디지털 기술의 급속한 발전에 의한 디지털 방송의 도입은 방송환경에 커다란 변혁을 초래하고 있다. 기술의 발전은 방송, 통신, 컴퓨터를 융합시킨 새로운 미디어 서비스를 등장시키고 있으며, 이러한 미디어의 융합은 지금까지 독자적인 영역에서 발전하여 오던 각각의 미디어들이 가지고 있는 한계성 또는 단점을 상호보완적으로 개선함으로써 서비스 능력을 대폭적으로 향상시키는 방향으로 전개되고 있다. 이와같은 디지털 시대의 대변혁은 멀티미디어 서비스를 그 중심축으로 하고 있으며, 이른바 방송통신 융합시대의 경쟁력 있는 서비스를 도입하기 위한 미디어간, 국가간의 경계영역을 초월한 글로벌 경쟁체제가 급속히 진전되어 가고 있다. 이와 같은 미디어의 융합 현상에 따라 제작 환경도 새로운 디지털 방송 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하도록 전환되어야 한다. 디지털 방송의 특징인 고품질 및 다채널 시대를 맞아 방송 콘텐츠의 재활용도를 높이는 것은 매우 중요하며, 데이터 방송, 인터넷 방송 등 다양한 기능의 서비스를 도입하기 위해선 제작 체계의 개선이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 제작 환경에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 컴퓨터 기반의 제작 환경 구축에 핵심 요소인 넌리니어 편집시스템과 방송 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하고 재활용할 수 있는 디지털 아카이브에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 테이프 대신 하드디스크를 기록 매체로 하는 넌리니어(non-linear) 시스템의 등장에 따라 방송 프로그램 제작에 대한 새로운 개념의 정립이 필요하게 되었으며, 이를 근간으로 하는 새로운 프로그램 제작환경, 즉 네트워크에 의해 컴퓨터와 데이터베이스를 연결하여 제작으로부터 송출가지 통합관리가 가능한 새로운 방송 프로그램 제작환경, 이른바 멀티미디어 제작환경을 구축하는 것이 디지털 방송 시대의 방송 사업자에게 가장 중요한 과제중의 하나가 되었다. 멀티미디어 제작환경을 구축함으로써 영상, 음성 및 다양한 부가 데이터를 포함하는 멀티미디어 프로그램을 편리하게 제작할 수 있으며, 데이터베이스로부터 필요한 영상 이미지를 자유롭게 합성, 조작하는 등, 매우 다양하고 편리한 제작기법을 활용할 수 있다. 또한 멀티미디어를 응용한 제작 분야로서 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술은 방송의 사전제작에 커다란 기여를 하고 있으며, 이미 선거방송을 비롯한 여러가지 프로그램은 가상스튜디오와 가상캐릭터 기술을 활용하여 제작하고 있다. 방송사업자는 이러한 멀티미디어 제작시스템을 근간으로 영상검색, 영상 합성, 스크립트 편집, 가상현실 응용 등 고도의 제작 기법을 활용함으로써 사용자 친화성, 다이나믹한 표현, 실시간, 대화성을 특징으로 하는 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 시청자에게 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to present a plan to design and utilize effectively useful software program in dealing with Teaching Materials and Tools Management in all infant education institute. This program is called Teaching Materials and Tools Management and it is based on the national kindergarten Curriculum notified by ministry of education. To achieve this goal, all teaching materials should be kept to classify and use easily regardless of their shape, kind, and maker(manufacturer). Teaching materials and tools once used in class should be kept after being repaired, And if it is difficult to repair them, write down detail information about them for any teacher to repair them easily. Teaching materials and tools should classified efficiently after being used and registered to recognize their information at first glance. Teaching materials and tools should be registered with an index to manage curriculum effectively when establishing a year plan.

Although the native local data is being deemed important in the age where historical records are regarded as important, currently it is hard to find out detailed actual state of local data, because it is now being collected and managed by many institutions and individuals. This study is aimed at surveying the current state of management of native local data possessed by local cultural center, one of institutions that produce and manage local data, and suggesting a desired alternative idea of cultural center for management of native local data, through the problems found by the research. As the result, the current state of data management of the local cultural center are as follows: First, local data management in the local cultural center as the problem in poor surroundings and a financial question get local data-related education make systematic data collection and management unavailable. Second, local data depends on the extent of its awareness of it. each and every cultural center shows a significant deviation in the extent of execution of local data-related project. Third, even though the publication business of the cultural center is being lively executed, it attaches importance to the history of local authority rather than to the residents' life, and it should not be supplemented in applying it to education and production of cultural contents.

In the COVID-19 situation, digital textbooks have been used in many schools. In order for digital textbooks to become active even in the post COVID-19 era, the functions of digital textbooks must be improved. Digital textbooks are traditional book-type textbooks with glossaries, video materials, and evaluation questions added. Recently, they are being used usefully for practical education by providing realistic contents such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 360 images. Therefore, in this study, in order to prepare for the post COVID-19, we found the functional problems of digital textbooks and suggested a way to improve them. First, the layout of digital textbooks should be developed as a responsive layout, deviating from the same form as a book-type textbook. Second, digital textbooks and learning management systems must be integrated. Third, by developing a digital textbook for teachers, teachers should be able to directly reorganize the contents or add external materials. Fourth, learning analysis should be possible using data recorded in digital textbooks. Fifth, in the 2022 revised curriculum, various subjects should be developed as digital textbooks.

