In this paper, we proposed the vehicle data format of digital tachograph to improve the vehicle data format of the MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport). The vehicle data collection and analysis is currently available through digital tachograph mandatory installation for commercial vehicles. And public agency is used the vehicle data format as a transmission format defined by MOLIT's guideline for their vehicle data processing. However, Vehicle data format is different for each manufacturer and MOLIT's vehicle data format is also need to advance. We confirmed the proposed the vehicle data format improved based on the vehicle data format of MOLIT through the system implementation and experiment in this paper.

The greatest mission of archival community lies in collecting records to document past and present Korean society and in safeguarding them to pass over to the next generation. For the last decade, Korean archival community has actively pursued this mission and accomplished it to the certain extent. A series of events occurred during the last year urged the community to regretfully accept that the so-called accomplishment was by no means satisfactory. The present study aims to review what has been achieved against what should be if the community is to be truthful to the fundamental mission. It begins with addressing attributes of electronic records. To be specific, attributes of electronic records as 'records' are compared against those as 'digital objects.' Current state of long-term preservation of electronic records is reviewed. Suggestions follow in terms of four directions: establishing a policy framework based on principles of electronic records management, building integrated electronic records management system, researching and developing functionalities for long-term preservation, and finally, knowledge transfer and coordination.

Although the important information are significantly increasing in the Web, it is easily disappeared because of the Web's characteristics. The purpose of this paper is researching and developing of base technology for archiving web records. First developing about the workflow which is the procedure of web archiving, and developing about metadata elements, the essential condition of preserving web records and accessing archived resources. Finally developing the architecture defined the overall items of web records archiving.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

Currently, most context-aware services are built by developers. Some researchers argued that services should be defined by end users, who understand their own needs best. We view that the significance of enabling the user to define his/her personalized services will multiply as our living spaces grow smarter. This paper introduces a novel method called CASPER, which is capable of deriving personalized services from the log of user's activities of daily living. CASPER can generate useful services that even the user may not perceive, mining causality of events in the log. We present the algorithm of CASPER in detail and discuss the result of an experiment which we conducted as a proof of concept.

The role of an archivist should include not only traditional archives management but also new archives management based on an understanding of electronic records and information technology. In this study, to verify the adequacy and content validity of the components, knowledge categories, and knowledge contents of the guideline for a graduate program in archival studies, the Delphi survey was carried out. As a result of the Delphi survey, the components of the guideline consisted of "preface," "curriculum," "faculty," "structure of the learning process," "administrative resources," and "conclusions," and the educational content consisted of 8 knowledge categories and 44 knowledge contents. This study aims to present the minimum components to be followed in the graduate program of archival science through the development of the guideline model and present educational contents to educate archivists with theoretical and practical capabilities. The model can be used as basic data for a future guideline for a graduate program in archival studies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the information-providing procedure of public servants responding to the request for the business information through the Information Disclosure mechanism in Korea. Using date collected by in-depth interviews we studied their information providing behaviors and factors that affect the procedure. Based on Grounded Theory approach, we first generated 55 concepts, 18 categories and 6 super-categories about the participants' feeling, experiences and perception related to their information providing. Then we developed a factor model among those generated concepts. And, we discussed various information providing modality of 3 difference type of information according to the formal record keeping level. The main contributions of this study are the results provide practical implications for the enhancing the Information Disclosure institution in Korea.

The size and speed of archives and records information have recently increased. The purpose of this study is to find the direction of archives management research in Korea through an in-depth analysis of research trends in records management in the country. We collected articles related to archives management from 1997 to 2016 from two journals related to archives management and four journals related to library and information science in Korea. The collected articles from the first and second halves of the decade were subjected to five-year cycle analysis. As a result, research on electronic records, record information services, and archiving methods of various records has been gradually improved.

The purpose of this study is to deduct appraisal elements of audio-visual records based on the characteristics of audio-visual records and to take on the relative importance of elements by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist thereby to suggest appraisal elements of priority audio-visual records appraisal. Priority of the appraisal elements analysis alternatives for the deducted audio-visual appraisal elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) by public institution's archivist and National Archive of Korea's audio-visual specialist. As the results of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), 'context' was decides as the most important appraisal classes, and 'subject' was decides as the most important appraisal elements.

Associations of archivists and professional communities all over the world have released criteria and code of ethics which provide solutions of ethical problems in practical uses to make their professional positions to be kept. This study aims to analyze some of existing codes of ethics established by association of archivists and suggest model of ethic codes for archivists with essential aspects. Selected associations of archivists are SAA(Society of American Archivists), SA(Society of Archivists), ACA(Association of Canadian Archivists), ASA(Australian Society of Archivists), ICA(International Council on Archives). Five codes of ethics were selected for analysis and comparison from these associations and compared with ethics for achival management, archival information service and professional activities. This study consider essential aspects in the electronic records environment.
