본 연구의 목적은 우리나라도 초 고령화시대가 도래 하고 있다. 80세의 평균수명이 100세 까지 늘어나면서 인생을 바라보는 관점이 달라지고 있다. 평생직장이 아닌 평생 직업으로 바뀌면서 정년 후 무엇을 하며 어떻게 살아갈 것인가. 경찰관 역시 후반전 인생설계를 하지 않을 수가 없다. 그러나 실상은 격무에 시달리고 퇴직 준비를 제대로 못하며 임무가 산적된 경우가 경찰관의 다반사가 현 실태이다. 그러면 이와 관련된 창업의 전 단계를 알아보자"퇴직예정 경찰관에게 심리적 특성요소들이 창업의지에 미치는 영향"과 -경력지향성의 조절효과 중심으로, 이에 부합되도록 예비창업가의 심리적 특성요인에 변수 요소를 찾아보면 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 효능감, 창의성의 5가지 독립요소로 정리하고 창업의지를 종속 변수로 하여서 이들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 여부를 확인하고 마찬가지로 예비창업자 경력과 창업의지와 관계를 알아보며 경력지향성에 포함되는 요소들 관리, 사업, 안정, 기술, 자율지향성은 퇴직경찰관의 심리적 특성요인과 창업의지에 조절변수 요소들로 상관관계들을 검토해보기 위해서 연구모형과 가설을 세워본다. 또한 이를 위하여 검증단계로 현직경찰관 154명에 대한 설문지를 발송하였으며 접수가 완료되면 검증을 실시하기 위해 통계분석 처리를 할 예정이다. 첫째. 예비창업자의 개인적 특성으로 구성하는 요소들은 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 유능감 창의성은 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 둘째. 예비창업자의 경력이 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 예비창업자 경력 지향성에는 관리지향성 사업지향성 자율지향성 기술지향성 안정지향성은 심리적 특성과 창업의지에 조절효과로 정(+)의 관계로 영향을 미칠 것이다.

This research focuses on the case studies for operating scheme of technology venture incubation centers located at science parks, technology parks, and foreign universities. Technology venture incubation centers in foreign countries commonly vitalize local economy, create job markets, and promote new venture industry. There is a distinct difference in many ways between foreign and domestic incubation centers. Foreign countries consider the position of incubation centers at national policy level. They characterize the operation of incubation centers into technology fields. They install the networks cooperating with experts and promote the management. Tenant companies moved in incubation centers enhance the degree of completion through industry-university cooperation. Universities and research centers utilize the results of R&D to make the business, accelerate to venture establishment with technical skills, and foster technology entrepreneurs by spin-offs. Through case studies we propose implications helpful to manage domestic technology incubation centers and management methods to be successful centers.

In academia, lots of startup-related research are conducted to improve startup performance. Most of them are concerned with entrepreneur characteristics, capabilities, and entrepreneurship. In particular, self-efficacy of enterpreneur is emphasized to improve startup performance in addition to entrepreneurial capabilities. Thus, the main research objectives of this study are as follows. First, the impact of entrepreneur characteristics is investigated on self-efficacy and startup performance. Second, the moderating effects of business experience prior to startup and entrepreneurship education are analyzed between entrepreneur characteristics and self-efficacy. Finally, managerial strategies are suggested to maximize startup performance via self-efficacy. 274 samples were collected from independent startups. The proposed research model and 17 hypotheses were verified with structural equation modeling techenique. The empirical findings are as follows. First, psychological characteristics such as achievement desire and risk tolerance positively influenced on self-efficacy. Second, business experience prior to startup showed significant moderating effects on self-efficacy with technological and marketing capabilities. and entrepreneurship education. Third, entrepreneurship education showed significant moderating effects on self-efficacy with achievement desire, risk tolerance, technological and marketing capabilities.

The national Entrepreneurial policy of Start-up assists the young and college students to be raised as entrepreneur in various ways seeking solution for serious unemployment problem. Many young generation start-up a business without prior knowledge and experience in management that end up as a case of failure rather than success. Many young pre-entrepreneur are afraid of Start-up and hesitate or give up before start. Now many Entrepreneurship education contents and Entrepreneurship mentoring programs are being provided for pre-entrepreneur. Especially, Entrepreneurship mentoring programs's importance to ease off these fear and anxiety is recognized and Mentoring program's part and contents are being enhanced in Entrepreneurship education content. In this study, the influence of Entrepreneurship mentoring program to young and brilliant entrepreneur who wants to start a business will be explained. The function of Entrepreneurship mentoring to improvement of entrepreneurial capability will be anaylzed and by using the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and entrepreneurial capability, the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period is examined. The results of as regression analysis, the study found out the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring has a positive significant influence with entrepreneurial capability which means technological competence and creativity competence. For the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period, it is found out that the effect does not have a significant influence on the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and also technological competence, but on creativity competence, significant influence was found. However, after looking at the moderating effect that is considered to be related to entrepreneurial capability, for the function of mentoring only the effect on start-up preliminary period.

