication subscribers in South Korea. The majority of subscriptions (97.3 percent) were for mobile phones, particularly smartphones. From 2010 to 2012, the number of mobile phone subscriptions increased 2,000 percent, growing from an initial subscriber base of 150 million. This paper explores the changing mobile communication landscape from a socio-technological perspective to understand the underlying drivers of change and their effects on the South Korean populace. A content analysis of 11,156 electronic newspaper articles mentioning mobile communication in South Korea and occurring between 2010 and 2012 was conducted. 5,119 keywords were extracted based on frequency statistics and further analyzed to determine the drivers of change. Based on this analysis, we conclude that South Korea's mobile communication environment is focused on rapid expansion of technology with minor consideration given to the social aspects of this change. This has resulted in several negative consequences and we urge for new policies by government and industry to address this gap.

This study aimed to develop the methods of growing Enteromorpha prolifera natural seedlings in its natural habitat and artificial indoor seedlings by inducing spore release. Likewise, the study examined the possibility of mass production by developing cultivation techniques with cultivating examination. The natural seedling of E.prolifera thrived in a sea area composed of sand and mud, which Is its natural habitat. Growing of this alga on the seedling frame 20 cm high from the bottom at the intertidal zone in summer and 40 cm high in fall was found to be very effective. However, enabling the best attachment rate for artificial indoor seedling requires inducing spore release after drying the mature thalli in a dark place fur about 12∼24 hours and setting seedling nets in a dark water tank (spore solution) for 24 hours. Breeding E.prolifera in a pole-system farm is best done in shallow sea areas with mud or mud and sand geological feature. However, floating-system lam is better for deep-sea areas with fast current. Ideal farming places are sea areas with plenty of nutritional salt and safe places that protect the lam facilities against billows. Furthermore, an exposure method on seawater surface to produce larger output should be used.

The purpose of this study is to understand and describe in depth the meaning of the hospice nurse's experience in caring for terminal cancer patients through phenomenological methods. Participants of this study were selected from 9 nurses who have been working for more than 1 year in the hospice palliative ward of a kind hospital located in C city. Data were collected from July 2019 to September 2019 by using in-depth interview. Interview data were analyzed by Giorgi's phenomenological method. The analysis revealed the following constituents; Burden of work, Become mature, Forming a close relationship, Lack of support for hospice. Conclusion, It is thought that the experience of hospice nurses who care for terminal cancer patients will be provided with a comprehensive and comprehensive understanding from their point of view, thereby contributing to the development of effective support system and administrative support system based on their experience.

Parosteal lipoma is a rare benign tumor containing mature adipose tissue having an intimate relationship to the periosteum. Characteristically, this tumor presents as a lipomatous mass adjacent to bone, eliciting variable reactive changes in the underlying cortex. We report a case of parosteal lipoma of the foot. The MR findings consisted of juxtacortical lipomatous mass abutting to bony protuberance, with internal fibrous striations, and osseous reaction in the adjacent bone. By the aid of multiplanar imaging capability, high spatial and contrast resolution of MRI, characteristic features of parosteal lipoma can lead to diagnosis on imaging.

Semantic web is value industry field that has infinite possibility and has necessary of a lot of studies and development yet. Therefore in digital age, we expect this paper will help for space construction of more mature communication.