The purpose of this study was to compare the health behaviors and health indices according to whether a percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) was performed due to chest pain. This is a secondary data analysis study of nursing information questionnaires and electronic medical records of 247 chest pain patients in a hospital from January 2010 to December 2017. The participants were divided into non-PCI and PCI groups, and the health behaviors, blood pressure, and blood lipid levels were collected at the first hospital admission and re-admission. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of the study, smoking and lipid levels were significantly healthier than the participants in PCI group during re-hospitalization. Non-PCI group had a high risk of smoking despite the high risk of coronary artery stenosis. It was found that continuous integrated management to promote health behavior is needed. The significance of this study was to identify the importance of health behavior in patients with the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The Korean curriculum and admission system have evolved through numerous changes. Currently, the nation's college entrance rate stands at nearly 70 percent, and it is the highest among OECD members. Amid this environment, the importance of school life records is increasing among students who are interested in going to college and who have the highest percentage in the nation's education system. Happiness is not the order of grades, but I can find my future and happiness at the same time through active school life. Through the analysis system of school life records, you can find interests and career paths suitable for yourself, and analyze and supplement factors suitable for the university and department you want to go to, so that you can take a step further in successful advancement. Each item in the school records is divided into three categories to analyze the necessary and unnecessary words. By visualizing and numericalizing the analyzed data, an analysis system is established that can be supplemented in school life. An analysis system through data mining can be utilized by concisely summarizing sentences of different elements and extracting words by applying the multi-topic minutes summary system using word frequency and similarity analysis as an existing prior study.

The immutability of blockchain is core elements of security of blockchain and guarantee data integrity. However, the characteristic that the data recoreded once in the blockchain cannot be modified has place for abuse by a specific user. In fact improper contents that is inappropriate to be recorded on the blockchain, such as harmful data and user personal data, is exposed on Bitcoin. As a way to manage improper content existing in the blockchain, there is a redactable blockchain using chameleon hash proposed for the first time by Ateniese. The redactable blockchain meet the right to be forgotten of GDPR by allowing data modification and deletion. Recently, Research on personal data management is being conducted in a redactable blockchain. Research by Jia et al. proposed a model that enables users to manage their personal data in the redactable blockchain. However, semi trusted regulators, which are blockchain participation nodes, have powerful authority in the blockchain, such as modification rights and deprivation of transaction rights for all blocks, which may cause side effects. In this paper, to weaken the authority of regulators in Y. Jia et al., we propose a method of authority subject altering and authority sharing, and propose a redactable blockchain-based authority change and access control system model based on applicable scenarios.

Spatial information and smart phone technology have made innovative improvement of daily life. Spatial and geographic information are in practice for various applications. Especially, spatial information along with information and telecommunication technology could create new contents for providing services for convenient daily life. Spatial information technology, recently, is not only for acquiring location and attribute data but also providing tools to extract information and knowledge systematically for decision making. Various indoor applications have emerged in accordance with demands on daily GIS(Geographic information system). This paper aims for applying spatial information technology to support decision-making in shopping. The main contents include product database, optimal path search, shopping time expectation, automatic housekeeping book generation and analysis. Especially for foods, function to analyze information of the nutrition facts could help to improve dietary pattern and well-being. In addition, this system is expected to provide information for preventing overconsumption and impulse purchase could help economical and effective purchase pattern by analyzing propensity to consume.

This study aims to investigate trends of internet searching behavior of users of NAVER, a major Korean search portal. In particular, this study analyzed trends of query submission behaviors, behaviors related to typos, multimedia searching behaviors, and click behaviors. In conducting this study, query logs and click logs of unified search service were analyzed. The results of this study show that there were little changes in the topic and length of queries, the pattern of typos, and multimedia seeking behavior over a year's period. However, click counts of documents have gradually increased over time. The results of this study can be implemented to increase the portal's effective development of internet contents and searching algorithms.

최근 주요 이동통신 사업자, 단말기/칩 제조업체, 콘텐츠 제공업자들 사이에는 모바일 3D 분야가 가장 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 환경을 기반으로 모바일 장치에서 3차원 아바타 애니메이션 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이는 아바타의 자연스러운 동작은 사용자에게 아바타가 살아있는 듯한 느낌(Life-likeness)과 사실감(Believability)을 심어주어 보다 친숙한 인터페이스로 활용될 수 있고 이에 따라 채팅이나 온라인 게임 외에도 교육, 쇼핑몰, 비즈니스 등 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있기 때문이다. 하지만 지금까지의 연구는 자연스러운 모션 생성에 집중되어 있을 뿐, 어떻게 쉽게 아바타는 제어할 것 인가에 대한 연구가 적었다. 특히 모바일 환경에서 효율적인 아바타 동작 제어를 위한 연구는 부족하다 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 효율적인 아바타 동작을 제어를 위해 스크립트(Script) 기반의 아바타 동작 제어 기법을 제안한다. 모션 생성을 위해 아바타 동작 스크립트(Avatar Motion Script)를 정의하여 아바타 애니메이션의 기록, 재생이 가능하다. 둘째 계층적 스크립트(Multi-Level Script) 기법을 이용하여 적은 양의 데이터만으로도 아바타 동작 제어가 가능하다. 셋째 어느 환경에서도 Motion이 생성, 재생이 가능하한 플랫폼 독립적 구조이다. 넷째, 키 프레임(Key Frame) 기반의 모션을 이용하여 아바타의 상황 상황에 모션이 변하는 동적 동작 생성이 가능하다.
