The author treated a case with combined male erectile disorder and hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Treatment consisted of concurrent psychotherapy, sex therapy, and self-hypnosis lasting 9 months. I suggest that psychotherapy is essential for the treatment of sexual desire disorder especially complicated with deep-seated psychological conflicts, in addition, it is necessary to apply various strategies flexibly in according to the patients' need. I have experienced that self-hypnosis is tremendously useful in the enhancing sexual fantasy and for the arousal of psychological pleasure as well as the maintenance of erection in the phase of sexual excitement.

2020년 자동차산업의 핵심 키워드는 새로운 교통수단과 이동 서비스를 제공함으로써 새로운 비즈니스의 기회를 창출해야 하는 '이동성의 재발견', 글로벌시장의 다양한 소비자에게 신속하고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 모색해야 하는 '전방위적 유연성', 미래사회 산업의 패러다임 변화에 대응하기 위해 자동차업체 이외의 new players의 참여를 유도하고 공존할 수 있는 열린 산업문화를 구축해야 하는 '소통과 협력', 미래경쟁력 확보를 위해 핵심기술의 선점과 상품화 노력을 강화해야 하는 '첨단기술의 융합'으로 요약할 수 있다. 그리고 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력은 자동차 자체를 만드는 기술력 보다는 융합기술을 접목한 신서비스의 소비자 니즈 충족이 관건인 점을 감안할 때, 최근에 관심이 집중되고 있는 스마트카에 대한 적극적인 대처가 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 확보하고 우리나라 자동차산업의 지속 성장을 보장할 수 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 스마트카는 운전자 지원이 중요하고 운전자 수용성, 사회적 수용성, 산업적 수용성의 기본원칙을 만족해야 하며 여기서 운전자 지원의 형태로는 인식의 지원, 판단의 지원, 조작의 지원을 그리고 지원의 기능으로는 크게 지각기능의 확대, 정보제공, 경보, 사고회피 지원제어, 운전부하 경감제어를 들 수 있다. 운전자 수용성이란 스마트카의 다양한 기능들이 가능한한 운전자에게 쉽게 전달되어야 하고 운전자가 이들 기능들을 과신하여 의존하는 일이 발생해서는 안된다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 스마트카의 기능은 어떤 조건에서 효과가 어느 정도로 기대될까를 분명히 정해둘 필요가 있다. 즉 사회적 측면에서의 표준화, 법규화가 병행되어야 함을 의미하고 이것이 사회적 수용성이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 산업적 수용성이란 자동차 산업은 기존 사업을 지속 성장시키고 new players에게는 새로운 사업에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 정당하게 주어져야 함을 의미한다.

디지탈서명 알고리즘은 정보보호를 위한 필수적 조건이며 금년에 발표된 전산망보급확장과 이용 촉진에 관한 법률의 개정안에도 전자문서의 법적효력을 인정하고있고, 전자서명이 들어가야 함을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 따라서, 디지탈서명의 국가표준화가 시급해졌다. 이러한 때에 '94년부터 한국전자통신연구소 정보통신 표준 연구센터의 지원을 받아 디지탈서명 표준화가 진행되고 있는 것은 다행한 일이라 하겠다. 작년의 결과인 "부가형 디지탈서명 방식 - 제 1부 : 기본구조 및 모델"이 한국통신기술협회(TTA)를 통하여 한국전기통신 표준(KCS)으로 올려져 금년안에 국가 표준화를 목적으로 작업이 진행되고 있다. 올해에는 지난9월 표준안 발표회를 통하여 "부가형 디지탈서명 방식 표준(안) - 제 2부 확인서 이용 디지탈서명 알고리즘'이 발표되었다. 본 원고는 발표되었던 내용에 논의된 사항들을 반영하여 수정한 후 정리한 것이다. 본 표준안은 보완되어 11월 말에 한국전기통신 표준(KCS)으로 올려질 예정이다. 본문에서는 표준안으로 제안된 디지탈서명 알고리즘을 기술하였고, 부기에서는 알고리즘 수행시 유의점과 요구되는 부분함수들의 예를 기술하였다.분함수들의 예를 기술하였다.

