In smart cities around the world, urban environments have become more convenient due to information and communication technology(ICT). However, extant studies reveal that the level of life satisfaction of citizens has not improved compared to that of the pre-smart city and citizens are skeptical about the role of the smart city. This is largely because local culture and needs were neglected during the planing and development of the smart city. The research was conducted on Cambodia as a pilot site and our findings indicate that middle age group's population is significantly small and the society is at risk of losing its culture. Therefore, this paper opens up various ways of embedding cultural programs using technology in order to pass down cultural heritage to young generation, provide an emotional attachment to the inhabitants and further build up a new phase of cultural legacy. This will engender cultural uniqueness to the city and intrigue tourists around the world resulting in the growth of the tourist industry. This research will contribute locally by providing a sense of community to the public and globally by suggesting applicable methodology to other cities that are under the similar context.

For recently training the creative convergence talents, 'art education' is being greatly noted at home and abroad. In the meantime, this art education, which is being paid attention now as the educational trend of 'new alternative' in international society, has great difference in the aspect of objective, contents, and an operating method from the traditional art education in the past. Accordingly, this study analyzed and introduced the international art-education trend in a new concept, pointed out problems of art education as a part of activating the art education at elementary and middle schools, which is being driven now by the government, and of the integrated art education in the science technology field like STEAM, and suggested the desirable art-education orientation direction of satisfying the historical and social needs hereafter.

최근 비정상적인 네트워크 활동 감지 및 네트워크 서비스 프로비저닝과 같은 다양한 분야에서 응용되는 네트워크 트래픽 예측 기술이 네트워크 통신 문제에 의한 트래픽의 결측 및 네트워크 유저의 불규칙한 활동에 의한 비선형 특성 때문에 발생하는 성능 저하를 극복하기 위해 딥러닝 신경망에 대한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 이 딥러닝 신경망 중 시계열 딥러닝 신경망은 단기 네트워크 트래픽 볼륨을 예측할 때 낮은 오류율을 보인다. 하지만, 시계열 딥러닝 신경망은 기울기 소멸 및 폭발과 같은 비선형성, 다중 계절성 및 장기적 의존성 문제와 같은 한계를 보여준다. 이 논문에서는 계절성 임베딩을 고려한 주의 신경망 기반 트래픽 예측 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 STL 분해 기법을 통해 분해된 트래픽 트랜드, 계절성, 잔차를 이용하여 일별 및 주별 계절성을 임베딩하고 이를 주의 신경망을 기반으로 향후 트래픽을 예측한다.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.

최근 스마트 기기는 결제, 할인쿠폰 등 각종 기능을 제공하는 수단으로 진화되면서 통신과 금융이 융합된 모바일 NFC 서비스의 시장이 급성장할 것으로 전망되고 있다. NFC의 이와 같은 속성은 모바일 쿠폰을 사용하기 위한 환경에 매우 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 현재 NFC 기반의 쿠폰 서비스를 위한 관련 보안 기술 및 관련 연구가 미진한 상태이다. 특히 NFC 서비스 활성화 동향을 ?기 바쁜 국내 업체들은 검증되지 않은 다양한 서비스를 내놓으며 서비스 활성화에 열을 올리고 있으며 이는 NFC 기반 쿠폰 서비스 사용의 증가에 따른 다양한 보안상 침해요소에 대해 대처하기 힘들 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 연산능력이 떨어지는 NFC 태그를 이용한 Schnorr 기반의 사용자 인증 기법에 대하여 제안한다.

스마트폰, 스마트 패드, 스마트TV 등 다양한 스마트 기기들의 이용이 급격히 활성화 되면서 스마트미디어 산업이 중요한 자리매김을 하고 있다. 특히, 방송망과 인터넷을 결합한 스마트 TV의 도입으로 멀티플랫폼을 이용하여 융합 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하기 위한 하이브리드 미디어 기술이 중요하게 이슈화되고 있다. 하이브리드 미디어 기술은 방송망, 인터넷, 모바일망 등의 다양한 서비스 플랫폼들을 이용하여 콘텐츠 생성, 전달, 소비의 모든 프레임워크에 관련된 중요한 기술이다. 본고에서는 하이브리드 미디어 기술의 개념 및 의미에 대해 살펴보고, 하이브리드 미디어 기술을 이용한 다양한 응용서비스에 대해 설명한다.

