암호모듈 검증제도 체계 개선방안 연구

  • 사물인터넷 시장의 엄청난 확대와 기술의 발전 및 융합에 따라 기존 ICT 환경은 급속도로 발전하여 새롭게 신 ICT 환경이 형성되고 있다. 하지만, 신 ICT 환경은 다양한 기술과 통신 환경 및 수많은 기기로 구성되어 공격자들의 공격 방법 및 공격 경로가 다양화 되고 있는 추세이며, 특히, 기존 ICT 환경에서 사용하던 암호 알고리즘을 그대로 차용하고 기존의 프로토콜 또한 그대로 사용하고 있다. 이에 정보보안제품의 무분별한 도입을 방지하고 국가 및 공공기관의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여, 유·무선 인터넷 환경에 적용 가능한 암호모듈을 검증 시험함으로써 정보보안 산업의 활성화에 기여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 암호 산업의 활성화를 위해 관련 암호 정책을 이끌어 나가는 암호모듈 검증제도의 발전을 위해 국내·외 암호모듈 검증제도의 비교 내용을 소개한다.

  • 우리가 살아가는 21 세기는 산업화시대와는 달리 급격한 경영환경의 변화 기술융합을 통한 끊임없는 신기술의 등장, 가치사슬의 변화, 프로세스(process)의 통합과 자동화로 인한 가격 등이 파괴되면서 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁의 시대로 접어들고 있다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화에 따라 지식의 창출 못지 않게 지석의 보호도 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 지식은 체계적인 관리 체계가 이루어지지 않아 담당자의 인사.이동 혹은 퇴직 등으로 인하여 축적된 업무지식이 개인과 함께 그 조직에서 사라져 지식경쟁력이 약화되는 현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 단위업무시스템을 통합하여 새롭게 구축된 지식관리시스템을 조기에 정착시키고 이를 활용하여 무형자산의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 $2002.12.01{\sim}2003.05.31$ 까지 6 개월 동안 지식관리시스템에 등록된 지식을 분석하여 지식경영을 활성화할 수 있는 방안과 미래사회의 핵심이 될 지석근로자를 양성할 수 있는 방안으로 자신의 능력을 극대화할 수 있는 3 가지 원리와 5 차원 전면교육학습법에 대하여 제시하였다.

  • In the 21st Century of the Knowledge-based Economy Internet's Openness, Globality, and Ease to access is the central axis to construct the new melting down and the development of the technology, industry. and culture. However it takes place the disordered ability in the information society. That is, to intrude personal privacy, unlawful actions, to circulate an illegal information, to encroach and to destroy information system, even to, to be in confusion society, national strategy, administration, economy, and military action. As conclusion, first, in this article it looks into and analyzes the information security technology and paradigm to prevent and to stop up criminal actions in the cyberspace. Second, this author propose an active planning of the information security and technology.

  • With the fast increment of fusion ICT(Information and Communication Technology), new creative tourism model is required for the revival of local economy. We come up with new frame that is able to increase tourists and revive local economy through ICT fusion such as spatial informaion, contents, game, smart phone, wearable device and wireless internet. In this paper, we propose 'Gamified Tourtainment Service Platform' that can be provided tourists with user custom tour guidance and gamified tour services for motivation, fun, contest, reward in the environment of outdoor. This platform is a kind of framework for creating and providing gamified creative tour services and a gateway for increasing tourist and reviving commercial local economy. We also propose the real tourtainment service application that is implemented with this platform and smart phone.

Derivation of Creative SW HRD Policy Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (계층분석을 활용한 창의적 SW인재양성 정책방향 도출)

  • The paradigm of SW industry has been rapidly changing into mobile and cloud technology environment. Research model based on PEST-SWOT analysis was employed to derive internal and external factors connected with PEST factors through analyzing the current status and problems of SW HRD system in Korea. Survey was conducted by 20 experts who are involved in SW companies, university, and R&D research institute using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model. The empirical result showed that SW fusion HRD, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, global education and exchange, and revitalization of SW venture ecosystem are derived as policy visions of SW HRD for smart industry ecosystem. Another findings are that SW fusion HRD, revitalization of SW venture ecosystem, Job Creation through revitalization of SW start-up, Creation of coexistence between SW large enterprises and SMEs, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, and global education and exchange are presented in order in terms of the importance of policy priority.

