Currently, blockchain-based public cryptocurrency (hereinafter referred to as cryptocurrency) cannot acquire status as a currency for transaction due to the economic policies of each country, but it is used as an alternative currency transaction method due to individual circumstances of some Internet users. With this trend, it is predicted that such cryptocurrency can be used in real life beyond the Internet in the near future. In this paper, a technical method for designing a cryptocurrency payment system based on LoRaWAN that can easily build a wireless Internet network infrastructure at low cost as a way to activate the use of cryptocurrency in real life is presented based on the LoRaWAN standard.

최근 그린 에너지에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 기존 전력망에 IT 기술이 융합함으로써 보다 지능적으로 전력을 송 배전하고, 에너지를 효율적으로 사용하게 하는 스마트 그리드(지능형 전력망)에 대한 사업 추진이 급속하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 스마트 그리드는 그 대상이 전력망이라는 주요기반시설의 특성으로 인하여 보안의 고려가 표면적으로 드러나고있지 못한 상황이다. 이에 스마트 그리드 활성화의 동인으로써 스마트 그리드의 보안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되도록 하기 위해서, 본 연구에서는 스마트 그리드에서 보안 이슈 가운데 소비자 참여에 한정하여 그 세부 이슈와 더불어 대응방안을 고찰하도록 한다.

This paper represents the information security market, covering each area from individual solutions such as firewalls and IDS to embedded security and a more integrated approach to security. This paper examines not only the worldwide markets but also the Korean markets for information security products and services from 2002 through 2006. So, the purpose of this study is to forecast and analyze the present situation of Korean information security industry.

디지털 기술에 기반하여 출현한 DMB 방송서비스는 이동 TV 수신이라는 강력한 경쟁력을 보유하였으며, 아울러 CD 수준의 음질과 문자방송 수신이 가능한 방송 서비스이다. 국내에서는 DMB 서비스 제공을 위하여 방송법 개정이 논의되고 있으며, 2004년에 수도권을 대상으로 TV의 12번 채널(6MHz 대역)에 3개의 지상파 사업자 허가를 준비중에 있다. 또한 위성 DMB 부문에서는 사업자 차원에서 서비스가 준비되고 있다. 지상파 DMB 방송은 무료로 제공되며, 주로 광고 수익 등으로 운영되는 반면 제공되는 채널 수가 한정되어 있다. 그러나 위성 DMB 방송은 지상파에 비해 채널이 다양한 반면 월 일정액의 이용요금을 추가로 징수할 예정이다. DMB 서비스는 방송. 통신 융합시대를 이끌어 갈 주역으로, 방송 .통신 업계의 새로운 성장동력으로 평가받고 있다. 그러므로 DMB 서비스의 성공은 전후방 산업의 활성화를 통해 국민경제 파급효과가 클 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 DMB 서비스에 대하여 시장에서 요구하는 잠재적인 수요요인을 파악하기 위하여 잠재 소비자 1,000명에 대하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 경쟁 서비스에 대하여 DMB 서비스 포지셔닝(positioning)을 시도하였으며, DMB에 대한 홍보활동의 필요성, 콘텐츠에 대한 수용도, 사업자의 초기 시장진입 전략 등을 제안하였다.

최근 스마트 기기는 결제, 할인쿠폰 등 각종 기능을 제공하는 수단으로 진화되면서 통신과 금융이 융합된 모바일 NFC 서비스 시장이 급성장하고 있다. 특히 모바일 NFC 결제 서비스 시장의 활성화가 예상됨에 따라 보안의 중요성은 점점 커지고 있지만 현재 이를 주도할 수 있는 보안 관련 기술력은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC를 이용한 결제 시 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 NFC-USIM 인증서를 이용한 전자 결제 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 NFC 보안시 발생할 수 있는 도청(Eavesdropping), 데이터 수정(Data Modification), 데이터 삽입(Data Insertion)등에 대비하기 위해 NFC-USIM 인증서를 이용한 모바일 인증 프로토콜을 제안함으로써 안전하고 효율적인 모바일 보안 결제 서비스가 가능하도록 한다.