스마트시대는 전 산업분야, 더 나아가 사회 전반에 IT가 활용, 재생산되어 인류 삶의 질을 보다 향상시키는 시대로 정의할 수 있다. 이를 위한 기술(스마트 기술)의 혁신은 타산업과의 융합은 물론, IT산업발전을 위한 총체적(holistic)접근이 요구되며, 단기적이고 금전적인 성과를 지향하기 보다는 비금전적(non-financial)이며, 사회성과 등 미래 성과를 지향하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 스마트시대 기술 진화방향을 생태계(CPND) 활성화 차원에서 조망하고, 혁신을 위한 R&D 전략을 기술도메인의 발굴 및 선택을 위한 기획전략, 효과적 성과창출을 위한 수행전략 그리고 효율성 제고를 위한 성과 활용전략으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 즉, 미래 스마트시대에 부합하는 기술혁신을 견인하기 위해서는 물리적 공간/아날로그적 형식에서 가상(Virtual) 공간/디지털 형식으로, 폐쇄적 플랫폼에서 개방형 플랫폼으로, 음성/데이터중심에서 지능화된 디바이스로, 대인통신에서 사물통신으로 진화하는 메가트렌드를 고려하여, 지향점에 따른 차별적 기획체계 구축, 다양한 가치생성방식의 활용, 성과극대화형 R&D 수행방식 수립, 그리고 특허경영과 같은 활용체계 구축 등의 R&D 전략이 필요함을 제시하였다.

The importance of Industrial Security is continuously growing along with the rapid development of convergence technologies. Accordingly, it is expected for the gap between the supply and demand of industrial security professional personnel to grow every year. In order to reduce the supply and demand of industrial security, it is important to not only train professional qualifications but at the same time, secure a professional qualification acquisitor. In this regard, South Korea has introduced the Industrial Security Expert qualification as a non-governmental qualifications ince 2010. From 2017, promoted as nation-certified qualification and has supported activities as expert in industrials ecurity field. However, it is reality that Industrial Security Expert qualification has not yet to be recognized as professional qualification in the field of industry, have low rate of utilization as academic research is also shown the sign of stagnation. Based on these background, this research set goal in deducing a activation method for industrial security professional qualification concentrating on Industrial Security Expert qualification. The analysis on operation condition of Industrial Security Expert qualification and related precedent research was conducted and raised four types of activation method, which are organizational aspect, certification system improvement and operation aspect, certification acquisitors' utilization aspect and professionalism enhancement aspect.

This study examined the current state of fitness IT which are commercially available, and proposed the prospect and promoting plans for fitness IT. Latest wearable smart market has been reorganized into smart watch market and fitness tracker market. Fitness trackers which are typical devices of fitness IT technology has developed various types of such as watch, band, clothes, glasses, and lens. Until now, the most popular type of fitness tracker are watch and band including clip, necklace, hair band etc.. Also Apple and Google referred to as the two major axes of mobile platform has provided a health-related platform such as "Healthkit" and "Google Fit" for preoccupying the fitness business. The view of the fitness IT has seen a continuous growth trend considering smaller and lighter of fitness-related wearable device. To continuous growth and promote of fitness IT, it is expected to require mash-up a variety of fitness applications and services, ensuring the convenience of user experience, design and resonable price.

Geographical Identification (GI) regulation is not common in Korea. Although studies on the regulation recently have been conducted, there is a lack of academic discussion about its domestic introduction and activation plan. GI regulation has advantages in terms of activation of local industry, consumer protection, and economic efficiency. Moreover, the quality of agricultural and marine products in Korea is not lower than that in Europe to apply GI regulation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the regulation in Korea through the review of the reference cases. This study examines the status of GI regulation and policies in Korea and foreign countries for the protection of domestic liquor industry. This study also provides suggestions to achieve the growth of domestic Makgeolli through GI regulation as if the liquors representing a country such as French wine, Japanese sake, and German beer are being loved around the world.