  • The Southeastern economic zone was centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing, but industrial changes and corona 19 caused the local economic downturn. This study presented the difficulties of companies related to the aviation specialization industry and suggested ways to revitalize the local economy in order to revitalize the local economy in the southeast region. First, aeronautical specialized parts companies need various support to improve the structural problems of passive industries. Second, the industry needs a systematic education system that develops products and technologies that meet international standards and conducts international certification education to support stable supply and demand of human resources by cultivating professional manpower for systematic project performance. Third, the industry needs financial and administrative support from the government to develop technologies and products that meet high standardization standards. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to systematically improve the limitations and difficulties of companies, such as finding and expanding customers of small and medium-sized companies and supporting investment for cost reduction.

  • Use of technology through utilization of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in field study area is rapidly increasing. Thus, when applying ICT to experiential education, apart from experiential education contents in simple form, the demand for new high quality contents is increasing considering change in education paradigm focusing on creativity. As a result, high quality interactive experiential education content for developing self-directed future talents is required. As a result of this, the development of ARD-based ICT experiential education content system that enhances learning effect of students by integrating ARD-based (Augmented Reality Display) ICT and experiential education to promote existence and immersion is being tested. This paper aims to improve efficacy and achieve vitalization through case analysis of AR-based ICT experiential education content. As a result of case analysis, the composition of content for improving education content included 1) constant securing and strengthening of experiential education content, 2) necessity for development of participating education content by diverse age groups, 3) development of differentiated ICT experiential education content, and 4) securing professional manpower and development of content in connection with education process. Therefore, with the efficacy of ARD-based ICT experiential education content, this study can first, enhance bond between students, second, enable self-directed learning, third, increase practical understanding in contents that were difficult to control by textbook contents, and fourth, increase interest and immersion in learning. Therefore, the contents on new converging technology that can maximize the development of constant content and cooperation between ICT technology and pedagogy for educating creativity and autonomy of ICT experiential education content.

Technology and Policy for Blockchain-based Spectrum Sharing (블록체인 기반의 전파 공유 기술과 전파 정책)

  • The restricted network or the unbalanced distribution of spectrum is causing the problems of lack of spectrum resources and deterioration of the service quality. In addition, the existing centralized radio sharing method has not been a fundamental solution for radio sharing and is inefficient in terms of cost, convenience, and security. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based spectrum sharing as a low-cost, trustworthy, high-efficiency platform that can distribute and share spectrum resources, and propose policies to realize this. In the spectrum sharing platform, spectrum information about Wi-Fi AP and LTE mobile hotspot is registered in the blockchain, and spectrum sharers and users can conclude peer-to-peer spectrum sharing contract quickly and efficiently through smart contract. The pay for the shared spectrum resources and reward for spectrum quality management open platform ecosystem to activate the circulation-sharing and it can provide a convenient and efficient public wireless infrastructure.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대 문화콘텐츠산업의 문화 재생산, 개발, 유통, 소비 흐름에 초점을 맞추어 문화라는 것이 어떠한 형태로 발전되어야 현재의 기술 융합에 하나의 콘텐츠로서 강점을 가지는지에 관하여 논의한 것이다. 이를 위해 전문종사자의 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 문화콘텐츠산업, 문화 재생산에 따른 4차 산업혁명 기술 융합에 새로운 요건과 다양한 발전 방향, 가치 창출, 반대급부 대응의 설계, 문화콘텐츠산업 개발 인식에 관하여 논의가 되었고, 개발되어진 문화콘텐츠산업의 유통과 마케팅의 상생방안에 관하여 집중적이면서 광범위한 활성화 방안 필요성을 인식하고 있었다.

  • Recently, various platforms utilizing blockchains have appeared. In order to develop the blockchain, it is required to improve related laws and institutions. In this respect, we analysis of the laws and systems related to domestic blockchains, draw out the limitations, and suggest directions for improvement. The research method was analyzed the literature and related laws through literature review. It is difficult to analyze the whole law and system at one time, so we examined the necessary laws and systems to revitalize the blockchain. It is confirmed that legal improvement is needed on the scope of electronic transactions and electronic financial transactions, electronic commerce, digital signatures, import and export, personal information protection, blockchain industry promotion and research. Through this, we expect a balanced development of effective blockchain revitalization and protection of national fundamental rights. Individual studies on the legal provisions and systems for each item in the future can be conducted.
