A Study on the Influence of Knowledge Management Strategy and Knowledge Management Decision Factors by Knowledge Management Type on Knowledge Activities (지식경영 유형별 지식경영전략과 지식경영결정요인이 지식활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

  • 많은 기업들이 IT 인력의 역량개발의 방법의 일환으로 교육훈련을 실시하게 되는데 이의 효과를 높이기 위해서 IT 직무의 기술기반 정립과 관리가 필요하다. 하지만 IT 인력의 교육이 여타 다른 인력의 교육체계와 다른 특성을 보이고 있음에도 불구하고, IT 인력의 교육체계수립에 대해 이런 특성을 반영한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 IT 인력의 교육체계를 수립하고 그 운영방안을 제도화하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 그것을 사례 연구를 통하여 비교해 보고자 한다.

  • I conducted structural model analysis which is considered the influence of "government policy and micro-enterprise manager's characteristics" on management performance through effective analysis on governmental policy for micro-enterprise funding, training and consulting support. This study results showed characteristics of micro-enterprise manager and government policy significant to management performance. In the structural model, significant independent variables are customer's accessibility, promotion availability, goods mobility, customer attractive ability, effectiveness of funding, size of supported training, and effectiveness of training and satisfaction of supported consulting size.

  • To enhance the competitiveness of the engineering college through cultivating market-oriented engineering students and to overcome the current 'science/engineering evasion' phenomena, this study proposes an engineering-management course and a strategy for its design and operation. Management ability and leadership is now a necessity for engineering students who will lead the society with their innovative science technology, yet such capacities can only be enhanced by providing a well organized engineering-management program. This study intends to introduce and propose development plans for Yonsei University College of Engineering's 'Techno-Yonsei' undergraduate engineering-management program. CEO's with an engineering background are increasing and in a society where cutting-edge technology is regarded as an invaluable asset, and where development and application of such technology is recognized as the key to securing competitiveness, the roles of 'engineering minded' CEO's are becoming indispensable. This study is significant in that it presents both the need and solution for a market-oriented engineering-management program in accordance to the social demands.

  • 한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대) 창업보육센터에서는 대학의 산학협동 정책의 일환인 교수 현장연구학기제, 중소기업기술애로지도 둥의 제도와 연계를 토대로 입주업체의 기술 및 경영 지원을 실시하고 있다 특히 보육닥터제도란 대학의 고급인력(교수, 대학원생)을 활용하여 창업보육센터에 입주한 업체에 대한 기술지도 및 경영지도를 실시하는 것을 말하며, 보육사업을 효율적으로 지원하는데 그 목적이 있다 하겠다. 대학이 갖춘 양질의 고급기술인력과 제도를 적절히 활용한다면 향후 그 효과 및 성과가 기대되며, 또한 보육닥터제의 운영방안과 방법들에 대하여 고찰하여 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

  • Identifying the skill sets that are needed for SA is very important to business schools as well as business organizations. The tremendous speed of technological advances like the Internet always require academic researchers to periodically review the skills for obsolescence as well as identify new skills needed. In this paper,we attempt to compare the skills that are required for SAs in our textbook with those skills that are mentioned in a letter of an entry level SA who has just graduated and been working for a large corporation.

  • 21세기에 기업의 운명을 결정짓는 것은 기업문화이다. 바람직한 기업문화는 훌륭한 일터를 만들기 위한 전제조건이다. 그런 까닭에 오늘날 대부분의 기업들이 각사 특성에 적합한 바람직한 기업문화 정착에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 성마기업(주)이 그렇다. 성마기업은 투명경영을 통해 임직원 모두 주인의식으로 무장하고 있으며 소통하는 기업문화를 갖고 있다. 또 매년 전직원이 모여서 교육을 실시한다. 성마기업은 지난 1월 13일 오후 1시부터 15일 오후 6시까지 인천광역시 소재 건설기술교육원에서 60여명의 전 직원이 참석한 가운데 2박 3일간 직무능력 향상 교육을 실시했다. 이 교육에 예외란 없다. 본사를 비롯, 전국에 있는 현장의 모든 직원들이 참석하여 교육을 받는다. 2박 3일간 일정 중 교육시간은 약 20~24시간이며 1인당 30만원 정도(강사교, 교재, 숙식비 포함) 비용이 든다. 이 중 1인당 10만원 정도는 고용보험료로 환급받을 수 있다. 단, 교육 내용이 업무와 연관없는 과목은 환급에서 제외된다. 본지는 지난 2월호에 게재된 '2016년 성마기업 직무능력 향상 교육'에 이어 이번호에는 성마기업이 지난해 실시한 경영컨설팅의 주요 결과에 대해 게재한다.

Effect of single-person beauty company's managerial capabilities on management performance -Focusing on the moderating effects of beauty education institutions- (1인 미용기업 경영자 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -미용교육기관의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study checks how the managerial competency of a single beauty company affects management performance, and the managerial competency of a single beauty company has a moderating effect of a beauty education institution between management performance and presents related implications. As for the survey for the study, direct surveys and online surveys were conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2021, and a total of 218 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the managerial competence of a single beauty company was divided into three factors: psychological characteristics, technical characteristics, and management ability, and all factors influenced management performance. In addition, it was analyzed that the managerial competency of a single beauty company in beauty education institutions has a moderating effect in the relationship between management performance. Therefore, managers of single-person beauty companies should make various efforts to improve managerial capabilities that affect management performance, and above all, it is important to select educational institutions necessary for each reverse direction.
