The study examined the influence of character on adjustment to college life in focused on the mediating effects of interpersonal relationship 220 dental hygiene students located in G, J regions between July 23, August 20 in 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive, pearson correlation coefficient and regression in order to mediating interpersonal relationship using SPSS 18.0 program. The dental hygiene students got a mean 3.50 in character. Among the inferior factors of character, it got 3.55 knowing factor and 3.60 feeling factor and 3.38 behaving factor. Character was positively correlated with interpersonal relationship(r=.74, p<0.01) and with adjustment to college life(r=.63, p<0.01). Interpersonal relationship(r=.65, .69, .77, p<0.01) and had a positively correlation with adjustment to college life(r=.56, .56, .68, p<0.01) interpersonal relationship was positively correlated with adjustment to college life(r=.80, p<0.01). Interpersonal relationship had perfect mediating effects on the relationship between the two. The study suggest that the interpersonal relationship of the dental hygiene students did an surely mediating role between character and adjustment to college life.

Chinese xian-xia films is a new genre that occurred through the fusion of the genre of martial arts and fantasy. This study analyzed the development of xian-xia films and the space aesthetics of xian-xia films through the miseenscene of the journey to the west films. In particular, the space for xian-xia in the films is divided into the human, urinary, heaven world and the space of conflict. It looks like the fantastic Middle Earth that Tolkien presented, however it is discriminatory in that it shows a highly Chinese appearance and overlapping world centered on the natural environment (the world of Mountains and Livers), such as mountains, deserts, caves, and grasslands, which usually appears in traditional martial arts history. Resently, the boom of journey to the west films is regarded as the change of the Chinese film industry under the influence of the development of IP (Intellectual Property) industry and the western fantasy genre in the 21st century China. This change marks the birth of the new Chinese fantasy "xian-xia" genre with the spirit of the present era that transcends the original world of journey to the west through the hybridization of the genre.

To evaluate the usefulness of pediatric chest CT scans by comparing the dose, examination time, and image quality by applying Helical mode, High-pitch mode, and Volume Axial mode to minimize the radiation exposure and obtain high diagnostic value. Revolution (GE Healthcare, Wisconsin USA) was used to divide PBU-70 phantom into Helical mode, High-pitch mode, and Volume Axial mode. After acquiring images, ROI is set for each image, heart, bone, lung, and back-ground air, and the average value is obtained by measuring CT number (HU) and noise (SD). SNR and CNR were measured and compared with DLP values provided directly by the equipment. Determining statistical significance Statistical analysis was performed using ONE-WAY-ANAOVA using SPSS 21.0. In this experiment, it was possible to inspect at a short time without deterioration of image quality with the lowest dose when using volume axial mode. Although the detector coverage of 16 cm is limited to all pediatric chest CT scans, it is recommended to be actively used in pediatric patients, and further study is needed to apply other test sites in volume axial mode.

$21^{st}$ century is digitally civilized era. Technologies such as AI, Iot, Big Data, Mobile and etc makes this era digitally advanced. These advancement of the technology greatly impacted detection range of the radar. Human's eye sight can see about 20Km and hear 20 ~ 20000 Hz. These limitations can be overcome using radar. This radar technology is used in military, aircraft, ship, vehicle and etc. to replace human eye. However, radar technology is capable of making False Alarm Rate. This document will propose the fix of these problems. Radar's distortion includes beam refraction, diffraction and reflection. These inaccurate data result in deterioration of human judgements and my cause various casualties and damages. Radar goes through annual testing to test how many false alarm is being produced. Normal radar usually makes 10 to 20 False alarms. In emergency situation, if operator were to follow this false alarm, this might result in following false object or take 12 more seconds to follow the right object. This problem can be overcome by using different radar data from different places and angles. This helps reduces False Alarm rate and track the object twice as fast.

In the era of the rapid development of a tremendous number of new technologies and products, the emotional communication between products and users has become an important research topic. However, the user's emotional measurement methods have not been widely used in the field of product design. Besides, as an important space that can improve people's life quality and urban entertainment at the emotional level, seaside space also creates an atmosphere of frequent emotional communication among tourists, landscape and environmental facilities. To deduce the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of the experiential emotional measurement method in product design, this paper took the seaside seat users of Haeundae as the object and carried out the Self-report of the experiential emotional measurement method. Specifically, the experiment of Self-report was divided into two stages: prior survey and subsequent main investigation. Then the hypothesis was verified by using Bivariate Regression and Multiple Regression through SPSS. Furthermore, through the experiment of the Self-report, the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of experiential emotional measurement method in product design were derived. In the future, based on the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the experiential emotional measurement method derived in this study, it is expected to become the fundamental and reliable data for the development of emotional measurement methods that can be suitable for product design.

