본 연구의 목적은 1992년부터 산업자원부에서 추진하고 있는 에너지절약기술개발사업의 2000년까지 상용화 과제에 대한 에너지절약효과 산정 및 사회적 비용산출이다. 기술 개발에 의한 에너지 절약효과는 개발된 제품의 사용에 의한 직접적인 절약효과와 기술축적 및 타 산업으로의 기술파급 등에 의한 절약효과 등 간접적인 효과로 나누어 볼 수 있겠으나 본 연구에서는 분석자료 및 시간적인 제약으로 인하여 이 중 개발품의 사용에 의한 직접적인 효과에 한정하여 에너지 절약효과를 측정하였다.(중략)

기업의 지속적 성장을 위해 기술혁신은 필수적이다. 그 동안 기술혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업 속성을 파악하는 연구가 다양하게 진행되었는데, 기업의 전략적 관심사인 연구개발 효과성의 측면에서 분석한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 데이터의 한계로 인해 기업의 기술경영 전략의 영향은 고려되지 못했다. 본 연구는 연구개발과 특허라는 투입-산출 관계의 연구개발 효과성에 대한 기업 속성 및 기술경영 전략의 영향을 계량적으로 분석했다. 통계청의 "기업활동실태 조사" 데이터를 이용해 국내 4,722개 연구개발 기업을 대상으로, '특허수/연구개발 투자'를 종속변수로 하는 토빗 회귀분석을 수행했다. 가설검정의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업 규모, 다각화 등 기업 속성 뿐 아니라 기업은 전략적 제휴, e비즈니스시스템 도입 등 기술경영 전략을 통해 연구개발 효과성을 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 외국인자본비중이 높을수록 연구개발 효과성은 낮다 셋째, 연구개발 외주비중은 연구개발 효과성과 역U자형의 관계로, 연구개발 외주 비중이 31%인 수준에서 연구개발 효과성이 극대화된다. 본 연구는 기업 속성 뿐 아니라 기술경영 전략이 기업의 연구개발 효과성이라는 기술혁신의 성과에 중요함을 밝힘으로써 기업의 연구개발 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시했다.

In order to enhance national science technology and to secure the origin of creative wealth, there is a need to offer accurate and high quality information with semantic technology. Semantic technology enables to significantly unify information and obtain the wanted information in an easier way. Also Semantic technology is a key technology of the next generation having great ripple effect on the whole of IT. In this paper, We analyze an economic ripple effects in terms of production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, import inducement effect, labor inducement effect of Semantic technology using an input-out analysis of the bank of Korea(2009). We also examine an economic propriety of Semantic technology.

In this study, the information and communication technology ICT companies, 312 companies, in order to analyze the impact of the effect of satisfaction on the Exhibition and Convention on the impact of Information and Communication Technology Exhibition and Convention satisfaction effects analysis by information and communication technology Convention e-Portal affect the infrastructure system, exhibition and Convention, Convention Industry competitiveness, Convention, Convention Tour Program components to satisfy Convention effect empirically the effect on information and Communications Technology exhibition and Convention industry Convention and satisfaction effects on were analyzed. A result was able to find that information and communication technology goods and technology, tourism technology infrastructure technologies program, e-portal system, industrial competitiveness and technology Exhibition and Convention of Effects. Exhibition and Convention ensure the effect of the base material and environmental factors, these factors determine the product development laid the foundation. Product type defined, you can see that affecting economic ripple effects and satisfaction. Exhibition and Convention can achieve the effect of information and communication technologies to reduce your operating costs.

Standard Industrial classification is a key factor of technology spillover effect. It is the result of the empirical study that is the IC(industrial classification) which influences the technology spillover effect by way of interaction term, or moderating effect combing independent variables and moderators. As relatively high technology industry is more important than the low counterpart in R&D management system. And the result of the study says that Government should support SME's considering the IC moderating effect and different subsidies which is appropriated to the SME's IC(industrial classification). This way of Government subsidy will improve the efficiency of industrial policy effect of SME's.

The Smart UAV is one of the 21st Century Frontier R&D Programs funded by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. This paper is to analyze the economic and technological effects of the Smart UAV project. Interindustry Analysis (Input-Output Analysis) is used, Overall, the total amount of economic effects is almost 13,000 billion won.

본 연구는 발전 기술이 다양한 우리나라 원자력 발전소들 사이의 운전 경험에 대한 정보가 원자력 발전소의 운전 성과에 미치는 효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 기존의 원자력 발전의 학습 효과 분석은 주로 단일 발전소를 대상으로 수행되었다. 그러나 어떤 발전소의 운전 경험이 운전 성과에 미치는 효과는 그 발전소에만 국한되는 것이 아니고 다른 발전소에도 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 발전소들 사이의 운전 경험에 대한 정보의 공유에 대한 분석이 요구된다. 그런데 모든 발전소의 운전 경험이 동일한 가치를 가지고 있다고 볼 수는 없다. 동일 부지와 동질적 발전 기술을 가진 발전소들 사이에는 운전 경험의 운전학습효과가 클 것이지만 다른 부지와 이질적 발전 기술의 발전소들 사이에는 운전 경험에 관한 정보의 공유 비용이 높을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 동질적 기술을 가지고 있는 발전소들 사이의 운전 정보의 공유가 대체적으로 더 활발한 것으로 분석되었으며 동일 부지에 있는 발전소들의 운전 경험이 운전 성과 향상에 미치는 효과가 큼을 알 수 있다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 예상과 일치하는 것으로 기존의 다양한 원자력 발전 기술의 도입이 발전소의 운전 성과 측면에서는 비효율적이었음을 지적하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of enterprise R&D investment on inter-industry technology spillover in Korea under the new Normal Era. In order to do this, we tested the effect of production inducement, backward and forward linkage effects, and the effect of technology spillover such as technology intensity effects and technology diffusion effects based on an input-output framework. The results show that the high index industries of the production inducement effect were professional, scientific and technical activities, manufacture of metal products, and general machinery. Some manufacturers of other non-metallic mineral products and transport equipment sectors appeared to have the strong effect of forward and backward linkages that were almost equivalent to high-tech manufacturing industries. In particular, the industries of professional, scientific and technical activities appeared to have the strong effect of both forward and backward linkages. Therefore, we need to drive a strong policy support to higher enterprise R&D investment in the those particular industries not only to increase global competitiveness, but also to widen up the technology spillover effect on other industries.

본 연구의 목적은 행동-감정 반영 중심의 공감기술 증진 부모훈련이 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동의 사회기술과 일상생활 기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 만 3세-7세의 남녀 35명이 참여하였고, 부모훈련은 주 2회씩 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 부모훈련의 내용구성은 사전검사와 전문가를 통한 내용타당도 검증을 실시한 후에 적용하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하였다. 부모교육 프로그램의 전과 후의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 통제집단 사전사후검사설계를 하였다. 효과검정은 ANCOVA를 하였다. 연구결과 부모훈련실시 후, 자페스펙트럼장애아동의 사회기술과 일상생활기능을 증진시키는데 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로 행동-반영중심의 공감기술증진 부모훈련은 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 사회기술과 일상생활 기능 증진에 효과가 있었다.