세계 S/W시장은 연 평균 7.3%의 성장률을 보이며 꾸준히 성장해 왔지만 국내 S/W산업은 시장의 구조적인 문제로 인해 소프트웨어 선진국에 비해 취약한 경쟁력을 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 국가산업 발전에 막대한 영향을 끼치는 S/W 산업 육성전략과 정책이 필요한 시점이며, 본 논문에서는 국내외 소프트웨어 시장 현황을 통해 국내S/W산업의 강점과 약점을 분석하고 국내 S/W산업 육성을 위한 정책 및 발전방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 국내 S/W산업의 구조는 내수시장 중심, 글로벌 시장 진출 미흡, 기술 장벽이 낮은 저부가가치 S/W산업으로 그 체질적 한계를 보이고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 국내 S/W산업 발전전략으로는 인증제도 활성화 기반 마련, S/W전문인력 양성 프로그램의 다변화 등의 추진 전략을 제시하였다.

최근 COVID - 19로 인하여 다양한 수업방식이 활성화됨에 따라 비대면 수업방식이 주목받고 있다. 컨텐츠에 대한 소비패턴 변화와 가상융합기술이 발전함에 따라 해결책으로 메타버스가 대두되었으며 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하고 사용자가 가장 많은 마인크래프트 이용하였다. 마인크래프트는 사용자의 자유도가 높은 샌드박스 형식의 게임이다. 마인크래프트를 활용하여 메타버스 내에서 실시간 수업, 체육대회 등 실제와 유사한 활동을 바탕으로 구현함으로써 보다 친근한 메타버스를 제작하였다.

The development of technology has achieved digital innovation throughout the media industry, including production techniques and editing technologies, and has brought diversity in the form of consumer viewing through the OTT service and streaming era. The convergence of big data and deep learning networks automatically generated text in format such as news articles, novels, and scripts, but there were insufficient studies that reflected the author's intention and generated story with contextually smooth. In this paper, we describe the flow of pictures in the storyboard with image caption generation techniques, and the automatic generation of story-tailored scenarios through language models. Image caption using CNN and Attention Mechanism, we generate sentences describing pictures on the storyboard, and input the generated sentences into the artificial intelligence natural language processing model KoGPT-2 in order to automatically generate scenarios that meet the planning intention. Through this paper, the author's intention and story customized scenarios are created in large quantities to alleviate the pain of content creation, and artificial intelligence participates in the overall process of digital content production to activate media intelligence.

The Patient Safety Act was enacted on July 26, 2016. Patient safety law is a method to prevent harm by collecting and accumulating various errors through the reporting system. Therefore, in order for this law to be successfully implemented, it is necessary to vitalize 'the autonomous reporting and reporting learning system of patient safety accidents'. And In order for this system to be activated, a large amount of reporting data accumulation is a prerequisite. Nevertheless, there were only two reports in about 17 months. In this paper, I will criticize the validity of the current autonomous reporting system and the two proposed amendments, I would like to propose the introduction of a partial obligation reporting system.

The reading activity of university students is the key element for the cultivation of creative human resources, and each university develops and performs the various cultural education and library program. Actually, the university libraries check the service periodically through library satisfaction surveys and the library user's actual condition survey to improve it, but the amount of reading, number of books lent and the rate of borrowers are still under expectation. Therefore, in this research, an in-depth analysis of lending books data for freshmen, as the service improvement and revitalization measures of university libraries for students, suggested the following: (1) the early education for the library users, (2) the opening of the students-participating library collections, (3) the use of the data using a library for the consulting with students (4) the establishment of the library depositary for education support, and (5) the introduction of the library CRM for individual student. Through this result, it would be substantially helpful for each university library (including two-year college), in which the number of lending books and the rate of borrowers are below expectations.
