지적 창의경영은 지식의 공유와 생성으로 나눌 수 있는 데, 지식 생성 분야에서 창의성 연구에서 나온 창의적 문제해결 방법론이다. 이 글에서는 공학 분야에 주로 사용되는 TRIZ 이론을 비공학 분야와 비즈니스 분야, 지적 창조경영의 지식 생성 분야에서 응용사례와 활용 가능성을 기술하였다. TRIZ는 공학분야의 전세계 특허와 기술혁신 사례들을 분석하여 개발하였으나, 이 창의적 문제해결 이론은 러시아 공산주의 사회라는 특수한 상황에서 개발되어서 경영과 비즈니스를 다루고 연구하는 일에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 러시아가 개방되면서 최근 TRIZ의 다양하고 강력한 기법들을 비공학 분야와 선진기업 경영이나 비즈니스에 접목시켜 연구되고 있다. TRIZ연구는 변화와 경쟁이 기본이라고 여겨지는 비지니스 활동에서 강력한 문제 해결능력과 아이디어를 가지도록 도와주고 있다. 이 글에서 비즈니스에서 성공과 실패라는 모순을 일으키는 문제를 고전적인 TRIZ의 모순 해소 매트릭스와 비슷한 비즈니스 매트릭스를 이용해서 해결되는 선진 기업의 창조적 경영 응용 사례를 살펴 보고 향후 활용 가능성을 연구하였다.

모든 기술은 인간사회의 여러 어려운 문제들을 해결해주고 있지만 동시에 환경 파괴, 인간성 파괴 등 대형 사로를 유발하고 있다. 그래서 엔지니어의 기술적 결정은 자연히 윤리적 판단을 동반하게 된다. 그러나 안타깝게도 우리 대학에서는 공학윤리교육이 전무한 실정이어서 이에 대한 대책이 절실하다.

South Korea has experienced various social problems during rapid economic development, and now attempts to address them through social economy and advanced technologies. This approach, however, requires comprehensive research on not only phenomenal issues but also their fundamental causes and regional/cultural contexts as Design Thinking Process does. This study aims to draw implications for applying Design Thinking Process into the entire process of solving social problems, from field research, idea refinement, and solution design. Limitations of Design Thinking-based social problem solving are also drawn through comparative analysis on various cases. In conclusion, the process of refining ideas and developing product/service can be utilized by social enterprises, ventures, NGOs, etc. as a guideline in addressing social problems.

최근 들어 사용자들이 실내에서도 유선 통신이 아닌 개인의 이동 통신 단말기를 이용하는 비율이 높아짐에 따라 실내에서 높은 데이터 전송률에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 실내에서의 음영 지역을 해결하기 위한 해결책의 하나로 펨토셀을 활용하는 방안이 제시되고 있으며 동시에 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 펨토셀의 개요 및 표준화 동향에 대해서 알아본다. 또한 이러한 펨토셀 구현에 있어서 해결되어야 하는 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 핵심적인 기술로 생각되고 있는 자기구성 기술에 대해서 알아보도록 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 서비스가 활성화됨에 따라, 불순한 목적으로 악용하는 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 특히 피싱 공격은 사회적인 문제로까지 확대되고 있으며, 대응방안 또한 대국민 교육 차원에서 전달되고 있다. 하지만, 새롭게 등장하는 액티브 피싱 공격은 기존의 대응방안으로는 해결할 수 없으며, 여러 보안 기술을 사용하더라도 해결할 수 없다는 점에서 심각하다. 본고는 액티브 피싱에 대한 소개와 함께, 기존의 대응방안과 여러 보안 기술들의 한계점을 제시한다. 그리고 액티브 피싱을 해결하기 위해 필요한 기술의 요구사항을 고찰한다.

This research proposes the technical solving method for blocking Internet harmful sites such as chatting and image chatting. For this, biometric verification using human front-faces is proposed. Also, signal processing method is proposed for blocking pornographic acts. Finally, the effectiveness of this paper is demostrated by experiments.

Technical regulations in the spatial information domain have been developed by a variety of independent organizations and raised inconsistent and overlapping problems with spatial information standards. Many research projects have been done to solve these problems but due to the difficulty of changing or modifying existing administrative regulations, almost nothing has happened for the harmonization. As a response to the fundamental problem, KATS (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards) recently switched the existing system to "trans- governmental participatory standard operation system" and the administrative change created an independent and consistent standard system in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The Ministry, as a part of the effort, established its own KSDI(Korean Spatial Data Infrastructure) Standard system. From this context this paper presents a redefinition of technical regulation for the harmonization with spatial information standards, an association model between the standards and regulations, and a maintenance methodology to solve the fore-mentioned problems.

트리즈에는 여러 가지 문제해결 방법론이 있다. 이들 방법론들 중에서 혁신으로 이어지는 해결책은 문제 속에 들어있는 모순을 해결하는 것이다. 트리즈의 적용 성공사례에서 모순 해결이 혁신으로 이어진 예는 너무도 많다. 본 연구에서는 문제 속에 들어있는 물리모순의 표현이 문제에 대한 근본 원인의 새로운 형태임을 밝힌다.

This study examined the relationship between the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability as well as the influencing factors the problem solving ability in nursing students. The data was collected from 422 nursing students of 4 colleges and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The mean score of the critical thinking disposition was $3.42{\pm}0.42$ and the problem solving ability was $3.84{\pm}0.50$. A significant positive correlation was observed between the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability. Multiple regression analysis showed that the predictors of the problem solving ability were the critical thinking disposition and interpersonal relationship. These findings suggest that there is a need to increase the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability in nursing students. These results should be reflected in an evaluation and development of the curriculum and learning method.