Domestic recessions, business restructurings, voluntary resignations and youth unemployment crises have fueled competition in the start-up market, and business start-up is increasingly incited as a means to make a living under circumstances. However, ill-prepared business start-ups result in bankruptcy. Profound knowledge and skills are required for successful start-up. A successful entrepreneur of a business is often not born but made. The purpose of this study was to examine the success factors of successful venture entrepreneurs in an effort to make some suggestions on entrepreneurship education. After the characteristics of the selected successful venture entrepreneurs were analyzed, 18 items were selected as their success factors, and the following six things were presented as what should be taken into account in relation to the competency of a successful entrepreneur: First, achievement-needs characteristics and goal-oriented characteristics that belong to the characteristics of entrepreneurs could be educationally taken advantage of in entrepreneurship education. Second, achievement-needs characteristics are an educational element of the preparatory stage, and goal-oriented characteristics are an educational element for business administration after starting a business. Third, hands-on experience is mandatory since learning by experience is quite important for entrepreneurs. Fourth, entrepreneurship education is more effective when it targets the younger generations. Fifth, the kind of educational support that is to assess the entrepreneurship of prospective entrepreneurs to help them improve their overall entrepreneurship is required. Finally, entrepreneurship education should be offered by a person with experience of setting up a business so that he or she could inform learners of their practical experience and knowhow.

정보통신기술(ICT - Information and Communications Technology)의 발달, 정부와 민간의 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 규모의 확대로 인해 혁신적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우수한 성과를 창출하는 스타트업들이 증가하고 있다. 이를 롤모델로 삼고 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자들도 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 성공을 경험으로 연쇄창업을 도전하는 창업자와 달리 초기 스타트업들은 팀원 채용, 기술 개발, 자금 유치 등 다양한 문제에 직면하게 된다. 엑셀러레이터는 스타트업들이 직면하게 되는 다양한 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 교육, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 네트워크 연계, 초기 투자 등의 활동을 통해 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 멘토와 투자자의 역할을 동시에 수행한다. 본 연구의 목적은 스타트업의 특성과 창업성과과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고, 엑셀러레이터의 역할이 스타트업의 창업성과에 매개역할을 하는지 분석 하는데 있다. 최근 국내에서는 다시 벤처 붐이 일어나고 있으며, 유니콘 기업의 양적 질적 증가, 정부 지원을 통한 초기 스타트업의 성과 등 창업생태계에서 의미 있는 지표들을 볼 수 있다. 스타트업의 성과와 관련된 지표들은 직/간접적으로 엑셀러레이터와 관련이 있으나, 그동안 국내에서 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 스타트업의 창업가의 기업가정신이나 창업가의 역량을 기반으로 주로 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 특성으로 대표되는 독립변수 혁신성, 조직 문화, 재무적 특성, 네트워크 지향성과 학습지향성이 종속변수인 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하며 매개변수인 엑셀러레이터의 역할의 효과를 확인하고자 한다.

The main point related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem is that in an environment where a good entrepreneurial ecosystem has been established, startup companies can generate good results. From this perspective, this study examined the perception of entrepreneurs regarding the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Daegu by conducting an analysis of importance and satisfaction towards the Daegu entrepreneurial ecosystem, using the results of the Innovation Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Establishment and Operation Project of the Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center, which is a key member of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The analysis results showed that the importance and satisfaction of the entrepreneurial infrastructure were classified as high, while the importance and satisfaction of finance (investment and support) and securing human resources were shown to be low. Based on the results of this study, we confirmed the perception of entrepreneurs regarding the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Daegu and provided implications for improving the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem and policy directions.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of entrepreneurs and organizations related to the initial investment stage of IT-based entrepreneurs. Specifically, we examine the effects of founder-related characteristics such as background and experience of founders on the initial investment stage and explore how the organizational characteristics such as finance, human, and technology resources affect initial investment of start-up enterprise. To accomplish this study purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on entrepreneurs who were actually invested by government, angel, and VC. A total of 295 data were used for hypothesis testing, and the hypothesis was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that founders who had experience of investment before or experienced in technology development had a significant influence on initial investment stage. In addition, it was confirmed that factors such as financial, human, and technology resources had significant positive effects on the initial investment stage. The results of this study make it possible to identify the competencies and characteristics required to attract investment to potential founders preparing for start-up in the future. It also provides information on how to formulate an effective human resource composition plan. Also, these results can be used as a basis for investment decision-making by providing investors with guidelines on investment selection criteria.