In this study, we examined the impact of empowering leadership on leader-member exchange(LMX), leader trust, and in-role behavior. The role of LMX and leader trust in the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior was verified. We surveyed 289 small and medium enterprises in Yangsan, Ulsan and Gyeongju city. SPSS 18.0 was used for overall descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis. AMOS 18.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis to confirm the validity of the research variables and to conduct a covariance structure analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The result of this study were as follows. First, empowering leadership has a significant effect on LMX, leader trust. Second, empowering leadership did not have a significant effect on in-role behavior. Third, LMX has a significant effect on leader trust and in-role behavior. Fourth, leader trust has a significant influence onin-role behavior. Finally, LMX and leader trust play a mediating role in the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the LMX and leader trust should be strengthened through the leader's empowering leadership in order to enhance the employee's in-role behavior.

It has been about 20 years since the English subject was formally taught in public elementary schools in Korea. The present research aims to analyze the studies regarding 'primary English' implemented in Korea during the time period. I have investigated 6,467 theses or research papers in total that were published in Korea with the help of the corpus programs Utagger and WordSmith Tools. The results show that for the last 20 years the number of overall studies appears to have increased since the year 1997, although the recent trend seems to be in recession. The research scope ranges from 'teaching-learning interaction' to 'curriculum' and 'assessment', which have been steadily investigated for 20 years. Furthermore, researchers sometimes appear to have followed the English education policy by conducting particular investigations like 'immersion program' or 'native English speaking teachers' in a certain time period. Recently, researchers started to have interest in the cutting-edge ICT. In conclusion, the academic field of 'primary English' in Korea has grown in quantity, and the spectrum of research areas has been expanded for the past 20 years. It is hoped that the results of this research will help set a new direction for future research.

Objectives : This study aimed to describe the use of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and to identify predictors for their use in the elderly living alone. Methods : This is a cross-sectional study that enrolled 1,099 subjects. Data regarding socio-demographic status, medical condition, cognition, mood disorder and use of OTC drugs were collected using self-administered questionnaire and from a specific semi-structured interview by a trained nurse. Data regarding use of OTC drugs were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Logistic regression analysis was applied to examine factors associated with the use of OTC drugs. Results : The use of OTC drugs were reported by 35.4% of the subjects. Analgesics (13.6%) was the most frequent drugs. Depression (OR=1.10, 95% CI=1.10-1.87) and comorbidities measured by cumulative illness rating scale (CIRS) (OR=1.08, 95% CI=1.03-1.12) were significantly associated with the use of OTC drugs in the elderly living alone. Conclusions : Depression and severity of underlying medical conditions could be a predictor of the use of OTC drugs in the elderly living alone. The clinicians should be vigilant regarding the potential use of nonprescription medications in the elderly.

The Study overviews the development process throughout the foundation procedure of the records centres of the urban Construction. The other purpose of the study is to look over the managing process of urban construction records in the Shanghai Municipal Urnan Construction Archives. As the late of 1950s in China, the principle was set up as the special work in every stage of the urban construction, differently general public records. so records centres is established at the agency where is in charge of the records of urban-construction that has managed the records of the urban-construction intensively and unitarily. During the Great Culture Revolution, while Records Management has ceased. after Revolution, Records management for urban construction developed unprecedentedly. As the 1980s in China, urban construction archives instead of records centres existing started to manage records of urban construction. urban construction archives was established at the 332 of 467 urban the whole country in the 1990s. Shanghai Municipal Urban Construction Archives founded in 1987 where has preserved urban construction records of 230,000 files by abiding by the Provisional Regulation of Management of Urban Construction Archives in Shanghai and other regulations. recently urban construction records management looks forward to new aspect. at first, Managing system setting up for affordable new environment (market economy, modernization of information disclosure)is core stage. second, developing the contents as well as managing records is important. finally making a profit is priority for records management.

Business organization have developed in close association with the society afterward. Moreover, under capitalism business archives, though they are created in private sector, have started to have public characteristics and be used in public domain beyond internal use in business organization. Records and Archives management at a corporate level increasingly become indispensible. Business organization can use archive management to improve job efficiency and customer service and to facilitate legal matters, marketing, advertising, property management, personnel management and publicity. Additionally, They can secure corporate identity and social reliability as well as transparency in management. This is turn helps secure corporate competitiveness to play as a medium for creating new profit, which will enhance corporate brands. The records and Archives management, which recently kicks off among business organization, are to collect scattered archives and seek systemic management through archives management systems. This study present ways to collect archives scattered before archives management systems were adopted according to archives management. As a prior investigation, the scope and characteristics of business archives are defined. Visit to business organization to collect data and interview with officials responsible were carried out as a preliminary investigation to conduce acquisition policy. Based on the results of the investigation, acquisition policy of Meritz was conducted. into internal and external collection activities, event collection activities. Value appraisal and display appraisal of archives were established as a appraisal policy for efficient management and utilization of collected business archives. This study takes the case of Metitz Fire & Marine Insurance Co, Ltd (Meritz) as a example to present ways to manage business archives specifically.