WTO 세계무역기구의 발족과 더불어 국가간의 개방과 정책에 따라 건설시장은 물론 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 새로운 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 건축 관련 부분은 민간사업뿐 아니고 정부 조달시장까지도 개방되어 정부부처나 지방 자치단체에서 구매하는 물품(설계 및 시공 포함)에 외국업체가 참여하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 건축 설계의 경우 "서비스 무역에 관한 일반 협정"에 의해 원칙적인 기준만 체결되어 있을 뿐 상호인증에 관한 세부사항은 서로의 제도가 동일하거나 합의한 나라를 제외하고는 당사국간의 상이한 제도와 운영체제로 인하여 실용화되고 있지 않고 있다. 국내에서는 지난 4년간 "국가를 상대로 하는 계약에 관한 법률"을 제정하고 건설제도 기획단을 운영하여 시장개방에 대처해 왔으나 국제적인 건축 설계 관련 단체인 UIA와는 의견 교환이 없었다. 특히 상호인증에 따른 기본 요건으로 대두되고 있는 건축교육, 실습 및 훈련, 건축사 자격 등에 대한 우리의 입장을 정리하여 국제적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있으며 건축설계 관련자들에게 매우 중요한 관심사의 하나로 되어 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 논의하기 위해 국제건축가연맹(UIA)에서는 용역실무협의회를 설치하여 이미 2년여에 걸쳐 인정방법에 대한 세부사항을 검토하고 있으며, 올해(6월) 북경 총회에서 상호인정 표준안을 공포할 예정이다. 이와 관련하여 건축3단체(대한건축사협회, 대한건축학회, 한국건축가협회)주관으로 건축사자격 상호인정에 대한 공동 대응책을 논의하고자 건축계와 정부가 함께 참석하여 토론회를 개최한 바 있으며, 또한 본협회 국제위원회에서 한국측을 대표하여 지난 98년 12월에 열린 UIA 용역실무위원회(PPC)에 참석하여 상호인정에 대한 우리측 입장을 개진한 바 있다. 이에 본지에서는 문호 개방에 따른 한국건축의 현안에 대한 현실적이고 구체적인 문제점이 검토되고 아울러 우리 건축계의 입장 정리와 실질적인 의견을 수렴하고자 UIA 국제 표준안 전문에 이어 부록을 정리하여 게재한다

This study is aimed to develop standard metadata model and develop elements and present the importance of oral history archives that contrast with literature history. The study analyzed standard metadata description elements that can express contents and forms of oral history archives as information. Furthermore, it designed Project, Management, Record, and metadata modeling as a Related record domain for the sake of building digital oral archives. Finally, the study gave shape to real oral history archives based on basic elements, details, and design principles of division elements.

$\ulcorner$수변 복원 (水邊 復元), stream restoration)$\lrcorner$은 미 연방정부의 관련 기관들이 공동으로 참여하여 1998년 10월 발간한 하천과 그 연변의 복원을 위한 종합적인 가이드라인이다. 이 책은 “원칙, 과정, 실무”라는 부제가 붙어 있다. 이 책의 제작 취지는 연방 정보의 범 기관 차원에서 전국에 악화 되가는 하천과 그 연변을 복원하는데 있어 실무자들에게 개념적, 방법적, 기술적 가이드라인을 제공하는 것이다. 이 가이드라인의 제작에 참여한 기관은 농무성, 환경청, 상무성, 국방성(공병단), 내무성 등 15개 기관이다. 이를 위하여 각 기관에서 양해 각서를 조인하여 하천 기술자들은 물론, 생물, 생태, 조경, 하천 형태 등 관련 100명 이상의 전문가들이 ‘연방기관 수변복원 실무그룹’을 구성하여 추진하였다. 이 가이드라인 구조는 3부와 9장, 그리고 부록으로 구성되어 있으며, 원색사진과 그림을 강조하며 추후 수정보완을 위해 바인더로 만들어졌다. 이 가이드라인은 기본적으로 손상이 된 하천의 복원 설계보다는 손상이 안된 하천의 구조와 기능 이해에 더 중점을 두었다. 따라서 이 것 하나만으로 하천 복원에 관한 모든 기술적 지식을 얻기는 어렵다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 가이드라인 제작팀의 규모와 노력 등을 고려할 때 당분간 미국은 물론 세계적으로 하천 복원과 자연형 하천공법등의 실무에 상당한 기여을 할 것으로 보인다.

The basis principle of conservation about deterioration and corrosion of cultural assets building is the archetype maintenance, and should not make a factitious damage mistake by repair. Accordingly, conservation processing method using synthetic resins is embossed. The purpose of this paper is about flexural capacity of rectangular section wood using synthetic resins, the 11 specimens are manufactured and made an experiment about reinforcement length, ratio, material strength, direction of synthetic resins as variable. The results of this paper has shown that flexural reinforcement of wood by synthetic resins are efficient and found the possibility of using.

This program could be made in C++ programming language and Unified Modeling Language to implement various font. font-expanding and condensing, alternative printing.
